Very clean large rooms. Nice shower and fair breakfast. Very nice gym and pool well maintained. Only downside was loud HVAC and you can only get 2 extra pillows for four people.

It was fine - huge floor plans with only one elevator which is weird

Everything was great. Breakfast was a nice spread. Laundry super cheap and easy access. Nice pool and overall good place. Suites could use a sponge and dish soap.

The hotel was closed for sprinkler system replacement work. There was a manager on duty who told us we could not stay there and gave us a couple of suggestions for other accommodations. We had had no prior communication informing us of this change. I request a refund from Hotels.com for $178.04 that was posted to my Apple credit card on 5/28/25.

The pool was pristine, a little chilly but it was so clean. The room was very clean as well. There is parking right up front and there is always a hotel van parked there which is upsetting that they take a close parking spot that should be for guests instead of employee but that's the only complaint. We come here very time we're in town which is monthly.

I only stayed for one night. I was able to check in early which was very convenient as I had to log on for work immediately. Then on the day of checkout, I wasn’t able to delay my checkout and would only be on the way home after work at 5. So they were able to provide me access to their business center which wasn’t in use at the time by other clients. So I had the whole room to myself from noon until 5. They even offered coffee and freshly baked cookies. They’re very warm people that work there. Great place to stay! So glad my friend recommended it. I would stay there again.

Overnight stay in a queen bed suite,clean,well maintained,everything was satisfactory,pool and pool area were a plus for sure the grandkids loved it as did I and the complimentery breakfast was another A+ more than enough choices for dining,shopping and entertainment right there on the parkway,staff friendly and effecient,would stay again and recommend.

Was not pleased that there was a false alarm fire drill in the morning of monday 8/25. But glad that it was not a real fire.

We were denied rooms because the city has condemned the hotel after a pole burst 6 months ago. We were not given any notice that the hotel was closed and not accepting any guests or business. This let us in a terrible bind as we had no place to stay and we had booked 2 rooms. There was not any attempt by the hotel to inform us of the closure. Also when looking on line the hotel was still accepting reservations even though that hotel was clearly shut down with construction and a large red notice from the city that no one could enter the building.

Clean room and washroom, facility was well taken care of and staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was well done and very fresh and tasty.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times when visiting family. Last time it was a little dirty but I just assumed it was an off day. This time the room was filthy. I think the only thing done was changing the sheets. I took a Clorox wipe to surfaces that should’ve been cleaned (night stand, bathroom sink top, etc) and what I initially assumed were stains easily came off. To top it off the pull out couch in the main area smelled strongly of urine. The girl at the front desk was nice and it was nice to be able to have my dog with me for a $50 fee but they certainly aren’t using that money to clean the rooms. For the price I’d never stay here again, especially with kids and a dog there’s a huge risk of getting sick when staying a hotel that doesn’t clean.

The hotel was in great shape I almost thought it was new until I got to my room. Bathroom needed updating -- spider in the tub and the floor looked dirty. One other thing the hotel charged me for the room and so did Expedia. I'm not sure who to call I will start with the hotel and work my way back to you,

We were generally disappointed with the hotel and room. There was no terrible single experience, but the room was generally small, the shower was narrow enough that our elbows hit the wall or shower door while showering and and a number of the amenities (closet space, etc.) seemed to be design afterthoughts. The building's hall space is narrow enough that 2 guests passing with luggage was a bit challenging. The grout on the elevator floor is filthy and makes one wonder about the overall cleanliness of the building. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The free breakfast was good, but certainly not up to the standard of many hotels. We are unlikely to stay at another Hampton Inn and Suites property. I'm surprised the the Hilton name is prominently displayed on room key cards, etc. It doesn't enhance the property nor does it promote an image of Hilton as a premier name in the hospitality industry.

The bathroom was awful and the blankets stained.

Room and lobby were very clean and well kept. King room was smaller than expected. Breakfast was Ok, but not great.

Air conditioning was “very” noisy!😡

The blinds operated via bluetooth or something & would not raise even after a call to the front desk. The toilet paper holder was broken as well. Sadly no restaurants nearby & not much available in lobby food selections as freezer was broken. I left information at the front desk so they could fix for next guest.

