Just planned an overnight stay with a friend for girls night. Wanted to sit in the hot tub and hang out. The hot tub was under construction and unavailable - so that was a bummer. In the room, it was just dilapidated. Black mold on the bathroom ceiling. You could hear the elevator running the whole night through the wall. Half the channels on the TV were unavailable. It was just a waste of money to stay to be honest.

Breakfast was not free as website leads you to believe. Hotel is very dirty and dingy. Hair everywhere, trash in rooms, smelly and lamps didn't work. Changed room once but still bad room. Front desk was rude and would not acknowledge me. Elevator was shaky,loud, long and felt unsafe. Hot Tub was out of service which we were looking forward to. Bathtub and headrest had gross dried on stuff

The bathrooms really need remodeled. In our first room, the curtain rod was broke, the outlets didn’t work, the bath plug didn’t work, no working bathroom exhaust fan, and we had no hot water. They finally moved us and the second room was better better but still no exhaust fan and so it would literally rain water from the ceiling and door jamb. The hot tub didn’t work the entire time we were there, and the elevators were slow or out the entire time. Someone also was smoking weed in their room and set off the fire alarm at 11 pm. The staff was 100 percent great and we really appreciated all their help in dealing with the glitches with an older property. We did appreciate them immensely.

Needed updating. Bar staff was super friendly. Needs some updates as marks and scuffs on the walls could be seen. Also did not have all bathroom essentials our first night and hot tub and one elevator was always out of order. All in all it served its purpose.

Very outdated and ran down. Bottom floor carpet is awful. Went barefoot in our room for 5 minutes and feet were black. Bathroom light fixture were blown and broke. Check in wasnt pleasant. Showed up about an hour early for check in and tried to charge is for early check in. So we waited . Not safe area at all. Glass busted all over the lot and big signs about they arnt responsible for broke in cars. Pool area is 100 degrees stuffy and ran down bad. Some doors are screwed shut. We had a good time with other guest there for the VFw convention but thats all the good there was. Rude check in attendant. Just not a very good place to stay. Their main sign out front is a plastic banner that is hung over the old hotels name. And watch out there is a pothole the size of a planet just as you come into the parking lot. It did damage to our car.

It looked great from the outside....decent area. The hall carpet was stained and needed swept. The sheets and pillowcases were all wrinkled...but maybe clean. The bathroom wall had spots and stains that could have wiped down. No breakfast Terrible waste of money

Although my nonsmoking room was clean and well air conditioned, it smelled of cigarette smoke. Parking my car I waited until an open spot appeared close to the front door as the outer parking area felt quite unsafe due to lighting. The hallway to my room from the elevator was steaming as the air conditioning was not on; the hallway carpet was flat out disgusting - dirty and browning staining on the entire hallways. With that said my room was quiet and I had a good nights rest. I will not return to this hotel.

Overall condition was poor of the facility. Curtains in the room had some mysterious brown stain, ac unit grates were busted out, lamp near tv switch and bulb were hanging from the lamp(i put nack together to be able to use since the room lighting was so lacking), closet area almost unusable, partial wall in closet area broken loose and damaged, sink drain was extremely slow and the sink would fill while washing hands or rinsing toothbrush, shower curtain would not stay closed and caused water to end up all over bathroom floor, walls were one of the thinest ice dealt with in a motel in 30 years and was woken up a 1:30am by people simply talking in next room, only 2 towels in room for 4 people and none were available when requested 2 different times (we were eventually given 2 of the small ones meant for the floor for the other 2 people in our room). Plus was the shower did have good pressure and stayed warm.

1. There was no iron board in the room and it was not provided even after requesting many times. 2. The microwave in the room was not functional, and the other one provided was also not working properly. 3. I had to request coffee cups twice, which should be in the room in an essential quantity. 4. Some of the power points in the room were not working. 5. While booking, I had information that breakfast is included, but later I found at the property that Buffet breakfast is paid. 6. The toilet flush was also erratic. Didn't flush after urination on the second night once.

