Reserved a queen room and was given a full bed. Flooring was damaged bathroom was stained. Very old and run down. Truck window was smashed and many items stolen. Reported to desk clerk. Her only comment was call the police yourself. No attempt to show concern or help. Should have suspected a bad area when saw security roaming the lot. The bar attached is closed. Which was disappointing no mention of this on hotels.com or days inn website. Best service we saw was a staff member helped clean up the broken glass. Maybe he should be at the desk. Overall a terrible stay and experience.

When we arrived security was removing some teenagers for a noise complaint. Check-in was prompt and friendly. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We did hear some people coming and going in the hallway but it wasn't overly distracting, nor did it keep us awake. There is a Waffle House next door, and a Tim Horton's across the street for breakfast options.

Everything was clean and tidy. Coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator in room as well as coffee in the lobby. However the restaurant in the hotel has closed, so only a vending machine or or Waffle House next door for food. But overall, it was a good stay.

The staff was very friendly the first room we had the refrigerator was broken so they moved us to a new room and then the following morning we moved to another room due to an issue with water bugs. Most their rooms are ground level, no elevator in the building, which was a bummer due to family and lots of bags that we had to log up and down the stairs. Pool was wonderful only one working ice machine. Looks like they are trying to remodel the hotel the welcoming concierge desk is beautiful area. Can’t wait to see if they are remodeling what the hotel is going to look like when they’re done.

I have stayed at several hotels in the Columbus area, and this has been one of the best places I have stayed at. The room was clean, staff very attentive and it was a very quiet stay.

There was what appeared to be pubic hair on the towel, see picture. Also the toilet rocked back and forth like a rocking chair. Have video of this. Bed was cheap and uncomfortable. Friend that dropped me off had to show I'd to be on the property.

The whole hotel is advertised as non smoking. The room was so strong smell of smoking, cigarette burn marks, on bathroom vanity, and stand in bedroom. The towel rack in the bathroom was hanging from being half pulled out of the wall. The fridge was all dented up. Just a disgusting mess. They should be embarrassed to rent this room.

The walls are extremely thin—bring earplugs. If people are having a conversation in the parking lot or a room across the hall, you'll be able to hear a lot of it. If people are having a conversation in the hallway, you'll be able to hear all of it. If the people in the room beside yours are having an amorous evening, you'll be able to hear all of it too—and if they're banging their headboard on the wall, it's gonna physically shake your bed. There's no elevator, so if you have physical limitations or heavy things to carry then make sure you get a first floor room. Staff was very nice and the room was clean. There's no breakfast but there's a Tim Hortons across the street & delivery-only Waffle House across the parking lot.

We were met at the door by what looked like Section 8 housing people smoking. The room may have been updated but poorly done. I guess it was clean but shabby The air conditioner was load turning on and off all night The was no bar, we did not buy or eat the pre-prepared egg thing.

Stayed one night. Got in late, left early, so didn’t experience much of the hotel. The main impression was that the front desk smelled of cigarette smoke. My room was fine. The AC never got particularly cold, even though it ran the whole time I was there.

Overall it is an affordable basic hotel BUT I had the do not disturb on my door and someone went in my room. The front desk didnt seem concerned and basically had no intention of addressing it unless something was missing. Im sure there was but I probably wont notice for a few more days. They left one of the drawers completely open so I could tell pretty easily that someone had been in there going through my stuff.

I have stayed at Days Inn at other locations before and never wanted to stay again because they were so run down. Being low priced showed. However, I was thoroughly surprised here. The hotel has been updated, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly and I especially liked the security around how they handle guest and parking, thus keeping out people just loitering or hanging around if they are not a guest. If I was to come to town again, I would definitely stay here again. Finally a decent low price without looking or smelling like it’s a budgeted price. Keep up the good work.

Service was terrible arriving to property gave me Nasty room that must have been previously occupied at 1am in the morning, dirty sheets and nasty toewls all around room. Staff at front desk gave me the keycard to get in room 262 like is was clean, nevr been clean before i went to ro9m and door was already ajar to room 262

I stayed the night here alone and my boyfriend came to visit me to reveal the gender of our child. Stacy at the front desk was wonderful and took pictures for us as we celebrated the moment! They were just overall very welcoming and I’m thankful I felt safe and secure in the hotel.

The property was conveniently located near the highway and had multiple options for shopping, groceries, pharmacies, and eateries for any budget. The staff (especially Stacy, I believe was her name) was very helpful and accommodating. The beds were clean and comfy but the rooms are a bit dated. The bathroom had rust and deterioration in spots, the toilet didn't flush properly, the refrigerator didn't work and had no temperature dial so may have been plugged in the day of my stay. Parking and wifi were an additional expense but I believe that was noted when I reserved the room. I didn't use the shower because the tub was a tad dingy and I showered at my destination since this reservation only served as an 8 hour stop over on a road trip. However, if I HAD to shower, I would've requested changing rooms.

This is an old property that shows it's age. The rooms and beds were very clean and the bedding was quite nice. But things looked a bit dilapidated beyond that. It seemed that there were of number of safeguards in parking etc, that suggested some local issues. Not clear what that was all about but it is clear that the business seems to be getting some pressure from the city of Reynoldsburg.

Wasnt bad! Staff was absolutely awesome and very helpful. I didnt like that there wasnt an elevator. I'm pregnant and got tired of going up and down the stairs lol. Scenery wasnt great but glad there was a muchies restaurant across the street.

For most part lobby and desk attend was good a beds were nice shower & bathroom out dated not very up graded hallways were good just to many sketchy people walking about 2 girls in divider on nothing side of motel was either asking for money or offering something......... not really no business being there. All places to eat were boarded up closed down we drove down to exit 118 to have dinner to feel safe DONT THINK WE WILL BE BACK!! 765-465-7663 motel it self was ok if other people from Mopar show wasn't there I'd been very uncomfortable I took all stuff of value into room

Our flt was delayed. Pulled up here at midnight. Group of 5 people loitering near the front door. Another guy is sitting in the dirt looking on his phone. A hooker is standing on the sidewalk to the left of the front doors, obviously looking/waiting on her crack or John. Enough said.

It advertises having a bar/ restaurant and breakfast. COMPLETELY UNTRUE!!!! Then another guest was complaining that she woke up in the middle of the night with biting feeling, it was BED BUGS!!!! so they had to move her to a different room. Upon getting checked in we walked to our room and the entire hallways for several hours smelled like they had dead bodies rotting, it was HORRIBLE! We went to the waffle house in the parking lot and the staff there told us that we are in a very bad neighborhood and we should not be out there that late. Everything about this place was horrible! The only thing they give you is free coffee.

Older facility, but clean and reasonably well maintained. If all you are looking for is a clean bed and shower, this was great. Pictured restaurant/bar-closed. Expedia listed free breakfast- nothing. Very limited food options, so I chose a chain for reliability-Chipotle. At 5 pm, no burrito tortillas and no change.

The hotel advertises a bar/restaurant on their site. When you arrive it looks like it's been closed for years . Their site states free breakfast items. You need to pay for anything food related via a vending machine. My bed sheet had what looked like fresh stains. Staff was friendly but I'll never stay here again.
