The parking lot was well lit and I felt like our car was a bit safer. The inside of the hotel was very clean and the room stocked well. My only complaint is it would be nice if you had adult swim at a certain hour to allow us older adults to get into the pool before it closes.

My whole family is covered in an itchy raised bumbs. This did not happen until we went to the pool. It was so strong with chlorine that your eyes burned as soon as we got in.

The place was very clean and the extra pillows were much appreciated, There was enough room to park my truck and boat. The only thing I didn't like was breakfast, the eggs were cold and the sausage had no taste but I would stay there again!

This hotel has 3 floors and 3 ice machines, BUT only the one ice machine at the far end of the third floor worked. Super inconvenient.

Rooms were small but super clean. Halls , elevator and entire lobby and breakfast area were beautiful and clean. The pool room clean, the pool itself could use some cleaning and updating. Metal areas , around edges and steps showed dirty and worn straps. The breakfast was amazing. It's was inbetween a continental as ND a full buffet. But just perfect for the family. Coffee always available . The coffee machine in my room didn't work but again got fresh coffee in dining area anytime. Check in check out staff nice. A nice gas station covient store in walking distance. Resturants and shopping only a couple miles up the road. I would definitely stay again .

I thought it was clean, cute, and very updated,nothing look old, rooms newly painted, etc. The pool is small, barely heated, and on our visit it was full of preteens screaming and splashing taking up the entire pool so we didnt get much time in it. But that was not on the hotel.

Everything was good except for our arrival the sink in the room must have had a leak. The carpet around and under the sink was damp and the room had a damp smell. Staff was friendly, the breakfast buffet area was clean and the food was sufficient.

The room smells like mold and I'm not sure the comforters/ duvets were actually changed from the prior guest as they were very wrinkled. The shower is what I imagined to find on a small river boat not in a $300+ hotel. It's not large enough for an adult. The room was poorly designed and maintained. As such, the mini fridge was placed on cabinetrey without a water pan underneath. It leaked everywhere, which might explain some of the mold smells. The front desk staff were polite, but as I was checking in there were many drunk guests stumbling about and causing havoc and we suspect somked in the building based on the smells that greeted us in the morning. I would never stay here again or recommend this hotel. It's not worth what I paid and had there been another option in the area, I would have left before I finished checking in.

We needed a room for my wife and I plus our 20,18 and 16 yr kids. The description said it it would accommodate us, however the beds were small and uncomfortable. The sofa bed was also small and the carpeting had a damp odor. The toaster at the breakfast bar wasn’t working and the tv was about a 20”, just glad we only stayed for a night.

We were not impressed. The room was okay but the TV was tiny so you couldn’t see it well from anywhere in the room. The bathroom was huge but the shower stall was tiny as was the toilet room. It was just a bunch of empty space. It wasn’t the worst but definitely not the best.

Although the room is small, not much room for our things, the beds and pillow were very nice. The front desk attendant, Melissa was exceptional and went above and beyond. I don't throw compliments lightly. So extremely helpful, friendly, very conscientious. I vote for Melissa to get a raise. She's an asset to your establishment.

Very nicely remodeled hotel in easy to access location. Only downfall was the strange bathroom shower ‘capsule’ and arrangement with sink in the sleeping area (a stylistic choice…just not one I found to be very functional).

Only thing was an employee forgot to put water in the food warmer, which set off the fire alarm. Would definitely stay again.

The room was so clean, and had no signs of wear, I thought I was the first person to stay there. The front desk advised the room had seen many guests before me. The bed was sumptuously comfortable. The bedding was soft, cozy, and snowy white, every piece of it. Every member of the staff was friendly, cheerful, and happy to help. Even the gentleman trimming the bushes outside was congenial. But the one that really stood out was Melissa, she made me feel at home the moment I walked in. We spoke many times in passing over 3 days. I had the need of a microwave oven, she got me one within 5 minutes of checking in.

Very courteous staff members at check-in. Asked if we had any questions after telling us about everything our stay included. Took time to point out where the amenities were and to call the desk for any purpose or any further information we may need. Clean room, well made beds and supply of extras. Was very happy with the complimentary breakfast items to choose from. Will definitely remember this hotel if we make the trip again.

Nice property, recently updated, decent breakfast included. Couple things we werent as happy about..in room safe did not work, front desk could only say they had been having problems with them. Then, when we arrived back to our room one afternoon, our door had been left propped open, front desk said new girl had cleaned room and it was an oversight. No apology or offer to check room before we entered. s

Went for a weekend with friends to visit Put In Bay. We stayed at Sleep Inn cause it was close to the Jet Express. The rooms could use an update, but it was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and it was walkable to a very good Mexican restaurant. All in all good stay.

Very nice stay. It was our 33 year anniversary and enjoyed our time there. Good breakfast available, close to what we wanted to do. Negative would be the construction around the area. Still was able to drive around with no problem, though. Staff was helpful nice.

Not our best experience - very small room with 2 queens, small bathroom area, small TV. The breakfast was really poorly stocked. No yogurt, only bagels, no bread or English muffins, the orange juice machine was out, apples for fruit, and the eggs were cold. Otherwise it’s an inexpensive convenient place to stay. Just go out for breakfast.

Check-in was fine. Room was dated but clean. Beds were comfortable , but the fitted sheets were stretched out and popped off throughout the night, leaving us on a mattress pad of sorts. Our room was not serviced so we returned to no fresh towels and beds unmade. When we called down to ask for new towels, the front desk associate did apologize and bring fresh towels but didn't remove the used ones. Breakfast was ok, but not great. "Hotel eggs" and sausage, yogurt, cereal, the norm. The offee was awful. No amount of doctoring helped. It came out of a machine like you'd find at a gas station, and the gas station coffee is heads and tails above theirs (not saying much). We opted the second morning to go elsewhere for breakfast. The shower was roomy, but the floor was sloped and uneven, so it was a balancing act the entire time. Also, with that, there wasnt any place to put your personal products other than a tiny shelf, which held a bar of soap and a trial size bottle. Also, the position of the shelf was in the way; my husband cracked his elbow on it. Ok, all that to say, the addage of, "you get what you pay for" applies here, so the stay was ok if looked at in the light of what we paid.

The lady didnt refill the breakfast items so we were left with pretty much nothing. Im upset about this because we booked this room so we didnt have to go out for breakfast. There was corn in the hallways both days we stayed so they definitely didnt clean it. That makes us feel real good :( i could not get the internet to work.

Clean and neat throughout. Fresh contemporary decor, comfy bed, spacious spotless bathroom, fluffy absorbent towels, a small but nice swimming pool, a great breakfast with lots of great hot or cold choices fitting a much more expensive hotel, clean and tidy outside too, not a leaf or peeble out of place, 3 great restaurants are adjacent to the hotel's property, a great Mexican place, or Italian, or Sushi, near the beautiful spacious beach at the immaculate East Harbor State Park.

the only thing we didn't think was great was with the breakfast they did not keep up with the food, you was always having to wait for them to make more even though the room was full of people they didn't make enough at a time, and we had to ask them 2 days in a row to take the garbage out so we could through ours in the can
