The room was cleaned every day and we appreciated the service. Beyond that, the thermostat took days to reach our desired temperature of 72 degrees from 65 degrees Centigrade. Tub was not draining properly and caused the tub to look dirty all the time. Keys to the door stopped working multiple times during our stay. Gym equipments were inoperable and the gym room was dirty, no towels available inside the gym. Water cooler was unplugged, not working. The gym is terrible. I look forward to using the gym when I travel but this one was a disaster. No complimentary coffee available, we will definitely not use this hotel again.

Was very disappointed with my stay the pool I was informed was open it was closed A few things in the room were not in working order Very noisy throughout the night security came up and warned the people And no phone call back from the manager will not be staying in the future Definitely not what I expected from a place like the Radisson And no phone call shows you how much they care about their clients that would most likely be spending about 20,000 A year at their hotel I travel 5 Times a week and was looking for a place regularly Again very very disappointed will not recommend this place

Of the 3 elevators, 2 were out if service during our 2 day stay. There was zero signage or communication from staff. Room was fine except close to vending machine room that was noisy. Parking lot has potholes. Our last visit last year had an evacuation at 1am which is fine except again zero communication and an unprepared staff. We usually stay at the Hyatt once a year but will look elsewhere in the future

The room key didnt work. Front desk had to come to give us a new set. The room was clean EXCEPT for the torn curtain. I reported that to the front desk. Mattress needs a mattress pad. You can feel the springs when you moved. NO PHONE in the room. TV just stastic when we turned it on. Maintenance came up and put on ROKU TV. Couldn't find anything regular channels. Basically Couldn't watch TV our entire stay. Complained multiple times. Both the Bar and Restaurant were CLOSED upon arrival stating it was a Monday/HOLIDAY. The Cafe/Snack bar was NEVER OPENED. The "restaurant" serve very limited breakfast as well as dinner. We ate out. Big Perk is Free Parking. No attendant, no luggage assistance. Hospitality industry has really hone down post COVID. I found more competitive rates After booking through Hotels.com. Very disappointed 😞. In summary I do not recommend the Radisson and don't intend to book a future stay at any of their properties.

The pool was cold, the bathrooms by the pool were filthy, around the pool area was filthy, no towels by the pool ( have to walk to the front desk for towels and then returned back to the front desk), the outdoor area by the pool was filthy and needed to be renovated. Though the room itself was clean, the workout room had foam tiles which were falling apart, not all of the machines were working (2 treadmills out of 4 worked, 1 running machine worked out of 3, the bouncing balls we’re dirty and stinked. The store in the lobby was barely stocked (literally more empty than stocked, with no lights and no one but the front check in people to service it). The hot tub was covered with wood (out of service) which was one of the reasons for us booking this stay, so we were very much disappointed. The kids were super bored. The hotel had nothing to offer the kids being that the pool was freezing and filthy, and the outdoor lounge/play area was filthy

The room was clean. Carpet in the hallways needed cleaning. Everything was closed the entire time we were there. The indoor pool/ spa area was closed and the little cafe in the lobby was also closed. No room service either.

At first glance everything in the hotel looks good. The staff were nice and everything appeared cleanly. When I woke up early in the morning, I noticed bugs in the room that appeared to be roaches. They were around the elecrical devices and climbing up the bed frame. I only stayed one night in general due to enjoying the fourth of July .

Air conditioning spewed cold, wet air and was difficult to adjust. Bathroom fan did not work. The whole place smelled faintly of smoke. Hairs on sheets upon entering a "clean" room. This hotel is very old and outdated and in need of a major renovation.

