6 day stay and to turn down service. Hearing doors slam all nite and everyone had their tv on full blast. Clothes washing machine was broke. It was older than me. Needs updated badly.

Room was comfortable, clean, conveniently located. Staff were VERY friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended for location and customer service. Beds were firm/comfy. It's cool out this time of year, and the room stayed warm using the in-room heating/AC unit. Our room had a refrigerator, but i was told that not all rooms have them, but they are included in suites. There was NOT a microwave, but you can use the one in the lobby. Parking is convenient to the room locations. Definitely a motel that we will visit again in the future. The indoor pool was very nice, but it was bitterly cold. It WAS heated, because it was warmer than the outdoors... but it was like a glancing nod to being heated on the lowest possible setting. Little kids would get in for a little while... but i watched numerous adults dip a hand in, then jump in the deep end, then immediately climb back out shaking their head, mumbling "Nope. Nope. Nope." The pool is COLD. I mean, it's expensive to heat a pool. It uses a lot of energy. They probably just don't leave it on when they're not fully booked, or maybe they can't afford to heat it more than that. Bottom line is I love swimming and I couldn't do it here. It was disappointing. Otherwise, the site was great. Its dated, but it's very affordable. Love that there's rooms with multiple beds for the kids. There's absolutely no bugs. It's clean. The bathroom was big. The people couldn't have been any nicer. I was very impressed with the midwest hospitality

Not having a washing machine that works on high summer season doesn't make sense to me

Our stay was pretty good. When we checked in I accidentally reserved a smoking room for our stay she immediately noticed I made this mistake and got us a non smoking room which turned out very well. It was unfortunate that the pool was closed but perhaps a blessing considering that our room was right across from it.

We got a room with four separate beds and the amount of space that we had in our room was awesome. It had a bar type kitchen countertop which i liked along with two bathrooms.Only downside was a faint odor which wasnt to bad but noticeable. Only other complaint is for the sports bar down the street. The waitress pulled a fast one and charged my card an extra $30 even after leaving her a good tip. I didn't notice until the next day. Not the hotels fault just saying watch your bill at that sports bar down the road.

No noise, and the pool is open late

Worst place that I have ever stayed in. The walls had stains, the bathroom door didn’t work, the shower knob fell off when trying to turn the water on. the beds had balls of hair from previous stays. Only two outlets worked. Then if you needed ice, they would give it to you in a bag since the ice maker was out of order. I had to find another place to stay for the duration of my trip. Dont waste your time and money on this location.

It was very old hotel with terrible conditions. The carpet was very dirty. The furniture was old and smelled horrible. The bathroom was dirty and old and molded. Never again. I really tried to think it would be ok but I felt the price was too high for the conditions. It felt like a cheap motel. The pool was decent.

It was advertised as a hotel. It turned out to be a MOTEL. The first room had cockroaches, yes … ROACHES!! Also an opened half bag of Doritos in the dresser drawer and eyelashes on the bed. I called the desk receptionist and she was very kind and apologetic. Gave us the room next door though which was not better. That room had hair on the bed, dirty stained pillow cases, Jewelry on the mattress , the ceiling was separating from the wall and there was spider webs and dead spiders in there, dead bugs in the windowsill , and sewer flies in the bathroom. We were exhausted from being at cedar point all day from 11 am-midnight but we couldn’t stay. We just left and I drove the 5 hours back home at 1 am.

This property is a cheap dirty motel. Everything is dated and old. Blood on the sheets. Insects are everywhere. I don’t know how they manage to be named 2 star Hotel. We gave up the second night stay and ran away.

This motel need deep clean and upgraded it smelled real bad. Walls was dirty windows was dirty and the carpet was. But you get what you pay for.

Absolutely perfect! Didn’t know what to expect but staff was incredibly sweet and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for the price, and for a good night sleep after Cedar Point. Very close to Cedar Point as well.

Mirror was falling off the wall. Hair dryer had caught on fire. Room was filthy.

Much shabbier than the photos show. Windows can be opened from the outside. No soundproofing nor security in the rooms (due to the windows) so I barely slept.

