Hotel was all we needed. Clean and priced well

Room was clean, we did not request service while there, simply asked for what we needed, however; water is included in service. When we asked for water from staff we were told to go buy it in the vending machine (rudely) which ironically, does not sell water. Disappointed. Also very noisy, can hear everything in the hallways.

The room was sparkling clean and welcoming. We loved the comfortable mattress and the luxurious bedding. Thank you for this lovely retreat just where we needed to find an overnight stay. Safe and comfortable!

An EXCELLENT stay!!! The room was spotless. No evidence that anyone had stayed in it before me. This hotel has been recently renovated and is VERY quiet with quality materials throughout. Would highly recommend.

Holiday Inn- Johnstown is run by very nice people. The Christmas decorations were outstanding and the staff goes out of their way to be helpful!.
