Two nights just a little staycation the room seem old overall the environment felt old. The best part was the bar. It seemed right lively, and it was nice. The food was good. We had a problem with our key card. It never worked so they had to fix it. We sat outside at the outdoor pool was dirty and old and freezing cold. The indoor pool was OK and the Jess in the hot tub did not work. It was an OK stay but we made the best of it.

The hotel provides breakfast Buffett and you could order off the menu. The lounge / bar area was spacious and assortment of food. Disappointed the jets in the hot tub wasn’t working. I feel there should’ve been a sign or something. Very nice bartender Gary we met during our stay.

The Positives: The staff—both hotel and bar—were excellent, and the food was quite good. The Negatives: Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. Workers began loud construction in the hallways at 7:30 a.m., with banging and conversations echoing across multiple floors. The carpets felt sticky, to the point where we put towels down in our room just to walk on them. The walls, drawers, furniture, and overall fixtures were poorly maintained. Even though we stayed for five days, with constant work being done in the halls, the hall floors were never vacuumed.

This property needs major upgrades. Seemed that the floors were not cleaned during our entire stay. Rooms need to be updated, and maintained. When we checked in our original, Room had what seemed to be dried feces smeared on the door. The room they switched us to had broken curtains and was missing a lamp on the desk, vanity area, which made it hard to get ready. The walls have damage and are dingy. The Jacuzzi did not work the entire time we were there pool Area was a mess and outdated . The coffee area/store was only available once during our stay, on the last day. Service and food at the hotel restaurant was bad. Staff seems young and not concerned with customer service. Remind me more of a motel six ambience.

The whole hotel needs a remodel it’s full of black mold everywhere. It does not meet “Hilton” expectations I come here a lot due to traveling and for the convenience of the location however this past time I could not breath in the middle of the night woke up with a cough I just figured I was exhausted until I looked in the bathroom and saw black mold everywhere. My room was changed and it was the same exact thing you can literally smell the mold the carpets will turn your socks black they feel like a daycares carpet that has not been cleaned in years it’s very sad because everyone is so nice but you can stay at a nicer place that’s not a Hilton and get a Hilton experience they need to start to redo that entire hotel from top to bottom there are no excuses the Hilton has way more then enough money to redo this hotel and I’m sure many more

To be a Hilton property it needs a lot of work. There were uncovered wires along the walls of the hallway. Mold in the shower and bathroom sink. The door to the bathroom did not close unless you lifted the door a little. I tried to iron my clothes and the iron board came apart. The wall are so thin you can hear the people next door talking.

we got to our room and the shower walls and floor grout were so dirty with pink slimy bacteria, that we immediately went back down to the desk and checked out. we didn't stay five minutes it was so gross.

When I first checked in and went into the bathroom in the room the sink was clogged with nasty dirt gunk floating around. There was many cob webs under the tables and desks. I called the front desk and they sent a maintenance person who plunged the sink with the same plunger I seen him use on the toilet. Gross. They switched rooms across the hall and that room was not the cleanest. the bathroom and tub was disgusting. I scrubbed it down for about 30 mins and still did not give my 2 young children a bath. Also there was not 1 towel in the new room they gave me. Horrible experience. The staff was very nice and as accommodating as they could be given the circumstances.

When I arrived with my family the lobby was pretty but that was about it. The room was old and dirty. The shower had someone’s hair in it, the refrigerator didn’t work and was also dirty, my daughter’s pillow had yellow stains on it. Let’s just say it was so gross I checked for bed bugs. The hotel bar was nice and we were able to entertain friends there , but the hotel is dated and has a poor “face lift” real lipstick on a pig situation, my wife saw two roaches in our room! Also the staff barely speaks English We asked for an upgrade twice , nothing happend . Totally not worth the money!

Stayed for 4 nights. They did not provide bedding for the pull out sofa. It was delivered once we called. The control knobs on the shower were loose and the first morning, I could not get any hot water in the shower and had a hard time turning the water off. The facility engineer did come and fix it. By the second night, the AC had all but died in the room. The hallway, ironically, was ice cold. The engineer came and tinkered but nothing really fixed it. His comment was that this is what happens in old buildings. Several other people staying at the hotel also complained about the AC. We actually propped the door open for a while to draw in the cold hallway air. The staff were nice and tried hard to be helpful, but I wouldn’t go back.

This is probably the worst Hilton I have stayed at. Upon arrival, we encountered a lengthy wait due to a single person handling a long queue at the check-in counter, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, we discovered that the WiFi wasn't functioning properly. While addressing this issue the next morning, we were simply given a code without any prior notification at check-in regarding the WiFi situation. Furthermore, the service at the bar left much to be desired. The body wash and shampoo pumps in the room were also empty. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of the excellent customer service standards typically associated with Hilton establishments.

Never again. TV in room was dead. Moved us to another room the TV worked the bathroom sink did not. Furniture is damaged. Our room on the second floor overlooked the lobby atrium so we had to listen to bar noise until 3 am. Staff was not very helpful or considerate.

They didn't have heat. the A/C was set to 67 in the hallways and main areas, including the breakfast area. Very cold at night and morning in room. The engineering dept came to my room and explained that the building was 40 years old and they either have the A/C on with no heat available or the heat is turned on Nov. 1st and there is no A/C. Crazy. Not going there again. You should post there is no heat.

