The buildings were old and our door did not shut all the way but the friendly staff more than made up for that. The pool is extremely well tended to. Very clean. We went swimming and the area was beautiful. Cool to just hang out at. My spouse and I came just to see the Long Island Aquarium and this place was within walking distance. They also serve a decent free continental breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. This was a nice surprise because it wasn’t in the listing. They said they do it in the summer.

Room was big enough. AC worked very well. Beds were very comfortable. Pool and it's area was excellent. Everyone including other guests were very friendly and easy to talk with. I'd definitely go back.

Excellent stay for a motel. No frills but has charm and meets the needs. Pool was very nice and well kept/clean. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool. Very nice to chill outside. Window ac units kept the room cool with white noise so slept like a dream. Showers were hot and strong!

Room smelled like mold, was extremely outdated and gross - floors were cracked, caulking every corner, bathroom was disgusting, mildew stains on sink, soggy rug in the middle of the room. I called front desk to change reservation and they refused. 1 block away from Riverhead jail. 0/10 will never be staying here again do not recommend.

First day in the room i had no wash cloths said they ran out 2nd day nobody cleaned and still no was cloth was given when asked again!!! Woke up the 3rd morning with so many bed bug bites and found the culprits on the bed...worst experience ever

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The decor was dated but it was very clean. It was not on a main road and was quiet. The pool was beautiful and grounds were well kept. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were hard. There was a small refrigerator in the room and an Ice machine which was not listed on your site The front office staff were great. There was even pastries on the weekend which was not advertised. Nice surprise! The only “cons” were that the pillows and the slivers of soap that were provided. Would stay there again.

The stay was average. The property is really old and dated. It could use an upgrade and remodel. It still uses a real key to get into the room. But the bed seemed good and the grounds were clean. It’s a good satay for the price if you just need a place. And the pool was clean also.

Good value for the price. Walking distance to town and pool is nice. Staff is not very friendly but our room was spacious and clean. Almost no storage in the room so we just lived out of our suitcase.

Hotel was fine, we were a bit anxious as the reviews were very up and down but for the cost it was perfectly ok. The rooms were a decent size. The beds were ok but a bit creaky. The worst part of the room was the bathrooms. With poor tiling, missing tiles and discoloured grout. Other than that I’d not be concerned about staying again

The hotel was quaint and lovely. The pool was very nice. My only complaint is that the pillows were rock hard, and I did not get a good night's sleep. This hotel needs to CHANGE their pillows. It was a bad night's sleep. I tried to tell the person at the front desk about this issue, but he didn't speak English well, so my complaint fell on deaf ears, which is why I express it here. Change your pillows!!

The property is clean the bed is comfortable. The internet is terrible. Never worked. The person at the desk dis not a cistomer service knowledge. I checkes in about 5pm. You ring the door bell to get into the main oddice because theres three buildings with rooms. When he answered it aewm like he dis not want to be there. He had an expressionless face the interactions. Thwy also ask for a 100.00 deposit wven big chain hotels deposit is only 50.00. When we checked out their was another person much more attentive.

Good value. Had everything we needed. Came out for a wine tasting event with my bestie. Rooms were large and clean. Call for directions as the maps app will put you one street over. When we need a room change we were immediately accommodated. (1st room was fine, just didn’t want to be on the 1st floor)

The property is a vintage 1950"s or 60"s property which was likely very attractive. Those days are long gone and the property is worn. The bed was very comfortable. The promised WiFi was non-existent and the response: "The router is out and we called corporate to get it fixed." Also, the advertised free breakfast is not offered after the summer season. This was not mentioned in the ad. The rate was among the lowest in the area and I understand why. If you only need a place to sleep, it is satisfactory.

This hotel is definitely a place to come back to i love how great it smelled upon walkin, I came out here with my husband and stepson, we got 2 rooms that was right next to each other and poolside. I was very impressed with the picnic area and the bbq grills, definitely family friendly, and cozy. The staffs are very nice they even gave us an umbrella to get back to our room when it started to rain. Microwave and extra space for frozen food in the breakfast room, you just have to ask about the extra freezer space if needed. Coffee can be made in the bedrooms are if you want you can go over to the breakfast room and just pour yourself a nice hot cup. I came with my ps4 and we had good wifi to download games movies and we even brought our fire stick and the WiFi worked so good we watch the fire stick and played the PlayStation at the same time I'm definitely coming back to schedule my friends secret trip here, something we do for one another to get away from life an people. I love this place