What a horrific experience. Our room had roaches. Yes!! ROACHES, the bathtub had meldew on the walls, the towels certainly had seen better days and we generally felt unsafe. Earlier in the day we drove by a beautiful BMW, the windows were completely shattered. All the other cars were unharmed, so its possible that it could have been a targeted event. I left my car at my sisters house just to be safe. Also, I learned from the staff that crime and vandalism was a huge problem. Also, the property is in an industrial area, therefore the hotel is very isolated at night. There was no room service and breakfast was served buffet style. But I opted not to eat at the hotel since I was already grossed out by the roaches. The interior is tired and totally warned out. The lights are kept really low in the public areas which made the place look really sad. I would honestly give this hotel a zeros if there were an option.

The hotel was disgusting. There was dog poop on the floor the first day I was there and whoever cleaned it did not do a thorough job. The floor was sticky and it smelled bad in the hotel all the time. I went to use the ice machine on the fourth floor and it didn't work along with an overwhelming odor of cigarette smoke which is strange because its a non smoking facility. Overall was not impressed, it was very dirty.

The stay was just a non-stop disaster. It was one thing after the next from no air conditioning unit to a file order on two floors in the hotel. It smelled like stool. Then a ceiling tile fell out and hit me in the head in addition to waking up this morning and finding a humongous infestation of ants

The rooms smelled musty and felt damp from the ac as well as the bathroom. The fan didn’t work. The pool area was filthy. Trash on the ground. A dog bowl and another bucket of trash. The carpet was stained. The pool sign broken and filled in with a garbage bag. The outdoor furniture was broken the umbrella was broken in the ground. There was debris like pipes and old boards stacked up. The windowsills were filled with dead bugs. The pool water was cloudy. Our friends sheets had blood spots on them. I couldn’t sleep it was anxiety provoking.

Based on some other recent reviews, our stay was not that bad. We got lucky and must have gotten a recently renovated room. Most things were new. Still, the light over the table was hanging by a wire, the toilet bowl had mold, no fridge where there clearly should have been one. The bed linens were clean and white. The lobby area desperately needed updating or a little TLC at the least.

I originally booked this stay for my birthday intending in other guest who didn’t come. I called a day in advance to ask them to please change my room to a king and I was told I was all set. The day of I called and was immediately placed on hold and left on hold for over 17 mins, when someone answered I informed them I was calling to see if I could check in early as I was from out of town and given the nature and unprofessional manner the phone was answered inquiring if my request was more then reasonable. They didn’t agree and proceeded to tell me they couldn’t promise early check in but would do there best. When I arrived I wasn’t putting a king room and when I questioned the desk I was told because I booked through a 3rd party and didn’t get the name of the person who changed it I couldn’t get my room switched. They were booked only to find rooms were still available online.

Hotel staff were very good. First room smelled of smoke. Second room had a door lock that didn't work that they were going to fix but that wasn't fixed, so the hotel staff let us in and out of roof. Also, coffee maker was broken. Beautiful lobby, but the hotel rooms need some work.

My stay at The Radisson in Hauppauge, NY, from August 9th to 11th, 2024, was incredibly disappointing. Upon arrival, our key cards didn’t work, and I waited 30 minutes at the front desk with two other guests before a dismissive staff member finally appeared. He claimed taking out trash was more important than assisting us. The hotel’s lock system was confusing. We were first given swipe keys that didn’t work and then tap keys that wouldn’t unlock the exterior doors. We had to rely on another guest to let us back in after an event. The room itself was a mess—humid, smelling of urine, and clearly unclean. The carpets were unvacuumed, and the bathroom was filthy, with grime on the counter, hair and dirt on the floor, and a chicken bone under the trash can. The mattress was stained and poorly covered, and the TV was so fuzzy and static-filled that it was unusable. Housekeeping was another issue. They knocked hourly starting at 9:30 AM, even after we requested no service. Oddly, they stopped once we left the room, leaving it as dirty as when we first arrived. The hotel seems severely understaffed. Once a nice place, it's now in poor condition, with stained carpets, dirty walls, and barren common areas. To top it off, we couldn’t find a functioning ice machine. This hotel has potential but is in desperate need of better management. I can’t recommend staying here until these issues are addressed.

