Some staffs are extremely welcoming, but not all staffs. Lobby areas are very small. There is no coffee machine. There is no roof top bar. Staffs focus on certain guests.

My stay at the hotel was generally good. The room was clean and tidy, with all the basic necessities provided. The staff were professional and helpful throughout the stay. The location was convenient and close to services, which made it easy to get around and reach important places. The level of quietness was acceptable, and the Wi-Fi service was stable. Some minor details could be improved, but overall it was a comfortable experience and I would recommend it.

Good front desk staff but worst Peninsula experience. It lacks a lobby, rooms are small, no coffee or tea maker or iron & ironing board in the room, bath has only 1 sink, separate but small walk-in shower & tub, housekeeping forgot top bed sheet 2x, took away robes & slippers, elevators are old/small/slow and 2 of 4 not working.

Room was a great size for the city and exceptionally clean! The amenities were fabulous, loved the fitness area. The staff was attentive and friendly. Will look forward to my next visit to NYC
