The hotel floors we were on were terrible. My friend was on a alternate floor and those rooms had been renovated but we had paid the same amount. It felt yucky to be on our floor and room. Definitely a bad experience.

First morning woke to loud construction above our “Premium” Room at 7:00-7:15 AM! Hallway noise non-stop, had to jam a towel in the bottom of the room door. Bath was cheaply done, removal shower wand was plastic and didn’t work properly, no washcloths were provided, no refrigerator or even adequate seating in a premium room. Ice machine on our floor was dis-assembled and obviously not working. Run, do not walk away from this hotel.

The rooms were clean but very dated. Old carpeting in hallway and rooms. Musty smelling.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The rooms do not have microwaves or refrigerators, and breakfast is not included even after paying for the stay. There is also no parking available, which is very inconvenient. To make matters worse, the elevator was not working, and it seemed like the hotel did not care to get it fixed. It takes forever to get to your room, especially when you have to use the stairs. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. For the price and the lack of basic amenities and service, I would definitely choose another hotel. I do not recommend staying here.
