No ac elevator broken, staff very indifferent

Very small room, staff beyond indifferent, one elevator out for 2 days, ac in room did not work - don’t stay here

When we arrive to the lobby , there was a couple asking why there wasn't any hot water . It turned out that the boiler had to be reset because it stopped working. This was not the only time this happened during our stay. Once in our room, an electrical outlet blew up on us for turning on the bedside lamp when we arrived at the hotel. After that, none of the outlets in the room or bathroom worked. They gave me a significantly smaller bedroom gor the night. The bathroom door of the second room was rotting from the bottom up since the showers don't have a door or curtain, so water sprayed everywhere, especially on the door. They ended up getting us another King size room, but it was not the same kind I had gotten originally. This was our wedding anniversary trip and that was how it started onbthe first night. Oh, and another couple was fighting the front desk because there was no hot water again as we were checking out on the last morning. Avoid this hotel at all cost!!!!

Perfectly positioned in the theatre district, this hotel is well located. It is showing it's age, but was clean and the bed comfortable. The A/C was good, once I learned how to operate it. The en-suite was a little cramped, particularly the toilet, but it was workable. The lack of hot water was however a problem. If you want a hot shower, be up and in the shower by 6am!

nice, hotel is is in pretty good shape, clean and tidy. some of the chairs in the lobby need replacing, most of the staff are super nice and friendly. comfy room. the only issue with this hotel is there are only 2-3 elevators and at busy times you are waiting a long time. otherwise all good!
