Allowed to check in early. Restaurant on premises, had some kind of Cajun shrimp gnocchi. Delicious. Fitness room was perfect. Coffee was, well, hotel coffee (terrible, but what do you expect?). I would certainly come again.

Shower head has blue and green moldings. Since like nobody’s paying attention about cleaning that disgusting shower head. Called room service at 2:00 am because of teenagers noise at the hallways. But nothings been done. All rooms doesn’t have a bath tub. The property doesn’t have the pool. Gym at least are better.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Suffern and had an outstanding experience! The rooms are impressively spacious and incredibly quiet, making it easy to relax and unwind. I loved having plenty of room to move around and feel comfortable during my stay. Parking was very accessible, which made getting in and out of the hotel a breeze. Additionally, the exercise room is well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine while traveling. Chantal was an amazing server and bar tender. She was welcoming, professional, and always had a smile. The only challenge was that the elevator in the back of the hotel was broken the entire time we were there. My parents are elderly and we were given rooms in the back of the hotel. They had to take the front elevator up and walk around to the back hallway. When we checked in on Thursday night we were told it would be fixed the next day. At time of check out, it was still not fixed.

This property is very beautiful and maintained very well, the inside is stunning with a nice Koi pond. All the receptionist and staff were very nice and friendly. Being a Veteran i found this place to be very comfortable area while visiting NY, I definitely be coming back to stay.

All staff welcoming. One staff went out of her way to make me a great cup of coffee. Front desk always ready to answer any questions. The Food amazing and The bar as well drinks were great. Last night they had a live Band which was amazing and much needed just enjoy and dance. Only issue we had was the EV charging stations for our vehicle, more should be accessible and made sure to be working for guest staying. Overall I will revisit.

The property was noisy. There was a wedding party and their music could be clearly heard in the guest room. I was transferred to another guest room that had dirty sheets only being transferred to another room that still had dirty sheets.

Found live bugs in dresser drawer. Phone not working. No fan in bathroom. (Room 265) check in clerk copped attitude when pointed out. Waited for another room.(room 347). Hair in drawer, a/c blowing warm. Hair in drawer. Waited an hour for someone to come clean. Cigarette smoke infiltrated from smokers under window. Left after one night. Definitely not what I expected from such a highly rated hotel. Manager has videos of bugs moving around drawer.

Its a very spacious hotel near the highway. Lots of rooms and a huge lounge area near a bar. The headbord fabric, in the room I was staying, is peeling. It need to be replaced. I stayed for one night. So far, I'd stay there again.

Overall the facility was very nice. Breakfast buffet and staff were excellent. The room was clean, but the AC was extremely loud and you could hear water dripping in pipes in the wall. Also, the TV remote was not working and the TV randomly came on at 2am.

Overall good stay. Clean, comfortable room. Although site and reservations stated 2 queen beds, they looked and felt like double bed size not queen size. One recommendation is to have some type of night stand on both side of the beds. There were no options to place any items on wall side of the bed, no options to plug anything on that side either.

They should not have rooms facing the large interior area. We are on the first floor and people are right outside our windows and we can hear their conversations and hear suitcases rolling by. Only here one night or would ask to move. Many rooms face the inside so if you want a quiet stay ask that you not be on the area with people staring in at you. Check in lady was very nice but they could use having more staff working. Rooms need repair work with cracks in ceiling, broken tiles. Not dirty just well used. Time for a refresh.

I would’ve given this place much higher marks if the cooling system in our room worked. I had the thermostat set on “cool” and 65 degrees but the room wouldn’t cool off below 72 and there were no windows and for me and my family, that feels hot and uncomfortable. 69 is reasonable and I can sleep in that, but 72 is tough. I’m sure most people don’t mind 72; I do and a hotel should be able to meet its guests where the guest is.

The Heating in the property was not working and the room was freezing They could only move us to a smaller room after a couple of hrs if complaining but the room we moved to was within the foyer and the noise from the people in the bar felt like they were sitting next to you We complained as we were all shattered but they literally waived a few drinks of our bill and that was it

We were given an adjoining room. The people next to us were loud and walls paper thin. Bed was soft and room window gave onto a corridor. We arrived there late and were there for a quick sleep over so didn’t fuss. Breakfast was great.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a night because of my son‘s robotic competition at the local community college unfortunately, one of the hotel staff members knocked on our door around 8 PM and decided to just walk in without giving us a chance to answer. Contacted the front desk spoke to supervisor who just blew it off, again the next day I spoke to supervisor on duty and was told it was an honest mistake. How does a hotel staff member just walk into an occupied room and not wait for it to be answered. With the amount of kids who is staying at this hotel because of the bias competition it’s very concerning that hotel staff are just walking into occupied rooms.

