This property has a loud moldy smell within the carpet and rooms. Room has nasty furniture with stains within the upholstery, No door on the bathroom, Really!!! The pool area is nasty, and the hot tub is so small only two maybe three people can fit in it. Also, the hot tub doesnt appear to be sanitary, it needs to be steamed cleaned, scrapped, and painted. Lastly, the breakfast is nothing like the advertisement and only consist of coffee, danish, instant oatmeal, etc. This hotel needs mgmt to step up to the plate and make guests be proud to stay here.

My stay was ok. I was unimpressed with not having a fridge and not having a microwave for $165 a night I figured I could at least have a cold drink and heat up a sandwich if I wanted to. I had 3 kids with me so the microwave and mini fridge really were needed. The chlorine in the hot tub burned our eyes something crazy. It also changed the color of my swim shorts from grey to a brownish. Crazy. room was clean.... breakfast was basic but ok. It got us through to lunch.

I liked the cleanliness of the property and room. The pool and jacuzzi was awesome! Everything is within a short distance from the Sleep Inn. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Room was clean. Staff was good. Girl working the counter had english as her second language, so when inasked her questions outside of what she was used to she had to go ask a manager. Wasn't a ptoblem but there was a barrier there. Beds were comfortable. $80 on Thursday and $178 on friday. Yes, i agreed to that pricing, but $180 for a friday i think was excessive for this place. Hottub is a bit out of date and dirty looking. It was wasn’t too hot though and i appreciated that. I gave them instructions to set my room for super cool for when we arrived and they did as i asked. Very pleased with that. Excellent job on the houskeeping or staff for soing that for us. The office chair is worn but still very functional. Last thing, the toilet half flushes from time to time. Not sure what caused it. I believe it has somethinf to do with rooms around us but im not certain about that.

The tile is the bathroom was loose due to most of the grout missing. The bathroom door was broken. The pool and hot tub had too many chemicals in them.

We stayed at the Hotel for 6 nights for an event. The rooms were large and the beds were fine. Bathrooms were clean enough. The amenities like the pool were sufficient but nothing special. The breakfast provided was the worst of any hotel that has ever offered me a breakfast. Waffles, limited little oranges and orange juice that often ran out and cheap off brand cereal. Hotel staff was nice but lots of broken air conditioners in the halls and not very well maintained property.

Dirty, musty smelly place, reading reviews of bed bugs is creeping me out. Only stand up shower and there is mold in it. Toilet doesn’t flush unless you hold down the handle. Wished I could’ve went elsewhere but room was nonrefundable

We checked in late after a day at Cedar Point. Our room was just not well kept. The bathroom had hair in the sink, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were coated in dirt, and the carpet was stained. We could hear the people walking across the floor above us, and the hallway had people constantly slamming doors. The room also had this odd smell. It was definitely not a place we'd return to, especially for what we paid (about $200).

The room was very clean, and smelled wonderful. The hotel appeared to be having some work done in the hall area outside our room and had a bit of an uncomfortable smell in that area, but that did not leak into the room.

First we arrived late because celebrating daughter’s birthday and we just fell asleep and when I woke up there was blood on the sheets,I’m a cancer survivor and no longer have the monthly so with that being said I woke up and was blown away by what I slept by.. then when we told the night lady changed our room..And we talk to the manager in the morning and she reassured me that she watched the housekeepers change the linen and I told her she is a lie because that is not a stain it’s from not being changed well long and behold they said that their hands are tied because I went through third party.So I called third party and of course they didn’t answer for the third party so third party refunded us a 100$ but still haven’t seen it and that was last week so please be aware of where you lay your head..oh and just so you understand been going there for 20 years

You can tell this property needs some serious upgrades.theres drywall that needs patching all around. By the elevators theres holes in walls. The toilet paper holder fell off wall the minute we tried to get some toilet paper. The room smelled musty like stinky shoes. Gross. Placejust felt dirty and not taken care of.

