The hotel was expensive for the facilities, expected a coffee machine in the room. Very expensive in the restaurants. One was being refurbished! Avoid the underground, very hot and smelly.

Is a great place to stay. It needs to be revamped, specially the lobby and the front desk. It looks kind of decaying. Thanks to the staff. Everybody is kind and polite. Jorge

Worn down and tired. The rooms have not been kept up to date, and the A/C was miserable at best. Overall, the hotel feels more like a 3- or 4-star property. That said, the Central Park view is unbeatable from rooms on floors 15–18 and above. Breakfast is spot on, with an excellent selection and an amazing open-air view of Central Park, weather permitting.