Saskia at the front desk was phenomenal! She helped me get a car and a good deal to JFK and spent a lot of time helping me with this. I was really appreciative of this and she should be commended. She was really friendly and welcoming. Very needed after a stressful week of travels!!

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The Bartender/Waiter was very nice, and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and drinks. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. My only complaint would be with the breakfast waitress. If you are working for tips and taking a check with a tip included, look at your guest and say, 'Thank you.' It is NOT a guaranteed expenditure on our part.

Massive venue. Ideal for hosting events, conferences, or large meetings with the need for accommodation. Also good for leisure travellers but a bit far for frugal traveller like myself, who's main destination was NYC. Still no regrets as gas was cheap in NJ (minutes away from hotel).

I was visiting a relative in hospital and this hotel is about an eight minute or so drive from Good Samaritan hospital. Hotel itself is very nice, rooms are clean and attractive, bed was comfortable, staff were nice and dinner in the restaurant was very good. Waiter/bartender Chantal was great and very friendly. Hotel room price was reasonable. My only complaints are: 1. Bathroom had practically no space for toiletries. There was very little counter space so I had to keep my toiletries bag and flat iron in my luggage. I did like the makeup mirror attached to the wall though. 2. Breakfast was nothing special. It's a buffet with plenty of options to choose from, and a fresh omelette station but sausage links were hard and inedible after being in the chafing dish for awhile. We paid about $50.00 for two people who don't eat that much in the morning, so would have preferred the choice to order a la carte. We went to The Best Diner the next day and the breakfast was excellent. 3. Coffee in the lobby was cold every afternoon. I drink decaf and the coffee urn did not keep the coffee warm. The first day, I realized there was no microwave in my room to heat it up, so had to dump it. The next day, I found a microwave in the little market shop in the lobby, so I was able to heat it up. They should definitely pay attention to the coffee they offer guests all day and make sure it's nice and warm and fresh. Other than those few things, I liked the hotel and would stay there again.

In town for a few days for a small family reunion. Easy to find, beautiful natural surroundings. No Issues with the place. Clean, reasonably priced and friendly and helpful staff. Need a car if you want to shop eat off site etc. I would come here again.

Staff was great. Went above and beyond. It’s a solid spot to stay when just passing through. Couple of Critiques - main area like the waterfall wall, the foliage, and hanging lights in the atrium need to be dusted, rather badly - the hotel is kinda away from stuff. Which can be good or bad, it’s good for events like a wedding party or bar Mitzvah, but good luck with food or anything else around as I was just about exploring the area which made me go out for hours just to get to something - biggest complaint, the wait staff was super nice and the vibe was nice but the breakfast buffet is way too expensive for what’s offered. It’s the same stuff that would be at any other hotel and should be 8-10 bucks MAXIMUM. 22 dollars with tax is way too much for prepared eggs, soggy bacon and the usual fare from a FREE hotel breakfast. I did enjoy my time and would stay again, but I’d def never get the food again. Not for the price or quality. Staff was absolutely amazing and zero issues Beyond the nitpicking.

Awesome staff. Nice clean room and bathroom with fresh towels and linens will definitely stay again. The property is beautifully updated the best part of our stay was the fresh made to order omelettes and fresh made buffet style breakfast. Place was an A plus for us.

Big hotel with central atrium. Rooms are typical Holiday Inn. Bathrooms are very small. NO CARPET in bedrooms Bedding is average. Glass shower door is permanent so hard to gain access to controls only when in the shower Can hear guests above you. Food service- Breakfast is $21.95 each and buffet style with help - serves same food as a Holiday Inn with BIG COST. No lunch available and One entree selection for dinner. NO OTHER DINING AROUND HOTEL - have to order for delivery. Staff very accomodating. Not enought counter space in the bathroom for two people personal items. Closet is small.

The room was great. Dining room was frigid. Much too cold. No maid service even though we left sign we were out. Ice machine on second floor. Much too far from room. No microwave. Recep staff very friendly and accommodating.
