Hotel is outdated. Room was dingy and very dark. In fact, I had to request a lamp to be brought up for desk so I could work on computer as room was so very dark. Also chair at desk did not go up so I was sitting so very low at desk. I requested new chair but they did not have one that was compatible to desk area. People at desk were nice however. ALSO, NO WASHER OR DRYER IN PLACE. closest place to do laundry was 10 minutes away! Breakfast was lousy as was coffee. Would NEVER stay there again for the money. Beds were uncomfortable. Mattress was so shoddy that I could feel springs coming through them. Rugs were filthy. Hallways were not clean and elevators were filled with fingerprints all over the place. Germ city!

Property was very clean. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Only downside was that the pool was out of commission for the first two days. Not a problem because we were busy both days.

Staff was friendly and the place was clean. However the property & room is VERY basic. Gym is not much more than a closet with a broken treadmill. The area around the hotel is under construction, so it's kind of a mess.

This is an old hotel that they must be trying to get a few more years out of. Generally I have liked Hamptons, but not this one. There was a very large hole in the parking area. There were no shades for a section of the window. Not enough lights, plugs and sockets. Will not go back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn . The Hampton sits in the middle of everything. Our room was spacious, clean, and equipped . The staff were great, they were pleasant and helpful. The elevators did not work on the day of discharge and that is the only complaint. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff were VERY nice friendly and helpful. The floors in our hotel room were very dirty. I wiped crumbs from my kids and the cloth was black. We also had a sick kid during the night and the hotel water was off all night long. It was very hard not having any running water with a child who was sick in the middle of the night. The staff were very helpful.

The night manager was super friendly and fun to talk with. He was very thorough, I wish I remembered his name. He said he plays music in his nights off. We thought that was cool. My only complaint is that the light blocking curtain was messed up/ missing a section so we couldn’t block the light out and I got woken up early. No other complaints. I would stay again.

Very nice, newer or newly renovated property. Front desk staff very friendly upon check-in. Room was very well-appointed, clean, and roomy. No noise from the road or other rooms. Had a little trouble with the AC controls but easily overcome. Bed very comfy, especially the pillows. Very clean bathroom with tons of counter space. Breakfast was nice but they didn’t offer non-dairy milk options (I asked and was told there were none). This needs to be addressed. But definitely recommend this property and would return!

Room was very small, pool was super dirty. Front desk called my room 5 times while i was trying to soothe my baby back to sleep bc the connecting room Complained she was crying. Elevators are crap, very old and jumpy. For a hampton def expected a better kept facility.

Hotel is a newer property. Staff was amazing. Hotel was clean and neat. One single issue prevens this hotel from getting a five star. The bed was as uncomfortably hard as it could possibly have been. If you like sleeping on a brick, this is the place for you.

I was not impressed with the check in process. We arrived at 3:10 pm. I had three rooms booked. I was given one room immediately upon arrival. However, it took 50 minutes to receive our other two rooms. I was told it would take 30 minutes to receive those rooms, which was already later than check in time. The lady at the front desk did not have an accomodating attitude. When asked how much longer it was going to take she simply said they only had one cleaning lady available. While I understood that, the additional waiting time caused us to have to delay our evening plans, which was a huge inconvenience.

All of the staff was helpful and polite. The breakfast offered a variety of choices and the area was kept well stocked and cleaned. We had a light bulb that was out so I called down to the front desk. They came up and replaced it within 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this hotel. There were several choices of restaurants within walking distance, as well as stores to browse in and pick up any forgotten items.

Wonderful and friendly staff. Had a problem with the internet and a housekeeper came right to the room to help. Very willing to help even though the hotel was full of marching band kids. They were very busy but was very nice to see a happy staff. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was extremely clean. No mold, no stains. I was very impressed. Would definitely stay again while visiting in Cincinnati.

Hotel sat beside a construction (destruction?) of another building and parking lot was a mess. Also, several times the evening shift front desk clerk was nowhere to be found. Otherwise we had a very pleasant stay with comfortable beds and clean room.

This is a good hotel in the Eastgate area of Cincinnati. We stayed four days for a family function. The biggest plus is the staff. They were able to give us early arrival, which we very much appreciated (Thanks, Nikkia!) and accommodated all our questions and requests with a smile. The room itself was good, clean and with all the amenities noted in the listing. A couple of things showed the age of the hotel. One is that the bed sloped down from the foot to the head, which wasn't good for my acid reflux. The bedside table sloped in the opposite direction. The breakfast had good variety, but a lot of the 'hot' items were barely room temperature. I took some of them back to the room to be microwaved. They had a waffle maker with two different flavors of batter, which was good and hot. The area is one of lots of shopping, restaurants of every type, as well as other hotels.

I have stayed here before and this trip was just as good. Everything was very good from check-in to check-out. I didn't have any problems. The room was big and comfortable. Breakfast has something for everybody, including waffles, sausage, eggs and potatoes. They only have housekeeping service every other day, but it was well done. It is the best value in the area, and we will definitely be back.

We got in a bit late, so didn't check out the pool or gym facilities; but the room was clean, quiet, and the staff very pleasant. I was very happy with the breakfast area--kept very clean, and well-stocked. The breakfast started early enough for us to eat on the weekend before we had to leave for our activity--I was happy about this, as usually breakfasts at hotels start too late for us on the weekends. Breakfast included omelets, sausage, oatmeal with toppings, waffle maker with two different types of batter, various breads & muffins, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, bananas, apples, juices, and some cold cereals (maybe more--that's what I remember!). I'm happy with our stay, and will look to book again if we are in the area in the future. :)
