I can’t say enough about this Holiday Inn and far surpasses the expectations that one would have of a Holiday Inn chain. The property is impeccable our was service is top-notch the front desk check in process was so easy and friendly. The parking is incredibly convenient. I also want to say something about the Restaurant in the hotel 308 prime. The food was excellent and so was service. the outdoor pool was beautiful. The outdoor fire pit was enjoyed. Will come again over and over.

The hotel had 3 features that elevated our experience. A really nice restaurant with an outdoor patio. Food far exceeded expectations! A really nice pool. Small things that go a long way... water bottles in the room, an ATM in the lobby, a patio with a fire pit and nice seating, laundry room, etc.

Honestly, I was seriously surprised by how nice this place was. Stopped on a longer trip from Boston west. Really quite warm room. The place was super clean and the staff was awesome. Didn't have breakfast there, so cannot comment on it.

First off I thought dogs were free on your website saying free, when I checked in they charged me a dog fee. Then the room we got 110 was heavily stained and stunk of dog pee, never encountered this before at orher hotels allowing dog's. Luckily our dog's are well behaved we we're worried they would mark but they didn't. Please tell Holiday inn to put in vinyl flooring in there pet rooms.

Overall the property and location of the hotel was very nice. The young lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. If we were staying for more than one night, I would have asked to switch rooms considering the bathroom faucet was leaking and seemed to be leaking for a while, and the toilet did not look cleaned. Other than that the room was a typical hotel room. The outdoor pool was beautiful and I wish we could have stayed longer to use it!

I saw a pileated woodpecker on the trees in the back lawn area. The food was fine; nothing to rave about. There were spiders in the ceiling corners of my bathroom. Since I was visiting my daughter who had been stabbed on a local rail trail, I found the only place to walk was around the parking lot and lawn area. Since I didn't know the area I didn't walk the side streets.

The property was fine but finding the front door was a challenge. It is not marked and in an odd place. The other odd thing was that despite the temps being in the 50's, the AC was on in all the hallways. Aside from these oddities, we would recommend thtis as a nice place to stay, especially if you ask for a room in the back. Lovely setting there and very quiet. Clean rooms and halls. The restaurant was open for 6:30 breakfast and the service was excellent. Huge portions but nicely cooked and not cheap.

I spent $175 for a room. I came to the hotel with my child for rest and relaxing . The following morning I was rudely awakened at 9:30 AM by housekeeping pounding on the door not knocking nicely but pounding and saying they were told that I checked out already. Then they pounded again at 10:30 and then again at 11as I was literally getting ready to walk out the door. I went to the front desk to hand in key cards and voiced my concerns and was met with a careless attitude. He basically just nodded his head . How disrespectful that I was woken so early and couldn’t fall back asleep !

Check in was quick and easy with a reservation. Staff was short and they were still pleasant and professional. Room cleaners were short by 3 people that day and it was still a pleasant experience. The girl on our floor busted but and was still very polite, pleasant and actually sweet. I would not hesitate to stay there again and would recommend it to anybody in that area!!

There was one staff member that was kind of rude all the gentlemen I guess he was the maintenance guy or something. The pool was closed at 98° and I guess you have to go to the front desk and let them open the gate for you. they should let you know out front when you checking in about those little things breakfast was excellent as always bar was OK and very clean rooms.

Upon arrival we were given a room key to the wrong room. Despite our reservation being booked over one month in advance we were given a room in the basement. The front desk staff seemed bored with the confusion over our room key. Booked was a room with two Q beds, we were given a room with one bed. I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and have never encountered such unfriendly hotel staff. Making up for this was the serving staff and bar staff. They were exceptional! They were friendly and accommodating. Our server was AMAZING! Despite navigating between guests and the event being held, we were provided with top rate service!
