Rooms were clean (I stayed in two during the week), and breakfast was good. Only a couple of little things kept me from giving a perfect score: a bulb out over the sink, staff dispute that became obvious to customers.

I've stayed at this hotel many times throughout the past 10 years and this last visit was horrible. The hotel had gone downhill so much. Not clean at all, my room had urine on the seat, hair in shower. I had to clean and disinfect the room myself. The pool was disgusting, the wall paint was chipping off, tiles broken. The one night I went to take my granddaughter in the pool and there was a group in there partying and had tons of beer bottles lined up, so of course we didn't go, she was upset. No rules enforced.

Our room bathroom at the bottom of the toilet at the base had noticeably amount of urine and poop on it and was very hard for me to use the toilet knowing it was there, also the design of the bathroom , the sink area was extremely small to put anything on it , but would have been extremely helpful to have at least at least some sort of a towel holder hung on the wall so it didn't have to be squeezed in on the counter top between the sink and wall.