We enjoyed our 2 nights stay here. Unfortunately there was a leak in our first room, but I was able to get a new room. Very blessed, the workers are friendly, remind me of home. Fair for the pricing, though the bathroom doors are hard to close, and the showers are a bit rough to start. If you are looking for just a bed and bath for the night. This is the best option. Dont come here if you get picky.

This room is nice and comfortable. The only thing is it doesn’t have a microwave and it doesn’t have a remote to the tv. Other than that it’s A 5 star to me

The wi-fi is very spotty. You have to be close to the door for it to work good. The blow dryer didn't work. Prob won't stay their again

As soon as we walked in we notice it was nothing like the pictures online, the curtain was broken, the safety box was closed and we couldn’t set it up, when I called the office they said maintenance doesn’t come until Monday ( that when we were leaving). The bathroom floor was dirty, no toilet paper holder, the tv wasn’t working either. The carpet on the stairs was so worn out that had mold and was ripped on the edges. Loud noise at night from the club right across from the rooms. Sorry but will never come here again

The room was fairly clean and the water was always hot when taking a shower. Everything was a bit worn from age but otherwise in good condition. My biggest grievance was the door of our specific room was close to the door to the outside so we heard all the foot traffic and door slams, but even that wasn’t as big of a bother. Overall, a decent place to stay

After looking at review of the place I was wondering how the hotel would be nice but when I got there the staff was really nice and the hotel was nice and a good pool and the room had great A/C and the bathroom was clean and the beds were nice

It's less than 10 minutes away from the best amusement park in the United States. The staff was very prompt, polite and helpful

Our stay here has always been amazing. Maybe not a 5 star motel but the service and friendly staff has always made up for anything lacking. Room always clean!

Want to add charges apon arrivial. If they consider you local they try to add 200 deposit

Let me start by saying this is a you get what you pay for hotel 100%. It started off bad from the get go when i was called 3 days prior to arrival and payment was to be made right then or i lose my room even tho we chose pay at property. Had i wanted to pay prior i would have chose that to start And received a better rate! Being the holiday, I paid in fear I would have no where to stay. Upon arriving, i was immediately sent to a top floor room because i was "not a biker" and it was clear due to that, our needs were not important. Entering the room, it was HOT! The ac was not on and low and behold, it did not work. We called the desk at 6pm and at 8:30 pm we were told we had to wait for the owner to arrive and okay a new ac. So we were looking at an installation time of at least 9pm. After driving all day and being at CP, we just wanted to sleep. When my calls were deliberately ignored by the front desk, I went down there personally and was treated horriable. The lady at the front desy was unhelpful and rude! When i asked for a new room i was told only a 3bed was available and i paid for 1 bed so, no. I asked for a refund for at least 2 of the 3 nights and she again said no. Eventually we ended up booking a new room at Motel 6 and left right away. The owner did Eventually show up and he was very nice and tried to rectify the situation but by this time i was livid and had enough...and it was now 9pm. Bed seemed soft, weed smoking is allowed on property. Take it as u wish

Property is run-down. Room was super dark and it felt like a closet that was converted. Had to stand on a chair to adjust the a/c/heat unit. Noisy and paper thin walls. Needs an extensive update. Staff was less than friendly and the office was closed when we went to check out.

The room was amazing and so was the staff.

They couldnt find my reservation even though i showed that it was confirmed and paid for. They made me provide a credit card to pay for my already paid for room. As for the room, TV didnt work and it was loud. As of now no additional charges have showed on my credit card. Never had a problem booking on hotels.com. wont be booking any rodeway inns in the future.

The lady in the office was awesome! Expedia sent me through hoops, ended up booking a week away by accident and Expedia wouldnt let me out of it. The lady at the front desk worked her magic and took care of me

This hotel provided a cheap place to sleep that is close to Cedar Point. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's a good deal for the price you pay.

The Inn was very nice and everybody was very polite. Wish there was a breakfast location. We thought it said that when we booked it, but there was just juices you could get. But definitely would stay again.

Absolutely filthy!!!! Thought I’d give it another try after it went through several management, handful of yrs later, still the same! Pay the extra $20 or so to stay at the next hotel down the street, get free hot continental breakfast and closer to Cedar Point!

Overall a good place. Breakfast was minimal
