Pool had obviously not been in use in quite some time. Not noted on booking. Owner found another solution to make it right with me, but otherwise I would have been irate given the price of the stay

The pool was closed, looked lile for a long time , the grounds were 3rd world as fas as cleanliness went it wasn't your regular Days Inn. It didn't look like the pictures in the travel brochures. The place was always packed , which means they make a lot of $$$$$, so hire some help to keep up on your investment. If you advertise a pool make sure its open.

Site was worn-down and in repair, but in that "repaired by the lowest bidder" kind of way. No carpeting in room meant that the dirty floors were more obvious, and messier. Pool was clearly out of commission, and had been for some time. Despite the sogn on the door requesting no entrance, someone entered our room while we were out. Took used towels, and did not replace them. More upset about the entrance than the towels.

Came down for the Quarter Horse Congress was our second year staying here. Nice to be able to walk back and forth. A car window was busted out beside our vehicle one night and the next night there was security in the parking lot which was nice

We traveled from New York with hope hopes and expectations to be able to access the pool because it’s listed as an amenity. When we arrived it was CLOSED & no mention of this on the app. Having a pool and breakfast included was the reason we chose to stay here and I was unfortunately very disappointed in both things.

This property was not a hotel, but a motel. The facility was rundown. The pool was closed and not approved to be opened by the city. The room was dirty, clock was inoperable and I killed a cockroach in our room.

This place is a joke. Black mold in bathroom, huge spiders, disgusting sheets, mattress made out of god knows what, exposed outlets that don’t work, fridge smelled like death. Loud as can be riff raff outside kept us up the entire night. Cannot believe I paid what I did for this poor excuse of a hotel!

Floors were dirty and disgusting. Bathroom was gross. Shower was dirty and water was barely coming out. Constant flies appearing in the room. Dead flies smashed on the windows. Fridge disgusting. Will never book a room there ever again. If it wasn’t for all the other hotels being booked out cause of The OSU game we would have definitely gotten a different place to stay.

we only needed a bed for the night. the beds were clean enough. the room was not clean at all. i walked on the floor barefooted and the bottoms of my feet were BLACK. the bathroom door did not close right. the hair dryer had no electric to it. the baseboard around the floor is coming off and full of filth. the only staff we saw was at check in. good experience there very nice and friendly. as they say you get what you payed for. i will not be coming back there.

Room was absolutely filthy. I have never reviewed before. This was so bad. Laminate flooring but feet were immediately black after getting out of the shower! Dirt in bottom of tub. Fridge was gross and didn’t have a knob on the temperature control. Very disappointed.

We found cockroaches in our room we took them to the front desk and they basically said will take care of it. No apologies , No shock ,No reimbursement The house keeping had to of seen them They where very large and multiple cockroaches found in our room

Cockroaches everywhere!!! Beware if you plan to stay here. Not just one cockroach but after showering I walked out of the bathroom and there was cockroaches all over the floor from nymph stage to adult!

The room was dirty. My feet were black from walking in the room. I am almost certain the bed sheets were not fresh. I found hairs in the bed. The shower had peeling paint, hairs on the walls and in the drain. The area felt unsafe and I was surprised to see my car was still in the parking lot when I woke in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone.

Get what you pay for. Sheets had a few stains on the sides, bathroom wall and door was very cracked and just looked old and run down. We wore flip flops even in the shower as floors and shower didn't look very clean. Worked for what we needed though and only bugs were gnats.

The beds were clean and comfy, but the floors were dirty as can be! My socks were filthy just from walking to the bathroom and back. It was gross. There was no cold water out of the sink and the minifridge did not work. I was just there to shower and sleep, so I tolerated it, but wouldnt recommend to anyone really.

Our room did not look like any of the pictures on the website. There is water damage and peeling wallpaper. We ordered door dash, sat our food down on a counter and roaches came crawling out from under the counter and tv. We did not have a microwave, mini fridge, or ice bucket in the room. Missing light bulbs and outlets not working.

