Front entrance has been leaking water over a month they have trash cans under the leak, kind of makes this place looks trashy when it’s the first thing you see when walking in the building. Staff is amazing! Could have a bigger breakfast selection though

The weather in January in Springville can be pretty nasty, and true to form a snowstorm came through the day we arrived. The hotel was perfectly located for me to stay the night while my husband was having surgery. My king suite was excellent and the bed was extremely comfy. The complimentary breakfast offered plenty of choices. My only minor issue was they should have plowed around the hotel more often than they did, especially during a snowstorm, so customers didn't have to walk through deep snow, especially in the back of the hotel where I had to park. Glad this hotel was there to relieve the stress of having to drive home and back in nasty weather!

Room was clean. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Ice machine was broken. Try to get a 2nd floor room, we were on the 1st floor and could here every footstep of the people in the room above us.

The outside door coming into main hallway needs to have a slow closing device put on the door so it doesnt slam the wall at all hours of the night . We were in room 144 @it was very very loud all night with people coming in at all hours .

Everything was good but they had a power outage for 5 hours in the morning and did not offer a refund or discount for the inconvenience of not having electricity. It was pitch black in the room and only emergency lights in the hallways.

I’m not sure why this place has 8/10 but I had a wonderful stay here in all respects. Very clean, well maintained, quiet place with great location. Staff I won’t say is bad but they’re just minding their own business (no greeting or whatsoever), otherwise doing great job.

Very bad experience. Once we enter the room it stinked of very dampy room and with front desk help and some air freshener the smell was bearable. Next morning the whole bathroom was leaking from roof. Many other rooms also has similar complaints. All the hotel plumbing is leaking

The pictures on the website didn’t show the wall of mirrors behind the beds. While nothing was dirty, everything was aged and had signs of wear, from the carpets throughout the building to the countertops in the bathroom.

All was basically good, except it felt that the room was part of a suite (we only had the room as expected but it didn't feel complete). There was no closet, hangers or anywhere to hang clothes, no drawers. We were only there for 3 nights but it was very inconvenient to be unable to hang anything. Also the tub had no hand rail or area that prevented falling.

I was VERY disappointed with this Microtel. It needs updating. The hall carpet was wrinkled so you had to be careful not to trip. The toilet would only fully flush if you held the handle down. There was no microwave or refrigerator in our room. When asked, I was told only the "suites" had a refrigerator. Suites?!? I stayed the night before at a Microtel and they had a refrigerator in our room.

Over the years I've stayed here a few times and even after years it still appears well maintained, not old and run down. The one thing I wasn't too thrilled about was the lack of drawers to put cloths away. Places to hang things but socks and undies alas, lacked living quarters.

When checking in I had to wait 10 minutes as the attendant was upstairs tending to a room apparently with no signage stating that there was no one there at that time. So i was yelling "HELLO" waiting for someone to either answer me or show up.

There were 3 different people that I saw working the front desk during my stay. Only one of them made herself available to the guests and had a pleasant attitude. The other 2 hid out for exceedingly long periods of time with the same guest standing at the desk waiting to speak to them long enough to see them on my way to the grocery store and again when I got back.

I had a terrible customer service experience with the front desk person before I even arrived at the hotel. Upon asking for a manager, I was told there was no manager on the premises. This was mid afternoon on a weekday. I don’t want to stay at a place that doesn’t have a manager on site to support the staff. I will never stay at this property again in Springville, NY.

We were looking for an affordable but decent place to stay that wasn’t too far from Highmark stadium. This wasn’t the Hilton but it fit the bill. Staff was friendly and accommodating, there was a Walmart and lots of restaurants and fast food places nearby and free breakfast helped us get a good start to the day. Go Bills!

The rooms are great in size and amenities, as well as being very clean. The only negatives I have are the first floor fire door to the stairwell at one end of the hotel slams with full force. Having a little cushioning or fixing it so it closes slowly like its second floor counterpart would make the downstairs rooms peaceful. The morning regular coffee urn was empty both days of both our stays, which for me made the whole breakfast buffet useless. Seems they could keep a loaded urn ready to swap in as a simple fix.