It was just okay. Parking lot seems a little sketchy. Its by a very busy strip mall with a movie theater. Main lobby was very nice, the elevators are older. When we got to out floor it was something we didn't expect, it was really run down half of the numbers where missing from the doors. Our room inside was nice looks remodeled. A/C didn't work as it should we had ot down to 64 and or barly got cold.

The bathroom was a big problem. The toilet repeatedly clogged. The bathtub faucet drpped. The bathtub itself was scratched and the shower tiles moldy. The shower curtain did not enclose the shower. There was no trash can in the bathroom. (Yes, i let the front dedk know. Never received one.) There was no soap dish at the sink. The bat mat was stained. Additionally, the blackout curtains are not set up to close at all! This left the window with just the sheers and a parking lot full of light shining in.

Upon entering my room the light in the entrance was burnt out. So I entered in complete darkness. Also the draperies don’t close. They are partials. So I only had shears and I faced the parking lot. It was not a comfortable feeling. My coffee maker did not work. That was not a good start to my morning.

PLEASE READ!!!!!! This place is a joke and all staff is accountable! Maintenance not doing good job, house keeping do better, staff if you walk past it pick it up!!! very dirty halls and smell like mold and vomit!!, towels smelled like burt dryer belts, bed was old and uncomfortable, lights in room broken and old, hot tub broken, pool area dirty and trash everywhere, trash cans over flowing, lights in elevator mismatched and a few hanging by the wires flickering, the grounds keeping does not exist property looks abandoned very tall weeds and untrimmed bushes and trees, they have hidden fees, charge you for breakfast and nothing to serve, if you pay for it though a third party booking service you still get charged, breakfast was also packed up and put away before 10am probably wouldn't have eaten it anyway but a banana would have been nice, also the front desk staff in the morning is very unfriendly, i felt rushed and not welcomed back. If i could leave a 0 stars i would!! I feel the state needs to inspect your building! Save you money and stay elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Check-in took 30 minutes, common areas were dirty, only 1/3 elevators was operational, and my key card would not allow me to access the fitness center. Bathroom had used bars of soap in the shower and at the sink, random hairs on the ceiling, toiler would not flush. Water supply was shut off to the toilet and when turned on, it would fill, but was leaking everywhere on the floor. Tried twice to speak with someone at the desk and there was either a like of 10 people or there was no one at the desk. I replied to the text message I got after check-in (that said to reply here with any needs or issues) with these issues and it went unanswered.

Check in process was seamless. The only issue we had was the front desk hardly ever answered the phone. Also I had called down for a hairdryer at 8:30am was told housekeeping came in at 9:00am and they would send them up with one. At 9:45 am I called back and they “let them know” at that point. I waited another 45 minutes but then had to leave for my engagement and was unable to do my hair because I didn’t get the hair dryer in time. It took them over two hours to get me a hairdryer. When we arrived back to the room in the evening the hairdryer was there however at that point it was too late.

My only complaint about this place is how rude some guests were to the excellent desk staff. It was obvious they were busy and understaffed but some entitled guests felt the need to be rude to them when clearly they were doing their best. I commend the staff for remaining professional and not effected by any of the impatient and ill mannered guests! Loved this hotel. So pretty and the rooms are nice. Will definitely come back!

I was very disappointed with my stay. It started with a phone call I made to let them know I would be checking in late. I was on the phone for over 15 minutes and ended up hanging up because it took so long. The employees that met me at the desk for check in barely looked at me and barely spoke to me. There was no hospitality whatsoever. The building was very dingy and run down throughout. When I got to the room it was also very dreary looking. Neither the sink nor the tub drained water well. The bathroom had sink plumbing all exposed - not aesthetically pleasing at all. The dark out curtains would not close. We went to the front desk and nobody seemed concerned. We asked for paper clips to try to shut the drapes. On the evening we were leaving I asked about a late check out. The front desk seemed annoyed at my question. I was told to call back on the day of my departure. I was having this conversation in the early morning of my departure. It was 1:30 on the morning of my check out. I said when am I supposed to make this call. My check out is in a few hours. They were extremely unhelpful so we just checked out at the normal time.

