Excellent location, room/beds very comfortable and all staff very helpful and pleasant. We hit whilst redecoration of the lobby and stairs were being redecorated, which was not a problem to us. Unfortunately one of the two lifts was out of action and so getting to and from room was a bit hit and miss with some long waits. Again, not a serious problem, but just a little irritating at times. Overall, a place to me commended and recommended.

It’s an old building so it shows that. It could use a remodel getting rid of the gross carpets but, overall, it was clean and the staff were very very nice. The front desk told us we could wash our clothes in the basement laundry room for free so that was so nice and a bit of an adventure. The biggest issue was only one elevator working but it wasn’t too long a wait to be honest. Pullout sofa was super duper uncomfortable so be warned. Regular king bed was very comfy. No vent fan in the bathroom so steamy. A/Cs worked great.

The room is plenty spacious and very clean. Polite hotel staff and very quiet as well. The rooms are well appointed and I loved having a small kitchen at my disposal to cool drinks in the frige and heat leftovers in the microwave. The only negative that could be said is that there are only 2 very small elevators which can become a problem at check in time at which a line forms to use them. Beyond that, I’d definitely stay here again as it’s very convenient to all the Broadway theaters and the hustle and bustle of Times Square.

Fantastic stay here! Property is clean, staff were excellent - helpful, caring, professional. Rooms were great - two bedroom with kitchen. Excellent air conditioning with units in every bedroom and living room. Great location - 1 min to Times Square, 4 min to Rockefeller. Validated parking right down the street. What a great find here - a gem and we will be back.

It was acceptable but I expected to be better. the bathroom wasn't very clean, and we had to ask them to come and clean it. There were hair everywhere in the floor. The most horrible thing is their wifi. They pretend that they have free wifi but either doesn't work at all or it's extremely slow to a point that you can't see or download anything. I am a frequent traveler but this kind of internet I haven't seen it anywhere else in the world. You can't believe the reality knowing the location of the hotel.

Everything is very tired. Old carpet. Room was smelly and overlooked an alley. There was a step up to the bathroom. I forgot twice on exiting the bathroom, and tripped, so I put a chair in front of the bathroom to remind myself. It does look like they are doing a remodel, so maybe it will improve.

Excellent location for exploring theatre district, Times Square, Central Park, and more. Pasta Lovers restaurant next door had very good food. One bedroom apartment was well equipped. Desk staff was very helpful. We will definitely stay there when we return. Only concern was that housekeeping did not come to our room after our first and second nights. We did see them and ask for clean towels, which they brought quickly.

I had a wonderful stay at Radio City Apartments. I was fortunate enough to get an upgrade to a one bedroom, it was spacious and included a full fridge, stove, sink and cookware and cutlery. The room and property were thoroughly clean (something I’m a hyper critical of) and free of odor. 👍👍 The only downside for some guests may be the fact the room receives very little natural light due to the surrounding buildings which also means no view (at least from my 7th floor north facing room) but as a former New Yorker I’m accustomed to this as it’s very common especially in older midtown buildings. The furnishings and decor are dated but kept clean and tidy which I appreciate. It’s located right next to Times Square so as a tourist this could be a very central location to be based. Overall I give this property, including the helpful and friendly staff (much gratitude to Angel who helped me with my bags and check-in) 5 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hotel was in a good location as far as time square goes. The hotel was outdated and there appeared to be gum or candy stuck to the sheets. I called down and they brung more sheets. There are furnaces in the rooms but they do not work, it was cold in the room they told me that the heat could not be turned on because it was for the whole building not per hotel room and they gave me a space heater. Only thing about this hotel was the location.

The hotel is pretty centrally located, but perhaps because of this the rooms are small. It had everything we needed including a fridge, a kitchenette and a fridge - but add a queen bed and the room became very small. It was OK for a 4 days stay, but wouldn't have wanted to stay any longer. the reception team at the desk were always good, but the emails from reception manager that you get before hand are a bit like a lecture for being naughty. I get that there is information that they want to pass on, but it needs a significant re-write

The noise from the street was insane. The windows seem very thin and the building overall very dated. I have been staying in NYC for over 10 years and this was the loudest room I have stayed in. Hotel was clean and the staff pleasant but the lack of sleep with the noise was a big issue for me.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Room was nice, clean, full kitchen, everything was fine. The room is small (210 sq ft) but I knew that going in, and frankly it was big enough to be comfortable. Checkin was super easy, just nothing to complain about. I'll be back.

This is a rarity - a spacious room with a kitchenette in Manhattan. We had a studio (one king with a sofa bed) for three people (parents and one teen child) and it was perfect. Centrally located to Times Square and the Theater District, it was easily walkable to most things we needed, but far enough from the insanity of Times Square that it was somewhat peaceful. We were on the 10th floor and got a little street noise, but not enough to be distracting. The building is older, but the rooms are in good shape. The only ding I would have is that the elevators are a bit small and slow (but it's an old building.) Highly recommended if you want a bigger space with kitchen options.

