Pros: Convenient location. Less than 2 mins to subway! Lots of stores around, as you’d expect in Manhattan. Hotel is busy but staff are attentive. Cloak room is large enough to store your bags after checkout. Parking garage associated with the hotel is expensive but is 24 hours. There are cheaper garages nearby with reduced hours. Cons: view on the east side is less impressive. Try asking for west or south side to get views of iconic buildings

The hotel was nice and in a quiet location. However it is an older building and it only had 2 elevators working. One morning we waited 20 min for an elevator. Otherwise we had a nice stay. All the staff was very nice and accommodating.

I like the property because it was clean and safe area, but the parking was horrible. I think we should get a more cheaper rate parking valet. The price for the valet parking is so crazy high. The hotel has to improved more on the parking facilities

We have stayed at this hotel several times before and no issues. This time very different. we arrived at 2PM and were told that checkin is at 4PM. We will be contacted when rooms are ready. The hotel was totally behind schedule with a long wait list of rooms to be done before our turn. We left the hotel to enjoy the city while waiting for our room. We never got contacted by front desk about the room. I could not call the front desk as I would get routed to a central reservation system with a long wait time. As a result we could not take a chance to come back and change for our dinner. Upon our return at 10PM, still took 15+ min and 2 hotel employees to get us the room. It seem like they didnt know if there was a room ready or not. Rather stressful at 10PM, having to wait and not knowing whats going on Wifi did not work at all during the stay - thats terrible. Considering we paid over $2000 for 2 nights. This is completely inacceptable and I expect actions from the hotel and the managment. I want to emphasis that the staff was very good, friendly and courteous. I believe the issue is with the managment and their increase the price during high demand period but their inability to provide the same level of service .

The rooms are really large especially by NY standards. We had the king room. Nice area to hang out on 12th floor and free printer. Really should have free coffee

Staff was super friendly! The room however, was kind of gross - there were food items and plastic ware from previous guests left around the bed and the floor was so sticky and left my white socks black. The shower did not drain so you had to stand in yellow/brown water.

The staff are absolutely outstanding. They really made our stay a wonderful experience. So nice, friendly, and seemed to anticipate exactly what we needed. They made us feel so welcome and comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable. Location is within walking distance of fabulous restaurants and museums.

Right across from the subway entrance, a Starbucks, and next to a Walgreens. Down the street, McD’s, Subway, Panda, CVS. Blocks away from Rockefeller Center. A block away from police and fire, felt safe the whole time. The property was modern and clean. We used the microwave in the lobby, our room had a fridge. Normal room size and not NY size, bed was comfortable and room was quiet! Definitely want to stay here again on the next trip.

This was my second time staying here. The location is perfect because it's central to everything, but the best part is the rooms are very large, over 400 ft.² which is very hard to find in New York City. Being that it's me and my two adult daughters with two pieces of luggage each, we need that extra space. Most hotel rooms in New York are less than 300 ft.² or sometimes even less than 200 ft.², this hotel is perfect because of the room size and the location. It doesn't have the same amenities of some other hotels like a big lobby with a bar or anything like that but it does have a small little coffee breakfast area on the 12th floor. But there's plenty of places to grab food all around the hotel because of the perfect location. It also had a small refrigerator and a microwave in the room. Decent view too. The price is super for all this as well! Will definitely be back again.

Time for some renovations. The rooms (furniture and bathroom) are outdated. Given the location, this Courtyard is overdue for some upgrades. Location was great for our stay. Easy walk to Lexington Ave, shops and quick good eats.

This was the most roomy hotel room we have stayed in NYC. Most of the hotel rooms feel like a closet, but this one was large enough to fit 5 people comfortably. It was newly renovated and very clean and quiet. My only suggestion is to put up another mirror or two in the main area so that everyone doesn’t need to crowd in the bathroom when getting ready (I have 3 teenage daughters!!).

