This was absolutely a disgusting place. We walked out before we even got to the room and they would not return our money (and neither would hotels.com). The doors leading to the room block from outside were not locked, 2 of the 3 elevators were out of order, hot tub drained and blocked off with caution tape, huge smell of mold in the bare lobby, restaurant indefinitely closed, and worst of all, we passed a room with the door knocked off the hinges and on the floor. This place triggered an instant anxiety attack and hotels.com shouldn’t be listing it,

The overall stay was disappointing. You get what you pay for. This is a low cost place to stay in a good location. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were cozy. The shower pressure was above average but always hot. The hot tub was under construction and not available. There was an elevator out of service which increased wait time. I stayed in the 5th floor and took the stairs because it was faster. No complaints if you just need to sleep and shower. Otherwise not recommended

The Hotel is old smells and has old beat up furniture in the rooms. Bathroom shower are plastic and doesn’t work well. The carpet is discolored and dirty in the rooms and hallway. The sad thing is that I was in a suit. So I can only imagine how the regular room looked like. They billed me for amenities in the room that has nothing. There was no cleaning people that changed our sheets. I booked this online and the photos are not what it looks like. Think twice about staying at this hotel.

Room 400 Was an Absolute Nightmare We cannot recommend the Wyndham in Worthington, Ohio, to anyone. What should have been a standard night's rest turned into a distressing and painful experience. Throughout the night, something repeatedly bit me in Room 400. I woke up intensely itching, scratching, and deeply uncomfortable, completely unable to sleep. To make matters worse, my right hand now looks awful from the bites, forcing me to spend my morning rushing out to purchase over-the-counter medications just to find some relief. This is completely unacceptable hygiene and hospitality standards. This was easily the worst hotel experience we have ever had. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

This hotel is really dirty and run down. The rooms are in terrible condition. Holes in lamp shades stains on the carpet cracked sink. Would not recommend staying here.