I really like this location. It was close to everything and very easy to find. On the website it said something about offsite parking being $40 but there was no mention of this at check in so we had to find our own parking a few blocks away. Room was nice. Only down fall was we couldn’t adjust the temperature so we had to open a window. I would stay again.

Radio City Apartments is in a great location for sight seeing. It’s walkable to Times Square, Broadway shows and even a nice walk to Central Park. The staff were great and we felt safe. It’s a bit dated but clean. My only reason to not give 5 stars is there is no temperature control in the rooms. Even though it was cold outside we could not cool the room down even with the windows open and then it was noisy with the sirens and honking cars but aside from that I’d stay here again but bring a small travel fan to circulate the air. Really great location!

We arrived a few hours early and expected to wait, but they were still able to check us in an hour ahead of time and even upgraded our room, which was a very nice surprise. The front desk staff was friendly, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The only issue was that it felt a bit cold when we first walked in, but by the time we returned from our show, it had warmed up nicely. Overall, for the price and location, this was a great deal. I would definitely stay here again.

So roomy! Nice size sitting room with good sized fridge and freezer as well as sink, stove, and microwave. Entry and stairwell are beautiful. Staff was very helpful and professional. Location was fantastic for being so close to Times Square and Broadway shows! Also super close to multiple convenient subway stations.

Room had no air flow and hot pipes in the walls that heated the room. The room had no air conditioning. Had to keep windows open all the time. Could not sleep at night due to people driving dune buggy’s with extremely loud music at 3am every night. Even with windows open, the room was hot. Stove did not work. Had to get maintenance person to fix it. Took over 5 minutes for water to get hot. Front desk staff were not helpful and rude. Room prices were not what was posted. Worst stay in New York.

We went to NY to visit Memorial Sloan Kettering for my boyfriend that has Stage 4 cancer. The travel was really rough on him. I called the hotel when we landed to see if we can get an early check in bc he desperately needed to lay down and rest. Carlos was extremely helpful, I was overwhelmed by his ability to accomodate us that I had to hold my tears in. When life challenges you to this level, the world needs more people like Carlos. Thank you again!!

Wow!!! What an incredible hidden gem. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we had nothing but an amazing stay. Once we arrived we were just going to check our bags at the check in desk and walk to Time Square as we were super early to arrive but they were able to go ahead and check us in and give us a room key. During our two night stay we were so pleasantly impressed that the hotel is located in the middle of everything we wanted to see. Time square, Rockefeller Center, and Broadway shows. We really felt it was a Jack Pot place as we were staying in a center hub and so close to everything. The rooms were a fantastic size for just us two, the showers were hot! The beds were comfy and the kitchenette was so great to have. The elevators were a tad slow but nothing I felt dampened our stay at all. At check out they did check our bags as we were not leaving for a few more hours. When we arrived back to call an uber they asked us the rate and they were able to call a service for cheaper ride to the airport. Hands down the best part of our trip was this hotel. Thank you Radio City Apartments, you made our visit that much better!

Amazing location! We were thrilled to have a little kitchen too. The room was clean but the carpeting was kind of worn looking and may never really look clean. Street noise was extremely loud and a bit worrisome but it stopped around 11:30 PM. We would definitely recommend this place!

Conveniently located to visit Times Square, Broadway, and the Rockefeller building, as well as catching the subway and many restaurants. My family stayed here for NYC Marathon and it was comfortable and close to the shuttle bus area. Staff were very helpful and attentive.

What an awesome place to stay! I was in NY for a short, last minute trip and got a great deal here. The apartment was so cute and just perfect! Fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker... everything you need, especially for a longer trip if the plan is to eat some meals in and save. I also had no idea how close to Times Square it was so that was amazing, though after the first night I had to buy a sleeping mask and ear plugs to help (luckily there was a CVS a block away). I absolutely loved the area, how walkable it was, and how easy to catch public transportation from here. I would most definitely stay here again! Oh and the staff were so polite and nice and helpful!

This is a nice hotel. Rooms are small but have a useful kitchenette. All very clean and daily housekeeping. Staff is very helpful. NYC and transport at your door step. Heating cannot be regulated and room had a slight chill on an extremely cold weekend. Convenient Italian restaurant connected to the hotel for evenings when you are very tired or weather inclement.

What a wonderful surprise this was! I had a lovely studio with a full kitchen. Everything was clean and in good working order. The property is well maintained. It’s less than five minutes to Times Square. I ordered delicious food from a nearby Indian restaurant (Saar) and it lasted three nights. I’m spoiled now. I’ll only stay here in the future.

A wonderful place to stay in Manhattan. Centrally located. A short walk to Rockefeller Center. A super grocery store a quick 2 blocks down. Best part: the room/apt. has a full kitchen and was spotless. The rooms on our floor were quiet. Reasonably priced for NYC. All staff helpful and friendly. Many thumbs up.

Amazing! This location is so convenient. If you are able to walk, there is so much to see and do close by. Also the subway is close. For an old building, everything was well maintained. Great shower. Little kitchen with everything you need.