At the original check in, the room we were offered already had people staying in the room. Once this was resolved and we got a new room the room we were given was in pretty rough shape. Paint was peeling, the tub faucet had a constant trickle, and the was what looked like a melted starburst on the floor next to the bed. The alarm clock and outlets in the nightstand next to the bed were plugged into an outlet that was switch controlled. Meaning you couldn't set the clock or charge your phone unless the lights were on. I didn't take a lot of photos, but I wanted to make sure we didn't get charged for damage. Overall the bed was fairly comfortable and the staff was friendly but will not be staying there again.

The door to my room was covered in what looked like soda or something that had never been cleaned off. It made me not want to touch the door handle. Also the outside trash cans seemed to always be full. The room inside was clean but several areas in need of repair. The areas that were cosmetic didn't really bother me but the tv didnt work. Everything else was ok.

Was 2.5 miles from the Ohio convention center. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. I am very happy that pillows were not flat. Good amenities in the room had a microwave and a refrigerator. The water in the shower was hot. Adequate parking right outside the room. Check-in/check out process was very easy. The receptionist had great customer service. Breakfast was from 6:30 AM till 9:30 AM. Included a variety of muffins, danishes bread, cereal, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea, and hot waffles. Room was quiet and could get a good nights sleep. Nice area easy to navigate.

Never checked in! Did not stay! Their computer servers were down. Staff rude, said “ said, what do you want me to do”. Would not call anyone to rectify the situation. Very dirty lobby, trash overflowing. Fly strips hanging inside all room windows. Will contact credit card to dispute any charges-did not step foot in any rooms except lobby.

We stayed at this hotel for the state fair showing animals and came back ready for a shower all 3 nights. However, our room was never cleaned and never had towels. We went down and asked for new towels and asked why our room wasn’t cleaned and was told they didn’t have anymore towels at the moment. It’s no frills but a decent place to stay.

Pretty normal stay but service sucks no one is hardly ever at the front desk. And for some we kept losing power. Room going pitch black with two small children was awful. Then waking up in the middle of the night sweaty because of no power more so no AC. Wall in room 254 had spray painted letters that was very obviously tried to be cleaned up; however, wasn’t done too well since we could still visibly see it

The tub was weird & noisy Fiberglas. What I really didn't like is that I paid for the room on my hotels.com account and was charged by the hotel as well ( they later refunded it) but only after I complained. How often do they do this is my question??? The hotel also refused to give me a receipt when I checked out since I had booked with a third party site.

McDonald's right next door and the ac working are about the only good things i can say about the place, i will be sending video to expedia and wyndham who endorses this hotel about the issues with the place

If you were attending an event at the expo center in Columbus, this is the place to stay. It’s within easy walking distance. You’re able to park and walk to the event. Rooms were clean. There is a light breakfast in the morning which consists of coffee, juice, a couple cereal options, yogurt, and muffins

I believe they are used to house the homeless, there was evidence of this in the trash recepticals and by the generally unkempt people that were loitering around. It's an 'industrial' area, the local supermarket clerk advised us against walking in the area after dark. TV and telephone were inoperable, since we came back at about midnight from the OSU game, we were able to sleep, but I'll never use this establishment again.

Surrounding area very unclean. McDonald’s near by with trash all through parking lot. Also checked in later at night and while walking to my room was being cat called by several man on balcony, was a little uneasy d/t where my room was located on the back end of the property

I came for a concert that was at the fair. The room was very dirty, even the shower. The beds are horrible. There was no breakfast. Vending machines were empty. People were yelling down at you from the balconies, which is weird. I was grateful for the location though and I could just walk to the concert because parking was crazy for the fair.

Stayed 2 nights- arrived had one towel in room was only able to get 1 more towel for 3 of us. One used hand towel for shower. Mold in the shower. Upon arrival trash over the trash cans outside and on the ground. In the room one tiny trash can after first night house keeping came in again 1 towel and they did nothing else in the room trash over flowing. We had very little toilet paper and they did not replace or leave another roll we used a roll we brought. Breakfast nothing to brag about nothing fresh.