I was very impressed with how attentive the staff was here. They are all extremely professional and very welcoming. Most hotels no longer daily room cleaning services, but here, they do. They went above and beyond keeping my room clean and well stocked with towels. This entire hotel is clean and very beautiful in general. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are bigger than expected, the bathrooms are newly renovated with excellent water pressure. On top of that, the rooms truly are sound proof! I never heard my neighbors on either side one time. If you are looking for a place to stay that is also very convenient for transportation and walking, look no further. You'll be more than pleased with your stay here.

We checked in very late, nonetheless the night auditor was welcoming, patient, knowledgeable and accommodating!!! The room was clean, well kept and surprisingly spacious. We dined at their restaurant which also was very clean and the servers were friendly, patient and helpful. Thank you Hailey(F.D) and Myra(F&B) for your stellar service. My family and I will be back!

They “walked my reservation” to another establishment a few blocks away… but they didn’t notify me that had booted me from my prepaid hotel room until 10:30pm, as I was in an Uber heading toward them. I’d alerted them I’d be arriving at 10:45pm, so they knew of my late arrival. I was not happy with the accommodations they had me go to, but it was so late that I had no choice but to stay there.

The staff was generally very nice and welcoming. The Black young woman working the front desk Saturday morning was a rude and nasty. She should be fired. I'm sorry, I didn't get her name, but she nearly forced me into "having one of my things" with her! Just horrible at customer service.

The people at the front desk were so kind, they made my birthday special. The hotel is walking distance from a lot of attractions. I forgot the name of the man that checked me in but it was May 30th, 2025, around 5:30pm you’re amazing!!! Thank you again!

First time staying in the city and this hotel is perfect for its cleanliness, front desk staff and its location. Subway station from and back to JFK is across the street, Time Square, shopping, dining and Central Park all within 15 min walk. Subway station within 3 blocks to get to lower Manhattan. Overall this is the place!

This is nice hotel, right across the street from a subway station. It is about 20 minutes walk though to Times Square. There are pizza places nearby to deliver pizza late. I felt safe.

Just ok for a Courtyard and had the basics for just sleeping there which is really all we expected. Smallest lobby I've ever seen in a hotel in the US. If there were more than 10 people standing around, it was packed. The room was huge (2 queens, very hard to find in the city, and why we ended up picking this one), but didn't use the space well. There could've been two more large dressers or a desk or mirror or larger closet, but just barely the basics and terrible lighting. I'm not trying to do fancy hair and makeup and annoyed at the lighting...I was just trying to see to get around and couldn't. Most outlets didn't work; had to use bathroom to charge electronics. The bathroom lighting was awful. Only had in-mirror light strips and had to use phone flashlight to see. No overheard exhaust fan so if you didn't shower with the bathroom door completely open, it steamed everything up for a half hour afterwards. Housekeeping was good. Vacuumed and plenty of towels promptly if you asked. Nice seating area on 12th floor where continental breakfast is. Don't waste money on that breakfast. Tons of bakeries or diners within easy walk. Police precinct on same block so felt safe but didn't notice the noise being worse than anywhere else we've stayed in the city. Nice dinner restaurants walkable as well as sights within 15 minute walk in every direction. Easy subway access to 6 train downtown.

When you pay for the breakfast the choices are limited to either one type of sandwich, bagel, croissant and a drink or two smaller items and a drink. Not worth the upgrade to pay for the breakfast.

Request for connecting rooms was met. Comfy beds and pillows. Good location. Staff pleasant. No bar at the hotel was a downside and breakfast was poor but plenty of choices in New York.

If we were to come back to New York, we would definitely come here again. We would prefer if the hotel restaurant had dinner and lunch but the breakfast was excellent and the kids really enjoyed it. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Great location. Close enough to Grand Central and the subway at 53rd and Lexington. Very convenient area. Great hotel, quiet, very clean - the only thing is that I wish there was complimentary coffee or breakfast for the price we now pay.