Every time I left the room. I had to get my key redone because it stopped working. The carpets are dirty, the walls are dirty. There was yellow dirt spots all over AC vent in room. AC stopped working in the room. Had to be switched to another. None of the ice or vending machines worked. The staff was the only exception. Jared was extremely understanding and his whole entire staff did a great job getting around these issues. But the hotel needs to be worked on.

The check in process, was horrendous, I gave my license and credit card, and no one could find my reservation, kept asking my name even though they had license, the manager then came over, still couldn’t my reservation, I pulled up my Reservation number, gave my phone to the manager, he was still not finding it, then asked me my name 6 more times, then told me to write down confirmation number, still nothing? Several guests checked in while I was waiting. He never found it while I was their, but after twenty minutes gave me a room key, he asked if I paid already which I said I did.

Don’t EVER make a reservation for this place. I booked through Expedia and after driving 12 hours they informed me that Expedia cancelled my reservation. It was a complete lie. The called Expedia while standing in front of the desk and they said I had a reservation. They overbooked because there was a huge sporting event taking place and they could make more money off of someone else. Sad part is they did this to MULTIPlE families. All they cared about was making money. They did nothing to help me find another place to stay which they are supposed to do. As I was standing at the desk people were coming back from checking into their rooms complaining of multiples issues. Rooms smelled, wet carpet, room was dirty…ect. Unfortunately I didn’t end up at a better hotel. Red Roof Inn. I will never book with a Raddison Hotel or even a Choice Hotel again. I will stick to Marriott or Hilton.

Prime location on Long Island. Close to expressway and parkway access. Nestled between several nice parks and hiking trails. There are a few maintenance needs aesthetically needed near several entrances (broken tiles in very visible locations). Was slightly disappointed with the cleanliness of the outer grounds of the facility. Upon leaving the facility many times there were significant amounts of garbage in front of the entry way of which I ended up picking up and throwing away. I know that it is difficult to maintain with all of the egresses. Employees are very helpful and hold the utmost respect for privacy. My overall rating for this location is a 4.5.

The room was fine. The staff good. The building, very poor. The area, fine. The security...non-existant. There were at least two secluded outer doors that were unlocked all day. The fire exit on the east side of the front of the building was propped open with a rock the entire time I was there. The exit on the east side was un-monitored and unlocked. This is a crime-scene waiting to happen.

Location is a very convenient location. Easy access to the LIE. Lobby area is a little dark not as bright and inviting. Only experienced one adverse experience with receiving a call at 3am in the morning regarding check in. Inquired with the staff that I had originally confirmed with and due to this experience I was comped a complimentary breakfast for my inconvenience. The property is nice. Cleanliness is hard to maintain as some of the guests aren’t always mindful about throwing away their garbage. Nice touches of fresh flowers were placed throughout the facility which was refreshing to see. Overall rating is a 4.5.

When we got there a man was outback that asked to come in with us, we said no. He acted as if he had a key but in fact the door was not secure amd he just came.in anyways. Got to the room and was so hot in there. Asked staff in the morning to have someone come up. We left for the day and came back and it was hot still. Had to call again to get someone up there. The cafe that was onsite was not open. The second morning there was no breakfast and just a man with 2 coffee pots for coffee. Missing tile in bathroom, less than hot water. Trash can with the words Rachels barf bucket as pur trash can. Just not a great experience

The lobby was very inviting but that was about it. Beds were super uncomfortable, nowhere to fill up water, no working ice machine on my level, breakfast was expensive ($16 a plate). We had a poolside room but the pool was being renovated so there was no water in it. This would have been good to know when we made the reservation.

The hotels outdated. Rooms could use some remodeling. The carpets are old and dirty. We could feel the mattress springs. The lobby was clean and staff was friendly. Clean room, friendly staff. Limited food options. Overall, old hotel and in poor shape. Ripped carpet and cables sticking out of the walls everywhere. Swimming pool was empty and looked like in need of a major renovation. We stayed for 1 night, and only because the location was convenient for our needs.
