Good value. Economy room with shared bath was small but impeccably clean. While it's small it feels kind of cute and cozy - like one of those old NYC apartments in a prewar walkup; there is a certain charm in that. No frills of course but no complaints whatsoever. Expect commotion on the street into late hours. If this is the neighborhood you want to stay in, maybe traveling solo and not coming to get pampered, just need a comfy place to crash, then excellent value - I'd stay again!

It was nice in that it had a kitchenette and a separate bedroom. Seemed priced good for the area. My only complaint is that there was no nearby parking. But it's Manhattan, what do you expect?

Right in the middle of Soho neighborhood, parking is non-existent unless you get lucky on a side street. Property appears as renovated apartment building, but clean. Wood floors. Almost non-existent channels on TV.

Ok good hotel for a few days. One thing i dont like about my room was the Ac . My room AC was too loud. They dont have central AC system. They have this wall AC nd some portable Ac. Thats why i give the. 4 star. The stuff are very friendly you can check in or check out any time . I like it.

Great location but overall disappointing. The main reason we booked this was it offered a ‘full kitchen’ which we require to cater to our children’s dietary needs. The full kitchen indeed had an oven, however no oven trays, only one pot and was generally in poor condition. The metal stove circles were inexplicably hanging off the light in the kitchen! So we ended up living on what we could cook in the microwave instead. Also no tea towels and no plug for the kitchen sink. The water pressure was not great in the shower and the first time we used it the tap wouldn’t turn off so we had to get this fixed by the staff.

I suppose we got what we paid for. It’s NY and NY is ridiculously expensive. It was a great area to be but the property was pretty old, dreary and noisy and internet was slow and intermittent. I think our expectations were too high for the amount we paid.

Don’t hesitate to give this place a chance a couple reviews made it seem iffy, however from my arrival to check out it was a great experience. We just needed a place to sleep after a night out in the city. The entrance was clean the sitting area was very quaint and welcoming. The staff that I encountered were all friendly and helpful. Our room was great! Yes it’s an older building and yes the tiles in the bathroom are outdated but the hardwood floors were clean (I never walk barefoot in hotels I was comfy enough to go barefoot) everything was clean sure no bells and whistles but I had a really good sleep on the bed. Parking is a nightmare but it’s NYC what do you expect! I will be keeping this place in mind for my next time in the city. It was very close to the various locations we were going to visit we walked with no issues.

The staff were very pleasant and accommodating, the suite was clean and featured a full kitchen and a full bathroom as well as a living room and separate bedroom area. The price point was much lower than other accommodations and a lot more spacious. The location was also second to none. We would stay here again.

This is a great deal for the price. It's not the Four Seasons, but the rooms are very large by New York standards, it's clean enough, and the shower pressure will rip your skin off (in a good way). You can hear everybody else in the building. The towels are practically see-through.

Pros: Easy to reach from the airport, a few minutes from a few different metro stations. Easy to get both uptown and downtown. The apartment is large and really clean if not a little dated. The beds are lovely and comfortable. The staff are really friendly Cons: there’s only single glazing and with a bar downstairs and the bin trucks that come about 4am means it can be a bit on the loud side at night. The shower is hot but not the most powerful. The fridge is really loud so if you have people staying in the living room, it may be too loud to sleep

Lots of space - these suites are bigger than many NYC apartments. No frills but clean. The beds were uncomfortable (we had the twins and my travel companion ended up sleeping on the futon in the main room, she said it was more comfortable than the bed.) Kinda loud at night but that's to be expected with the neighborhood.

This is a very old building in a not-so-great part of town. Boxed window aircon on the room wasn’t working. The response from the front desk person: the maintenance guy already left, why didn’t you check the ac when you first checked in’ For context we checked in, turned the ac on, and returned 4 hours later and the room was still hot. Anyway, after some nicerties he said; I’ll put you in the other room, make sure the bed is still clean, because I will rent this room to someone else. Anyway, it is okay, just go in with low expectations

Check in was great. Tvs need to be updated, i was granted a late check out which i very much appreciated because it helped me greatly. I get a call at 11:50 with the front desk person telling me it's time to go rudely. I explained i was granted an extra hlf hr which again i was thankful for but he continued to act like i didn't until i went down to the desk and showed him the email verifying that i didn't have to leave yet. Night and day difference from the nice treatment from the overnight person who checked me in and the rudeness from the morning person.

A budget apartment hotel in a terrific area, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Gabe is a warm, professional and hospitable host. The beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious, especially by Nee York standards. Cleaners are friendly and hard working. The area is safe, but hopping. Loads of options for dining and nightlife. Multiple subway options are nearby. Gabe was available with any recommendations we needed. It feels like we have a New York apartment (a girl can dream!). We’ll be back!

Our flight into NY was early and we were allowed to check-in to the room early. Greatly appreciated! We had a room on the 3rd fl w/shared bathroom and kitchen with another room. The clerk told us he would try not book the other room if he could. It was not booked. Greatly appreciated! Wasn't too crazy about the neighbor, felt a little sketchy. There was a bar next door and if not for the A/C unit in our room the noise would have been awful. (The A/C in our room was a portable unit) Room was small, very minimal but you're in NY - Get out of the room.

I took my daughter and her best friend to NYC to see a concert and celebrate their high school graduation. This propert was perfectly located, clean and within walking distance of any restaurant we could ever walt. Highly recommend staying at Off SoHo.

The property was in a ghetto area with lots of homeless , drunks , trash everywhere , graffiti . This was skid row in downtown L.A. not width paying over 200 for this. I never been in an room where I had to share another room with guest and had to share the same bathroom which I had to step outside my room to use. I really felt very unsafe and did not sleep all night left the room at 4 am. This this of hotel shouldn’t be part of the choice hotels that Expedia has

The apartment was quite spacious with kitchen, dining area and separate bedroom. Great location at the edge of Soho and Chinatown, at the end of really festive Spring street with many restaurants and galleries. Thought that it was great for the cost.