Room was clean & beds were comfortable. The carpeting was a bit dingy and needs replaced. The bathroom was extremely small. A pocket door separated the shower & toilet from the sink, but it was jammed and couldn’t shut. The shower was the smallest square walk-in I’ve encountered at a hotel. Overall we got a great rate ($86 on a Friday night). This would be fine for families with small children or couples. It was a bit difficult traveling with my teenage son since the bathroom lacked privacy and space.

The room was very small, barely big enough for the four of us and 3 suitcases. The handle on the shower was broken and very sharp, and we only had one roll of toilet paper for a two night stay with four people. The breakfast selection was very good, and the kids enjoyed the pool. Parking lot was filthy. Beds were quite comfortable, just a very small room.

If you just need somewhere to lay your head when visiting Cedar Point, this is for you. If you want things like a refrigerator and microwave in your room and good number of breakfast items, this may not be it. The staff was polite and we appreciated being given a door hanger to state if you wanted housekeeping to replenish some items. The breakfast was okay at best. One waffle iron and a bunch of prepackaged items - breakfast sandwiches, danishes, some bread and bagels, a little fruit, yogurt, etc. Nothing fresh, but the food was fine. Our room was small but comfortable enough (standard double). There was a shower and no tub (not a problem for us), and we were a little surprised that there was no refrigerator or microwave. Our toilet clogged, and when we asked to have maintenance look at it, we were given a plunger and told they have one person for three properties. We were fortunate that they were able to unclog the toilet while we were gone for the day, but glad they left the plunger as the toilet clogged again the next morning. The area is good, about a fifteen minute drive from Cedar Point. Lots of chain restaurants in the area as well as a Target, Walmart, and Meijers. It was an okay place, but I am likely going to stay somewhere else if/when in the area again.

Unfortunately, the extremely loud air conditioning unit and almost non existent wifi brought down the overall rating for this hotel that was clean and friendly. The double beds were very small, but I can’t fault the hotel for my assumption that they would be queen size.

We had a nice visit at this hotel the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The front desk people at checkout we terrible we were in a hurry to meet someone and we had to push the call button twice and she finally came out said she was on the phone. She checked me out and handed me my receipt but wasn’t friendly at all. It would be nice if you could add some small refrigerators in your rooms. We had things we left at the restaurant because we didn’t have any place to keep cold the room service guy we seen in the hallway and he was very nice and had brought us our towels we’d asked for by the time we got back to the room.

The front desk ( Brett) gave us the wrong room. Went done got that fixed. Later that night we were laying in bed at midnight and someone entered our room with a key. Brett is very careless when assigning rooms. This is an important detail that should not be taken lightly.

Spent a night here after a day in at Cedar Point. Is was a convenient place to crash before heading home. Room was nice, rate was reasonable. Easy to find. The only flaw is no ESPN service for football games :(

5/5 stars on everything besides area surrounding hotel only because there is an abandoned resort next to it. Other than that, it was clean, nice air conditioned rooms, pool area had no negative remarks, and good selection of breakfast

Everything was great about the room however the breakfast wasn't really much of a breakfast. Cereal yogurt a little bit of fruit and coffee. No water in the fridge in the room and there was only one ice maker in the whole place that I could find

We stopped here in route to Milwaukee, and again on our way back to PA. Both night stays were good. The staff were friendly, the rooms clean, and the breakfast was nice variety of breakfast sandwiches, waffles, yogurt, danishes, toast, fruit, and coffee.

The hotel was in a good location. The room we had was very noisy. The little refrigerator made a ton of noise. The stopper in the in the sink was broken, the plunger would not move it up and down. I had to remove it completely so we could use the sink. Luckily we only there one night and just dealt with it. The breakfast was a bright spot. They had breakfast sandwich's, waffles, cereal, yogurt, and some other items. Overall my stay wasn't horrible, but I did not get a good nights rest.
