Place was dirty and old and loud. Absolutely no sound proofing. Every late night sound was heard, late arrivals, sex, all kinds of noises. Plan to wake up with the earliest risers. Breakfast was terrible even for premade buffets. No elevator which I guess is to be expected? I am embarrassed that we stayed.

Very run down hotel. Signs on the door say excuse the mess, we are renovating. The room I stayed in was not renovated. Old carpet, room had a musty, moldy smell, bathroom tub had stains. We were also "swatted" from our room. Housekeeping pounding on doors saying there's an incident downstairs and the entire hotel was being evacuated. Police and Swat teams were outside with guns drawn. Turns out, the hotel houses homeless people through DSS(nowhere does it state that on the website, nor does Hotels.com advise people prior to confirming a non-refundable confirmation.) and one of them stabbed someone (off hotel property). Was told by the owner I would be contacted within the week. Have still yet to be contacted. Would avoid this hotel at all costs.

Property was very old and run down. It had a scary vibe. I would not recommend staying there.

Very nice staff. Very dated hotel. Sign says mind our appearance due to reservation. Only there was no reservations going on. Sign should say just mind our appearance
