Half the parking lot was full of construction trailers. In the middle of the night, the power went out. All the food we had put in the refrigerator went bad. If you left your room while the power was out you couldn’t get back in. The hot tub wasn’t hot at all. Just splashed water in your face while you were trying to sit in it. The breakfast was bland. The biscuits and gravy tasted like cardboard. I booked a room for 2 adults and 4 children. The room only had 2 beds. Not sure how 2 queen beds are suppose to sleep 6.

We enjoyed our stay. The grandkids loved the indoor pool. I was impressed that there was a lift to allow disabled to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The coffee and breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

The stay was great, hotel was clean. Currently has some renovations going on but that didn’t stop anything. They didn’t have many towels available in the pool area so you may want to bring your own.

Even though they cleared the charge, I didn’t like they added, unknown to me until I checked my bill, a parking charge. They didn’t tell me that was a charge when I checked in. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years. Never was charged for parking before.

Very noisy, could hear people in next room talking and snoring. Lots of highway noise and passing trains. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The door didn’t lock, this wasn’t noticed until the next morning. The latch mechanism did not set unless the door was pulled up by the door handle. Informed staff prior to my departure. Other than that, Very nice place.I had some confusion after booking, this facility is on the state line of Indiana and Ohio, Initial booking had me in Goshen IN., Where as this facility is in New Paris OH., but online and confirmation refer to it as Richmond, which is in Indiana. Staff informed me they have had others this has happened to, even having them being booked to Richmond Virginia. Not something one wants to go through when ready to take a rest at the end of one’s travel. The road can be stressful enough.

A very comfortable stay. Room was huge! We had two queen beds and there was plenty of room for a crib or for kids to play. Fortunately, our kids are grown so we didn’t have to share!! The breakfast had great potential but the gal at the front desk was also trying to keep the food stocked. Easy off and on the interstate and Richmond has tons of places to eat. Will for sure stay again.

The property was well maintained.Change and the beds comfortable and clean. Wide selection of options for breakfast. The only issue was we were in a handicapped room and had trouble getting out. Apparently was due to an unusual type of security lock that was broken.The lock was too high up for someone in a wheelchair, and there were no instructions on how to open it. Staff responded immediately and made notes to report back to management and have maintenance take care of it. Customer service was excellent!!!

A convienent place to stay. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was excellent. My only complaint is that Expedia's description said my room would have a microwave, but it did not. Accurate descriptions are what I want from Expedia.

Power was out when I checked in. They did escort me to my room but did not help me woth my luggage on the stairs. I asked for a receipt to be emailed to me and have yet to receive it. I really need thay receipt since this was a business trip.
