The hotel was clean and updated. The breakfast was also great! My biggest complaint is the pool was closed when we got there. We booked this hotel because of the pool. I wish the site would have been updated to inform us of this before we booked or there would have been some offer to make up for the inconvenience.

The hotel was nice. The pool is in need of some TLC. The concrete floor in the pool was broken in some areas and there were some smaller pieces of it laying around the bottom. It was very rough on feet.

The pool was very cloudy. You literally could not see your body in the water really. They might need a new plll cause it was also chipping all over the bottom of the pool and there was an object of sorts on the steps that one of the kids had stepped on. The bathroom on the first floor was also really gross. The beds were comfortable though

The check in was quick and easy with a very pleasant lady. Room was not as clean as I expected. Torn tissues on floor near TV and in the bathroom. The bathroom floor had long dark hair on it and the corners had dirt and hair. Our bath mat was already wet and the bath towels were damp. The beds were comfortable and sheets clean and fresh smelling and loved the pillow selection. Breakfast was very good with plenty items to choose

This hotel is outdated and smells stale and stinky in the halls and rooms. We booked 2 rooms. 1 room still had a used dirty washcloth in the tub. My 82 year old mother had to got to the front desk to request the tub and shower be cleaned. She was told that since the supervisor was out on a medical leave. the cleaners tried to get away with things! We heard people walking on the floor above us and e dry noise in the hallway was heard in the room. One bed “whistled” anytime you moved. The air conditioner “gargled”. I just spent 2 nights in a hotel in a neighboring country and paid just a little more per night and that was fabulous. I was embarrassed that this hotel was so smelly and outdated for what we were charged. Breakfast was awesome.

It the stay here was comfortable, quiet and conveniently located. The only issue I had was the bathtub being slippery. They should have anti slip protection on tub bottom.

There was a large group of baseball players and their parents running up and down the hallways making lots of noise at night. The room was absolutely freezing with the thermostat set to 55 when we got there and it didn't warm up until well after midnight. Staff was very friendly despite all of this.

Room was dated. TV was dated. The newest technology was an ipod docking station that doesn't work with modern iphones, even if the docking station was functional. For the price i've been far more updated rooms.

The hotel was very nice and I would recommend but there must’ve been an issue with our air conditioner. Anytime it came on it was really loud n grinding sound all night and made it difficult to fall asleep but otherwise I have no complaints. Breakfast was very nice and clean

We arrived early in snowy weather and the hotel checked us in early so we had a place to relax before our college tour which was AMAZING! The staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were spacious and clean, bathrooms was nice and big with walk in shower, 5 minute drive to campus!

I Our room had only 1 chair which my husband used at the desk to use the computer, therefore, I had only a bed to sit on. That did not work. I asked the gal on the desk for a chair, and she said that none were available, but I could sit in the great room. That did not allow me to lounge as I wished to. The chair seat at the desk was too deep for comfort.

I was extremely impressed with the facilities and the room. My mom left her denim jacket and whoever was in the phone was extremely helpful in locating it and putting a hold on it so we could return. The staff was very friendly and efficient at check in & check out and the breakfast was delicious. Also, 10/10 on the water pressure in the shower. I need that at home for sure.

Great room and great Location. Right off major highway and close to great eateries. Hotel itself was very Clean and the breakfast was top notch. Great hotel to bring the kids on a ski trip as it’s very close to Greek Peak and has an indoor pool. Would definitely stay again!

Check in was easy -the girl at the desk was super pleasant, professional and helpful! The room was newly renovated, super clean and comfortable. Many options for breakfast- eggs and sausage were hot, fresh and terrific. The girl who ran the service was on top of everything so it really was an enjoyable meal.

I stayed here for one night while visiting my son at SUNY Cortland. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. While not the most updated hotel, it was clean and the service was excellent. The gym is very small with only a few machines so if more than a few people want to use it it is not really a feasible option. Luckily I was the only person there so it worked fine. The highlight was the breakfast. I was very surprised at the quality of the product with multiple egg options, breads, cereals, many different types of yogurts as well as hot cinnamon rolls and pancakes. Being that this was included in the price definitely increased the rating in my mind. Overall it was a good hotel, close to campus. I would recommend.
