It was awful! No hot water for two days. The last night because we complaint so much then they decided to switch us to hotel upfront. No assistance offered to move the items; phone not in working condition and we have to go back and forth through stairs since no one came to the room. I had a small child and it was horrible especially with all the rain.

Curtain was hanging off the wall, bright lights from outside shining in on first night. I climbed on chair to patch up the curtains, most of the plastic rings were broken, many pins missing, got it up there to block light just barely. The faucet handle fell off in the bathroom, got that back on just barely. The rear entry door only worked sometimes with your key, other times you had to walk around the whole building to get inside.

It was a clean room with comfortable beds - what we required. The only downside with each Red Roof Inn we stayed in is the lack of an elevator for getting to the second floor. Hauling luggage up fairly narrow steps is a bit hard on older folks.

Needed a one night stay and it worked out perfect. It would’ve been ok for a second night too but didn’t need it. Starbucks within walking distance. The hotel has no elevator! So be prepared to carry everything up the stairs

This is the second time we have stayed here. The rooms are clean and the staff has been great. There is no elevator and the stairway is kind of narrow but nothing a first floor room couldn’t fix. We will stay there again.

The room wasn't too bad, but the tile was broken in the tub and an area around the toilet looked to be rotting out. In the morning there was no hot water for a shower. I was not happy!

Smoke detector was hanging by wires on side of wall. I told staff but they didn’t offer a different room. Electronic door lock quit staff said it was the battery. Had to wake my wife up to let me back in the room. This place sucked. Nothing offed for breakfast except coffee.

Used expedia for booking. THE GOOD: Checking in was FAST AND EAZY, it took 3 mins. Very nice and accommodating employees. THE BAD: $385 per night!! for a motel. Hotels/Motels take advantage of families moving in and out weeks when their kids in college. So dont book around aug and may. This was the cheapest within 20mile radius. Also NO HOT WATER!! apparently when guests uses it all at the same time hot water runs out.

The smell in the room was so musty I couldnt breathe as soon as I walked in. I was given another room that smellled but not as bad. Staff was nice, property was clean but the entire hotel had a foul smell. Like a wet sneaker.

First night was ridiculous, people shouting and banging on my door at 3 in the morning. Cops were called and needless to say, I didn't get any sleep. Room was outdated and things were falling apart. Under the bed was the most disgusting thing ever. There was food and a beer can, I don't think they've cleaned under there in a long time. Beds were comfy and the room was cheap. Get what you pay for, I geuss.

Previous experiences with Red Roof have never disappointed. This one was different. The hallways smelled terrible, sheets were dirty and the room /bathroom were pretty dingy. When I turned the heat on it smelled like urine. A little disappointed with this stay for sure.

We only stayed for 1 night. It was clean and staff was nice. They could have fixed the curtain the right way in our room. They did a really bad quick not even fix job on it. We were unable to open it and when we tried it broke more.

This property is exactly what you would expect. A simple, clean, safe place to stay while driving through. Nothing special or extraordinary but definitely gets the job done and I would stay here again for the same purpose at this low price point. The water pressure in the shower was surprisingly good.

Although the place is well located the noise level both in and outside the place was so high that we got no sleep. The heater was malfunctioning.. The room was 85 when we checked in.Why??? WE turned it down to 65 but it never got anywhere close to that. I am very temp sensitive and I would be freezing at 65. I could barely stand to have the sheet on me /no PJs. Everytime the heat kicked on it was so loud it kept us from sleeping. Finally dozed off around 2:30 only to be awakened by a huge diesel truck loudly starting up , and being winter it idled for 40 minutes to be able to drive. Never really got back to sleep. The pillows were hard ,lumpy rocks . I finally balled up my sweater to try that because I was lying flat on the mattress and it was killing my neck. Motel hell. I have stayed in many a inexpensive motel when traveling and I never have had such a terrible experience!!! ( the staff was nice though)

You get what you get for the price. The staff was a plus, they were friendly but the bed were super uncomfortable, as well as the pillows. The fan in the bathroom was so loud it would wake anyone sleeping should someone use the bathroom late in the night. People were hanging outside, by our window, waking us up. The room had a slight smoke odor, not sure if it is seeping in from outside or from a previous guest.

We had multiple issues with the tv and the remotes. The drapes were being held together with a safety pin and we couldn’t open them. The cream in the lobby for the coffee was not on ice and when I poured it in my coffee, it was gross. The pillows are small and lumpy. But, the beds were comfortable.

There was nobody to check us in - no instructions given, as to how to get the room cleaned or how to ask for more towels - basically self serve. - children playing baseball I. He parking lot -the only plus side was that it was decently clean plus it had dungeon lighting

After receiving out key for the room and having to walk quite a distance and up stairs with our lounge, opened the door to the room and it was trashed. Either someone was still staying in the room, or it had just not been cleaned. They did put us up in the Hometowne by Red roof across the street.

I liked NOTHING, Because i was unable to stay . Because your front deck clerk would not let my wife in because i put it under my name. She was no help, rude and not willing to tell us how to fix the problem. i went to your customer service log in and i was kicked off over a dozen times , could not cancel , change anything or get a refund , i have used red roof in for many years never any issues like this , now im out over $200 dollars and not word one from you people. you suck

The BEST part was the terrific water pressure in the shower. That was so invigorating in the morning! I would put a single serve coffee maker in the lobby instead of the open pot that has probably been sitting for hours.

I stayed at this building on my way down and back to an event in Virginia from Canada this past wknd. It’s a functional overnight stop location. I travel with dogs so don’t expect to get the most recently renovated room in the building. Room was clean, building was quiet, convenient to the highway, gas station and food. There’s a laundromat across the street that could be handy. I’ve paid more for way worse experiences.
