Super 8 by Wyndham Uniontown PA

I was very upset because the hotel was advertised as having a pool and it did not. The guy that was at the desk that checked us in and checked us out wasnt very friendly at all. Now the over night guy was very nice. The room smelled fun̈ny the bathroom was dingy looking like it hadnt been properly being cleaned. Overall it was not a hotel id stay at again.

Room wasnt cleaned, jacuzzi half the stuff on it doesnt work.

Business center is advertised as being available. There was none.

We only reserved the room for the jetted tub, for a relaxing night away. We had trouble using the tub I would suggest a users manual. The room was clean and well kept. The check in attendant was friendly and helpful. The check out attendant was not pleasant and we seemed to be a bother to her. We for sure will go back and stay again.

Room was clean. Elevator was down for most of the stay. No house keeping on sundays.

Didn't like how housekeeping came in the room while we were gone. We did not ask them too. The whole building had a weird smell. Also uhaula is on the back side of the hotel and the trucks were loud in the morning

Had to switch rooms three times, due to electrical and plumbing issues, but room was satisfactory and very nice. I would stay there again when in the area.

The floor in the bathroom and in the room was VERY dirty. I had to leave my socks on and they became literally black with dirt!

The lobby and entry area was very well done but the rooms themselves were not redone. The bathroom was a mess with mildew on the shower, the sheets were stained, the floor was sticky and the window area was disgusting. I was not comfortable in this room at all.

Overall our stay honestly was just ok was not happy that we did not get the room we reserved. We reserved a business room with a king bed we ended up in a regular room with 2 beds. The room looked as if it was clean however I have my own cleaning business and if someone that worked for me left a room like that they would definitely be wrote up and if it were to happen again they would be fired. The bathtub had hair in it, when I turned the shower on brown stuff came out of it the water stopper in the sink wasn't even screwed on it was just sitting in the sink the toilet has brown stuff ( I assumed feces) on the back of the toilet seat, the glass on the table in the sitting area was not clean there were no backs on either remote the only thing that was okas far as the room were the beds slept very well but other than that we were not happy at all with the room however the service we got from the front desk was OUTSTANDING HE REALLY MADE OUR NIGHT PERFECT MY HUSBAND WANTSED TO GO GAMBLING ALL NIGHT HOWEVER WE COULD NOT FIND ANY GOOD PLACES ANYWHERE IN UNIONTOWN AND WE LOOKED ALOT and to top it off not only did we not get the room we reserved but we were still charged the same price as if it were the business suite, and we were NOT aware of the $250 deposit since we are from Pa not going back that's for sure

The stay at this hotel was not enjoyable as the sheets were dirty and not changed from previous guests. My son got bedbug bites on his arm.

Everything was clean and remodeled. Staff was nice. Enough breakfast options were available. Great value for the price!

The floor wasn’t clean, the bathtub was stained, the toilet paper holder needed replaced, the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work and we had to ask for extra pillows because they were so flat! Aside from that, the room was okay, pleasantly decorated and the bed was comfortable.

Bathroom fan did not work. Boogers were wiped on bathroom wall.

The sheets had stains, the chair had stains, the shower had red paint stains? Over all experience wasn’t bad but just not the clean room you expect to walk into. Did not contact staff because of how late it was and I just needed sleep. Also the pictures look like the room is carpet but it’s tile.

It would have been nice to have more pillows considering there’s a big sign in the elevator about theft of such items including replacement costs. A king bed with two small pillows is a little substandard but overall the room was fine to sleep for eight hours.

It smelled terrible in our room and you could hear what sounded like partying and loud music all around us.

My room was so very humid that I could hardly breath.

The room was too small for the price, the room floor was filthy as was the bathtub. Room doors slammed all night long. The pillows were lousy. The atmosphere was not of a trustworthy nature, signage posted for cost of stolen items??? Not a good feeling regarding personal security. Never again and I have stayed there many times over the years and had no bad stays.

Received a different room than booked and the room ended up having no towels or soap. These things happen, but it was disappointing.

Very noisy

The room was so humid that you could almost cut it with a knife. I could barely breathe when you walked in the room. It felt like you were walking into a swamp.

The staff was excellent. Only problem is the hotel room smelled like cigarette smoke which I brought to the attention of the staff...

You need to have more insulation in the walls I went to sleep with music and woke up with the tv on next door I’m glad I paid 115 dollars for 6 hours of sleep

Staff and personnel were great

and maintenance man came into my room without knocking twice and nothing was done

Our bedsheets had what looked like coffee stains on them. There was only two pillows on a king size bed- texted the number that sent upon checkin I. To request additional pillows they never came- I asked the front desk and they said they aren’t set up for the text notifications- as Wyndham owners this was not the standard. $200 for a room with a hot tub that was supposed to have a tv in the hot tub it was not worth the extra money nor the thirty minute drive away

The staff was very helpful and kind. Housekeeping came around each day to check on what we needed. The front desk remembers you as well which is very nice.

The Desk personnel were very receptive, friendly and accommodating! The cleaning people were extremely nice!

I was already checked into my room early because I knew that I would be in late and when I went to go to check in they told me I didn't have a reservation.

I am a regular at this hotel and I asked to check in early for about an hour, so from 11-12. Because I had to leave again and not return until 4:00pm. I Just needed to freshen up after a 5 hour drive. They wanted to charge me an extra fee of which I didn’t have, however they did let me use the lobby’s bathroom so I can wash my face and change clothing . The reception even recognized me from previous stays, but unable to accommodate.

The front desk gentleman was very friendly and helpful. I couldn't figure out the two remotes to the tv and he walked me thru how to use them. I very much appreciated it.

Staff was very nice and accommadating. We were 2 females traveling along & felt very safe. The motel is very clean. The rooms very clean but they were short on towels. Beds were comfortable. No carpet on the room floors so bring something for your feet. Breakfast was only bagels, toast, fruit and muffins. So dont think you are going to fill up on this breakfast. But the room was only 99.00 a night. Cheapest place but I would definately stay there again. Mexican restuarants on both sides within walking distance.

I liked how easy everything was and how close everything was to where we were going.

Convenient to where i needed to be.

Room was very clean and most of it had been updated. The desk clerks were very helpful and able to resolve any issues. Would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was all carbs, could use some eggs and/or meat. Quiet place to sleep.

The breakfast selection was very limited. No protein and very little fiber. Instant oatmeal would have been an improvement.

Staff was great,clean nice hotel in all. The only negative I would say is about thier breakfast, cereal NO milk, no juice, only hot thing was waffles that you make yourself , everyone does not eat waffles! ( me for ex .)

Desk and service workers were so kind and considerate. Polite, helpful, and the breakfast was perfect, just enough to get your day going. There was a lot around the hotel as far as shopping and getting food. I’ll be starting again when I visit

The staff were so friendly upon check in and made the process smooth. The room was updated and really big. The continental breakfast was very basic, but it got the job done.
