The bathroom lights were full of dust , as well as the resting area between beds . The furniture seems to have taken some beating. The phone in the room did not work , I called front desk to inform and still waiting. One glass in the room for personal use even though we were two, also let front desk know, no result. The only good thing is the location but there are other options even in front .. The Hyatt among many. Really an awful stay won’t recommend it .

Do NOT stay here!!! This property is under renovation and consequently only 2 elevators were operational!! Is there a code violation?? This is a 52 story property and it took us 20 minutes or more to get to the lobby on more than one occasion! Guests were frustrated and once a physical altercation almost occurred when some guests tried to enter a full elevator. We stopped at every floor— guests were waiting to board an elevator. I complained twice before asking to speak to management. The on duty manager apologized but seemed unaware that such a serious situation existed. I am in the process of informing the NYC hotel code violation department and writing to the Millennium corporate office. DO NOT STAY at this hotel!!!

The hotel is going through some renovations, which I am fine with, the staff were very helpful and supportive during their transition. The hotel was fully booked, I thought the staff at the front desk handed all the different personalities with professionalism and kindness.