Our room had a faulty heating system. Heat kept climbing to 89. Was supposed to be fixed after night one. Same problem second night. Was told entire hotel could only have heat not a/c. Wasn’t offered a new room . We left a day early because it was impossible to sleep. As an honors member I won’t come back. Tub was stained and unsightly

The room is dated and worn. Not sure if the key system was recently upgraded.. but the bolt locks on the door were not functional. The bathroom is also in need of renivation. The tub surface was cracked. I think I paid 260 per night. Not the most I have paid for a room but also given the location, for the price and the brand... I expected a little more.

The rooms were decently clean but felt quite outdated. The AC unit was extremely noisy. My room had windows facing the hotel hall and bar area, making it dark and dreary. The breakfast was surprisingly good and the only positive aspect of my stay. Overall, the hotel feels like a decadent building nearing the end of its lifespan. Surely it’s not worth half the daily rate they charge.

I had a big problem at Hilton Huntington at 10pm. 11pm and 1 am last night and no one is calling me back and contacting me and they know about it. They have a fire man convention there and when we arrived last night everyone at the hotel outside and inside lobby and bar and hallways was fall down drunk and cursing in Front of my family and 4 year old. I was also afraid when I went down to get milk for my son alone because they were big groups of drunk men everywhere. What kind of establishment are you running there. This is not family friendly at all. Then around 10 and 11 and then 1am the same sounding guy each time was screaming running down the hallways banging so hard on all of the doors. I called the first time they said they would take care of it and they didn’t. The second time and third time I called I said am I gonna have to call the cops he said so call the cops. Really ? This is bad. Then at 1 am the last time it happened we were all standing in the hallway. Crying kid. No sleep. Telling the security guard what’s happening.

When we arrived the outside and the lobby looked amazing. but once we got to our room there were stains on the carpet and the refrigerator was warm since the ice box was frozen shut. that indicated to us that it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. we asked to move rooms and were given a room 1 floor up on the complete opposite end of the building,, normally not an issue except we have a 15month old with all the things that came with her. Additionally when we tried to check out and get a caddy/bellhop the front desk woman, Lou, was very rude to my wife and snapped at her that we could not have one until we were ready to leave. when a gentleman finally arrived with it he abruptly asked if we needed help loading our stuff onto it and when we said no he walked away without if even saying a word. NOT WHAT ID EXPECT FROM A HILTON!!!

Staff is very unfriendly. Guests are extremely loud and staff does nothing to control that! Handicapped room is far from that! Bed is so lumpy I am in extreme pain!!! Bell boy is useless in helping with bags!!! Door locks are broken and replaced with plastered garbage that don’t make you feel safe at all!!! When I asked about coffee in the morning I was told go buy it at Starbucks!!! For what I paid and the Hilton name this place is a DUMP!!!!! Do not waste your money here!!!! I stayed 3 weeks ago at the hotel up the road, 4 Seasons by Sheraton, white glove treatment and 1/3 the price!!!! Go there!!!!

I flew my sister in law in from Tenessee for her daughters funeral The hotel had the wrong dates and on the morning of the funeral i was on the phone wih tthem for over an hour straightening out the reservation. This took time away from my family Later on that afternoon at the repasse they were informed they would have to vacate the room I the showed then the reservation numberand payment confirmation. again i took another hour away from my family. They assured me everythingw as correct and thn elocked my sister in law out of her room. This is a disgrace and when I asked for a manager i was told they were away for two days and no one is covering. I rhen asked forthe corporate number and hte yinformed me they dont have it. Shame on you Hilton I habe stayed at many Hiltons and never had this level of poor service and inconvenience to a grieving family

Check was very easy and front desk staff allowed us for an early check in which was much appreciated. Lobby is lovely with lots of seating and despite a dozen weddings booked there that weekend, it was not loud or crowded. Would definitely stay again

Nice clean locker room with showers and changing areas. Hot breakfast in the morning for a surcharge. Love the omelet station that was included. Overall a good stay!

Good hotel. I would say you need a car here but conveniently located as a base for exploring Long Island. Free parking and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Long Island is beautiful!

The property is advertised in Huntington, but it is not in Huntington and not that close. The property is tired and not well maintained - the ceiling was patched but not painted in the bathroom, soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The sofa had noi springs left so you just sank in.

I wasn't aware of the $225.00 hold for incidentals, but I literally got it back the day after check-out. I was a little worried that I would get charged erroneously for something, but I wasn't. Beautiful facility with nice indoor pool, jacuzzi, and dinner and bar atmosphere.

The service was terrible and the room was overpriced. Could not get the hot water to work, request to do regular house keeping service such as changing the bed and supplying fresh towels were ignored repeatedly. The food was mediocre and had a strong overtone of Indian cuisine.

The staff were so nice and helpful when we needed extra towels or more coffee in our room. They also informed us of local dining. Room always very clean. The hotel resteraunt and buffet breakfast is very good. I recommend the stay at this hotel.

Everything was fine except for in room coffee making supplies. A few more dollars could be spent on a better coffee machine, better coffee, real milk,, no coffee mate,, real crockery, no paper cups and and some good tea!

We were looking forward to getting Starbucks but the one person working it was in another area helping a man for over 15 minutes. We wound up leaving and getting Starbucks else where. Also wish there was late night food available so we did not have to door dash.
