It is under construction for remodeling. The parking lot had dumpsters, equipment and storage containers all over. It was hard to find a parking spot. It would have been nice to know the pool was closed.

The hotel was in a convenient location fir our trip to Hocking Hills, but there were a few issues. Our room had a very noisy AC unit. Every 1 or 2 minutes an annoying rattling would come from the unit waking us up. The breakfast was adequate but not nearly enough eating space when there's a crowd. Also, there is only 1 ice machine in the whole 3 story hotel. The morning we needed to use it, it was out of service. We were told someone would arrive in an hour to fix it, so that didn't help us much since we were leaving. A 3 story hotel should have an ice machine on every floor to adequately accommodate all the guests.

In the future I am sure this property will be terrific but right now please know that is under construction. No pool. No workout facility. Lots of storage pods and materials on property. I’d recommend calling and finding out where they are in the renovation process before booking. The staff were very nice and helpful.

We arrived to find pool out of service and NO ICE anywhere? Sign on elevator go to third floor for ice for everyone in hotel ! It was packed and guess where our room was 332 so we got to experience everyone coming in from hiking and being out all day to no pool no ice and by the time they went to 3floor for ice it didn’t work either!!! The girl at desk said she didn’t know how to get it working?

Convenient location for visiting Hocking Hills. Excellent barbecue restaurant next-door complete with patio dining for your canine friend. Breakfast was very good especially enjoyed the cheese omelettes. Our only negative surprise was a $50 deposit for our dog that we were not aware of.

my hotel experience was absolutely horrible. The hotel ran out of keys and I had to be escorted to my room for staff to open the door each time I wanted to go inside or I was told to leave my door open if I wanted to get back inside my room. Very insecure anyone able to give a room get in! Also they left eaten food inside the mini fridge.

The king room was a nice size, microwave and coffee maker. Nice breakfast included. However on arrival to our room the toilet bowl had a mold ring as if it wasn’t cleaned for a month. The front receptionist came up to clean it. The room is In need of a good cleaning. I’m thankful I always travel with Clorox wipes.

Hotel was clean for the most part. The floor under beds wasn't. I dropped something small and had to get down with a flashlight to find it. What I also found was a lot of dirt and crumbs that a vacuum should have picked. Didn't look like one was used. The rest of the room was fine and the bed was comfortable. I only stayed one night.

Disgusting room. Shower was dirty and , shower head covered in rust and grime. Sticky substance on the bathroom counters that was not cleaned. Odd odor throughout the hotel. Will never come back.

Room and bathroom was not up to clean standard (although the bed appeared to be changed and fresh) - the bedroom mirror was dirty, as was the chair, and a\\c vents, and windows. Behind the bathroom faucet was dirty. Who wants to brush their teeth in a dirty sink?

Great breakfast Room #216 continuously measured 77-80% humidity level with air conditioner temperature at 70 degrees. Room condition felt too damp at all times. Fan in bathroom shower area was dusty/dirty and did not seem to be functioning properly.

Room TV was locked down as to be unusable to stream content. If we wanted live TV it would have been acceptable, but we were hoping to watch the finale of our show in the final quiet moment we had together on our trip. We could not use the TV for this unless we brought our own device to stream to and our own HDMI cable to connect to the TV.

If you are a light sleeper do Not stay here. I liked everything about the hotel other than the paper walls. Also i paid for 2 beds and they gave me one bed and a sofa couch! They even told me it was 2 beds as i confiwmed when checking in.

The best Holiday Inn Express you will ever stay in. The room and bathroom was huge and very clean, amazing shower head . Dove body products, the bed was so comfortable. The only thing was the WiFi was terrible. Customer service was great. Breakfast was just okay. Overall I would stay here again.

Large newly reno'd comfortable room. Good breakfast options. Short walk to 3 restaurants. Two comments: all guest must walk by the smoking area, which is used by staff and visitors. The ground is covered in cigarette butts. The area should be moved so non-smoking guests do not have to smell the smoke and staff should be picking up the butts every time they are out there. And, we are NOT a fan of the constant fan on the HVAC system. There is no way to turn if off or down unless it is unplugged and that also means no heat during a chilly Feb night. Great property and we would stay again.

The TV’s they show in photos don’t actually work. If that is any part of your decision to stay here just note you’ll have to bring your own console to connect to the tv in order to watch tv, and you’ll have to use your phone hotspot to connect that console to WiFi. Rooms were very nice though, breakfast was decent.

This hotel is located right off of a major state route with easy access in & out. The check in & out was fast & efficient. All of the staff encountered were courteous & helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The lobby coffee was good and the morning hot breakfast was good with the usual selections. The only criticism would be an outdoor planter that was weedy & a disconnected downspout on the outdoor patio. No problem.

We reserved a double queen bed room. We received a suite with a king bed. Ask the front desk for a different room. They sent us to a room that was occupied. Went back and they gave us another room that was occupied. Forth try room was locked from the inside so we were guessing it was occupied as well. Finally got a room on the 5th try. Then part way thru the day one of our keys quit working. They said breakfast was from 8-10. We went down around 910 and there was barely anything left. They said the kitchen closed at 9 so they wouldnt be putting anything else out. So we had to go bye Breakfast. We went with hotel because it offered free breakfast. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

The breakfast was good well stocked food! The beds were comfy we had a room with 2 queen beds it was a big room! The area was quiet! Staff was friendly and helpful! Upon checking out I wasn't able to talk to anyone or get a receipt due to no one was at the front desk only a sign saying they were gone and call this number if needing immediate assistance! I like having a paper receipt and couldn't get one! There was hardly ever anyone at the front desk just a bell which to me was very unprofessional for a business!

Great Hotel, friendly and professional staff. The beds are on the soft side, but comfortable. The Gentleman tending the breakfast bar is wonderful and extremely service oriented. However, sometimes the room seems a little crowded at the peak of the morning.

Room was clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable, great location for going to the caves. It was about 20 min drive to Ash cave, and the scenery on the way was beautiful. The gentleman serving breakfast was super sweet, and the breakfast was pretty good with several options.