Needs refurbishing. Carpet torn up and dirty, window shade was broken and wouldn’t retract or go fully down. Enjoyed breakfast and late check out

The automated blinds in the room did not go up and were fully down. The nice staff tried to fix the issue as best as possible but it was broken, and couldn’t be resolved. I had to help with a make-shift solution using rope and string to keep one of the 3 blinds up. My wife is claustrophobic and has been struggling. We would like a refund. Thank you

Check in was smooth. Room was nice and clean. Unfortunately our next door neighbors’s kids were running around, screaming, very loud. Had to call down to front desk not one or two but three times. After 2nd call, someone came up to tell them to quiet down and this was at 11 pm. Needless to say, had to call down again after that. Kids didn’t stop until almost midnight. Not a good nights rest today the least.

Spacious rooms. Small closet. Bathroom has plenty of hooks & towel racks, tho shower head is set high & unreachable to shorter people. Decent breakfast. Very friendly efficient staff

Comfy beds, usb chargers readily available, Walk-in shower. On the negative side, a somewhat dodgy Wi-Fi.

Everything was very clean, the room was very spacious and was perfect for our family who had to be in town for a few days. They also did a nice job on the breakfasts that were provided.

The staff are very responsive to all questions and concerns. They are very professional and knowledgeable and very helpful.

Felt very unsafe. At 3:00 in the morning guests were fighting in the hall by my room and slamming doors for one hour. No security or staff intervened, I was afraid to ask them to stop I was very surprised that the staff didn’t get involved it was a terrible stay

We left a pair of prescription glasses on Thursday, November 21st. We spoke to the front desk and were transferred to housekeeping, where we left a message. We did not hear back, so we called the Hilton number to contact the hotel again. The person assisting us with contacting them was disconnected three separate times. We assumed it was just a temporary glitch. After getting the front desk number from the Hilton assistant, we called again and were hung up on repeatedly; this was super surprising. After waiting a few hours again, We were able to contact the front desk, but they abruptly connected me to housekeeping before I could explain. I left another kind message explaining what day and room with a description of the glasses for housekeeping. We left our cell number again and pleaded for a call back to inform us whether they were found or not. More than 24 more hours passed with no word from anyone. One more call was made, and this time, the front desk listened and contacted someone in the housekeeping department who communicated that they would send the glasses if postage was paid for. We are so very thankful to that person. My complaint is about the hanging up on the customer and even another Hilton employee. I expected to successfully leave a message and get some kind of response. A customer should not have to work so hard to communicate with staff. Hoping for a more responsive system. Thank you.

Only 1 night but front desk staff very nice and friendly and room clean.

They gave me a smaller room(with no sofa bed that I requested) instead of the one that I had booked— issue was resolved after talking to management— even offered me a discount

Breakfast had a good variety of offerings and was very good. Dining area was well stocked, maintained, and clean. My wife needed a couple of safety pins to pin the dress she was wearing to the wedding and the front desk gladly provided what they had to help. Thank You

Booked this as as a couples getaway for my husband and myself. I was very surprised at how quiet this hotel was being in a busy city area but it sits on a hill above the main road so you hear and see no traffic. It was very clean and updated. I was the most impressed with the fact there was a walk in shower as opposed to the standard tub/shower unit (I have a disability that makes it difficult to step into a tub unit but i dont require a roll in shower) this made me feel so much less anxious about falling.

Staff were friendly. Room was clean and quiet. The hotel is up from the street so it had great views of Binghamton and less noise if you were outside. It might be my new place to stay!

Very clean, dog friendly, helpful staff. Great pool and room. Good breakfast. Close to restaurants. You need a car. Our Queen suite was spacious, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Comfy beds and sitting area, kitchenette with table and chairs, so convenient. Family of four - two teens and a dog travelling back from a soccer tournament.

Overall, it was good. Staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. There was some black gunk on the handrails in the shower that was concerning, but the rest of the bathroom was clean.

Had been to area 5 month prior and stayed at a place down the road. It was comparable but breakfast at this place was not as good. Would stay at other place based on breakfast items and attention to breakfast area during meal time
