The staff are very friendly and helpful. Not sure what the parking lot wasn't plowed though? We had lots of snow and it wasn't plowed from Monday through to Wednesday. Also not a major problem, but the toilet paper is rough. We love this hotel and have been guests there many times over the years.

Very central to downtown Ellicotville, great location. Breakfast was also a nice surprise...good options, well stocked and kept clean and tidy as folks ate and left. Some parts of the room showed some wear, but it was clean with comfy beds. Even though it was busy due to a town event, area was quiet. Check in and check out quick. Parking lot large and well lit.

The hot tub was out of commission, it was discolored. The pool was very cold, we specifically came to use the pool and hot tub and only spent 15 minutes in the pool area.

I was very suprised at the unexpected 75$ fee for our pet. When I asked about what seemed like a higher than expected amount, I was told that the hotel needed to do a deep clean on the pet friendly room once we left. I was not happy about the seemingly last minute check in surprise amount. This feeling was aggravated by the dirty sock that was left in the room by a previous guest on their visit but not removed by the cleaning staff.

Liked the breakfast though coffee could of been hotter. Also the first night there a big black ant was on my bed luckily we had 2 beds so I slept in other. The wiring on air conditioning unit was all torn apart but we didn't need AC. Staffwaskind

Plenty of parking within walking distance of all the breweries, shopping and entertainment. The only thing was the room smelled like cigarretes had to buy some fabreeze. But other then that it was a very great location..we had the pool and the spa to ourselves most of the time. Not busy or crowded.

I found a bedbug in my room, and when alerting staff about it was told “maybe you’re not as good at identifying bugs as you think”. When I affirmed that it was infact a bed bug, the staff member said she didn’t know what to do and I’d have to talk to the manager in the morning. I had to insist on changing rooms, and was stuck in the area due to car troubles. The next morning, the manager affirmed it was a bed bug, snd compensated my room but tried to have me pay for the following night at a discount. I insisted it also be compensated as I was exposed to bedbugs for over 24 hours and had to go through rigorous cleaning process. She agreed, thankfully. Le sigh. They assured this had never happened before. But feeling really disappointed in the experience.

Staff friendly, rooms clean except the tub did not drain. I let front staff know and they sent someone up to look at it the day we left. Bed comfortable, sheets clean, room was vacuumed.

We stayed in a suite which was very roomy. My only complaint was there were no hooks to hang our clothes on in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Bedrooms not so much but there was no where to hang your towel or clothes in the bathroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Could use some modern updating, had very old furniture , no usb outlets for phone chargers , peeling wallpaper and wires sticking out of heat/ac unit, dumpy shower, old gym equipment. Also could benefit from healthier breakfast option and no CNN or any political channels in in breakfast lounge !!! The outside is nice, abundant parking and staff was friendly and helpful .

I would’ve given a 5 star review. However, during our 3 night stay housekeeping never came to our room to clean it. We had a 3 day pile of dirty towels as well as garbage.I did speak with one of the housekeepers and I was apologetic for the towels that were dirty in the bathroom. The woman was very pleasant and said, oh that’s okay. One can imagine how I felt upon our return to see that our room wasn’t cleaned. The amenities that all of us enjoyed were the use of the indoor pool as well as the hot tub. The grounds of the hotel were extremely clean and well maintained. Outside of the issue with housekeeping the rest of the hotel was very clean. The front end staff were very accommodating throughout our stay.

The lobby, room, and hallways were clean and well maintained. The morning breakfast was appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful, except for the night I checked in. When arrived around midnight, after a seven hour drive, the woman at the front desk had an surly attitude that left a bad taste in my mouth. Otherwise, my stay was very good.

Great location, accommodating staff, nicely appointed, spacious and clean room. The first room we were given was noisy and showed it’s age, but the staff promptly moved us to one that was in good condition. Hot tub and pool area were very nice and well maintained. Breakfast was decent with fresh fruit options. Location can’t be beat. It’s a bit too pricey on weekends but adding weekdays Expedia discount made the stay overall stay reasonable.

Wyndham is a large chain that can make a significant environmental impact where plastic is concerned. I found it disappointing that this location is still using the small plastic bottles for shampoo, lotion, etc. Wyndham must change to the large bottles for toiletries. It would probably offer a cost savings as well. Second, the front desk person was personable and welcoming but when we got to our room, neither of our key cards functioned. If it is not already in use, the chain should implement a front desk device that allows for verification of the key function. With a late check-in after a long drive, the last thing that a traveler wants is to have to return to the front desk because of an error that could have been avoided. When my husband returned to our room with the reactivated key cards, the clerk accompanied him to ensure that they were working. The bed was comfortable and we had a reasonably descent night. The shower was also good.

Great location, several restaurants in walking distance. Hotel is very clean and updated. Our room was very large and everything was clean and nice. Beds were comfy. Large closet was a bonus. The property felt safe. Staff was kind and friendly. Only thing that could have been better was the breakfast, very basic, sausage was undercooked, waffle batter was so runny the waffles came out too crispy and only one side of the toaster worked. Overall great hotel… but way overpriced for the area.

The room was clean and surprisingly roomy for 4 people! Unfortunately, the water in the shower took a while to warm up. Breakfast was ok with eggs, sausages, toast, yogurt, cereals and a few fruits (oranges and apples). Service was ok.
