The desk man was lovely and helpful. The room smelled strongly of cigars and with the exception of the sheets, which were clean, nothing else in the room was clean. Really gross in fact.

This hotel has rooms under renovation so arriving in a middle of a bit of a mess. Room was renovated, but with very bad workmanship. No breakfast. Hopefully management will pay attention to the workmanship and details when they work ln those rooms.

My non smoking room had cigarette burns on the blanket. There was a bedbug on the bed. The sink and toilet was broken. It also looked as if someone tried to force entry into the room. When I took my concerns to the front desk I was told that there was nothing he could do, I had to wait until the next day and talk with the manager. Needless to say I did not stay at the hotel and I will be go all the way to the top with this complaint if I do not get refunded. And yes I have pictures and video…

rooms were clean the staff was nice the little bar downstairs by the lobby was cool it wasn't crowded good food family friendly
