Blocked toilet and sink. Hotel didn’t have my reservation but staff were lovely.

One of my two connected rooms was not ready until late evening. There was no shampoo in the bathroom. Worst bed and pillows caused severe backache. Front desk staff were not helpful

Park South is the only hotel I will stay at when I’m in the city! Their staff is amazing and all so professional. The all go out of their way to help make your trip top notch and give great recommendations for dining, attractions, and subway directions! Our rooms having always been very clean and have great views. Highly recommend staying here.