The stay itself was fine, with the one exception being our toilet was constantly running. I felt for the staff when we got there Friday night. There was a huge party going on in their venue space and I believe that the switchover from another hotel chain to a Wyndham was still having some growing pains. There were a lot of people having trouble with checking in because of that, but the staff handled it really well (shoutout to Chanel). Because of the huge party, any cleanup staff was doing the best they could, but my husband told me there was vomit all over the men's room. Our room, other than the running toilet, had a super comfy bed and duvet.

Upon arriving, the front desk clerk was helping a pair of females and 2 other separate people in line. There was a gentleman (maintenance/cleaning) who was mopping the floors, but the floors weren’t swept and the mop was not being rung out? After waiting for a few minutes, the front desk clerk told us that we could have a seat and it would be 10-15 min before she could get to us. 15/20 min later, I am at the desk. The clerk is not friendly doesn’t say anything except she needed a credit card for incidentals. Didn’t even tell me the room number or where the room was located. At check out, same clerk not friendly and just took key card. No thank you or how was your stay. Nothing. Open plumbing in bathroom under sink. Lots of nail holes in walls, peeled wall paper, non sanded bathroom sink vanity. I’m not sure what is going on. Looks like hotel is under new ownership. Not good. I used to stay here when I come into town. Going forward, I will be looking for another hotel.

This hotel is being converted from a Doubletree to a Wyndham. It's kind of slap-dash; when you look closely, you can see that they're painting over things haphazardly and that the furniture is old and chipped. It's also huge, and the layout is confusing; I kept getting disoriented. I stayed here twice on the same trip. Each time, there were things missing from the room including a hair dryer and toiletries. And I saw a Gatorade bottle under the bed, which certainly wasn't mine. The first time I stayed (a Saturday night), there was an actual breakfast of eggs, sausage, biscuits -- the standard fare. But the second time (Monday night), there was only bread products. This hotel is located in the back of a shopping area, where there are lots of restaurants, as well as a Sheetz gas station. It's also pretty conveniently located. I thought the rates were reasonable as well.

I've stayed here in the past and liked it enough to return again. It's a large property with plenty of rooms, probably enough to handle a busy weekend in the fall when OSU has a home football game. Plenty of parking and check in was easy, although the front desk was very busy when I arrived. Working retail myself, I'm always very patient because these people have to handle a lot and I know what that's like. Lots of restaurants nearby and more shopping is also close if you head south on Route 23. Good location just off the highway if you're passing through. On future trips, I will look to stay here again since the rooms are priced very well compared to other properties.

Iur stay was just to get way from our home town. Area has lots if options for food and things to do and is close to downtown Columbus. Room was nice, bed was not that comfortable. But over all stay was nice. Will stay here again.

The front desk staff was beyond friendly and accommodating!! The property is under renovations but it was quiet. The only complaint would be the breakfast, at $21 a person it was severely lacking to what other hotels that I have stayed at offer for free breakfast.

Parking was good check in/out was quick & easy staff was friendly. The breakfast offered at the restaurant was very disappointing. Besides being overcharged for a breakfast that was no better than the free one we have gotten at other hotels the service in the restaurant was really bad. The lamp in the room didn't work & the carpet in the room & hallway was in need of some serious cleaning

Cleanliness was fair, Staff hard to evaluate as they were overwhelmed with issues. Keys would not work in two different rooms (had to change rooms due to lack of access). Could not use hot tub due to restrictive hours. They failed to provide breakfast because I booked through a third party. Day manager could use more training on customer service as she was rude and would not address me but gave instructions to staff to relay to me (even though she was 5 ft away). It was apparent that there was an ownership change and were making changes (the property needs an entire rehab and update). WILL NOT BE BACK

It was a decent hotel. Got what I paid for. However I wish it was advertised that the breakfast wasn’t free. It cost $21 for some measly breakfast buffet and baked goods. Definitely not worth the money.
