Like new building. Didn’t like tight parking spots.

Pool was open. The other hotels we stayed on our trip had their pools closed.

I loved the outdoor patio!!

Elevators are really bad

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Nice hotel. Big room. Shower was different but worked perfectly. Firepit was an attraction at night, lobby was lively with what seemed to be a big family hanging out. My obversations were made while I enjoyed the bar and college football with a bunch of Priests. Labor Day weekend is an annual Catholic pilgrimage in uniontown. True story.

I called a night before booking asking if the hotel has hot tub. the customer service rep confirmed they have hot tub. i booked the room. the very next day during check in, the concierge told us the hit tub / swimming pool was out of commission for at least a week. we complained about the miss info. the concierge , NAMED JESSE, offered to refund the charges and wave the cancelation fee. We spent the next hour looking for another hotel. later that night, looking at our online credit card transactions, we found out that, not only he did not refund but, charged us twice!!! we thought he made a mistake, but when we tried to contact the hotel, the phone call fell into a looing between auto message prompts and transfer to operator. it did that whole 3 times as the phone rang unanswered until we got tired of being pushed around. Wev are extremely upset and frustrated to say the least. We don't care to call the hotel. we will dispute both charges. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Very disappointing. Specifically booked this hotel Over others in the area that were more affordable because it had a hot tub and wanted print and fax info. The hot rub was AND business center were both our of order. When we tried speaking with with front desk the young man shrugged and said we could have just went in it anyways even though it was cloudy and covered with a film On top. I would expect more from a Hilton property. I could have saved 40$ and stayed elsewhere if I had know these amenities that we booked for weren’t even available.

The hotwl was clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub were great. It was nice having a dinner on site if you didn't want to go out to eat.

This hotel wasn’t that bad but they do not give you enough trowels, the bed had food in it (I’m assuming/hoping it was food), staff didn’t smile once and the elevator sounded like it was on death’s door. Also, a $15.99 breakfast? Hilton, get over yourself lol.

Room is very nice and plenty of parking. Front desk staff was very helpful.

We got there Friday night and so tired went to bed soon after arriving there. Saturday morning we went to our Granddaughters for breakfast. Spent the day wedding dress shopping and planning for her June wedding.. My husband went to bed i stayed up and watched tv. All the sudden an ugly bug comes out from behind the picture. Just one. It stayed up by the ceiling and crawled towards tge light. Eventually it flew down and i was able to trap it in a cup. I took care of that bug but couldntsleep all night thinking more were going to emerge. It being winter and very cold i wasnt too alarmed (only paranoid) i didn't even report it. As im typing this i feel stupid i let a bug get the better of me. The room otherwise was very nice. The bug incidence made me realize this isn't the hotel for us. We left Sunday real early. I needed to get out of that room. It was only one bug. But it was ugly.

The staff very friendly. The room was nice and clean. I would stay there again

When we pulled up the sheets in our bed, there was a literal poop stain in the cover. It was disgusting. It was 3am after driving 9 hours through inclement weather we decided to sleep on the floor rather than ask for a different room as we were beyond exhausted. I spoke with the manager Justin and he said “we would’ve changed your room if you called the desk”. But what about the inconvenience? And the fact that someone’s poop was in the bed I was supposed to sleep in. I’m so disgusted and disappointed I don’t know if I’d ever return to this hotel. And instead of offering a future stay I got “I can’t comp you because you booked through Expedia”. So instead of offering a solution which would be a voucher for a future stay, I get greeted with yet another problem. I’m disgusted and disappointed.

Our check in and stay at the hotel were pleasant and easy. It is a very nice hotel, clean and beautifully decorated, especially for the price.

Room had a faint smell of bathroom (sewage?). Front desk did not give me free wifi code although I'm a Hilton member. They didn't seem to care. They didn't give me a 2nd room key although we were two adults in the room. No one on staff was particularly warm.

I have been going here for several years. It’s always a great value and the property is always clean and in great shape. The staff is always friendly. I had no complaints at all about my room. It offers the right amount of amenities for the room rate.

Loved the Frank Lloyd Wright decor!

We needed a decent for my family and I on an overnight stop. I'm glad we chose here. The separate sitting area and private bedroom was great for a family. Also the staff at the front desk were VERY nice and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate my family. It's nice to be treated well when away from home. The room was also comfortable and clean. I will recommend, and will return when in the area again.

The bed is too high. We ended sleeping on the pullout sofa.

The wifi was useless and the level of information on how to logon and any useful info about the area was absent

This is the only decent hotel in Uniontown. Room was spacious and quiet.

It’s an average hotel. Room keys won’t work properly and got locked out multiple times. Temperature control in the room didn’t work properly. Bedsheets and towels were so worn out. Overall stay was unsatisfactory

Hot tub was barely warm. Bed seemed uncomfortable as well as uncomfortable pillows.

Beautifully appointed larger rooms.

Overall I had a really great stay. I stay here a lot when I come back home to visit. Now, I had a wonderful stay and always do BUT. This property now charges a $250 incidental charge per room when you stay here. I’ve never heard of this amount. Typically, even just a month or so ago, they would charge $50 or nothing at all. I’ve stayed at Hiltons all over the country and I’ve never heard of such a large amount. The issue I had with this is it wasn’t ever like this and it’s nowhere on the website of the hotel, the app, or on Expedia so I was unprepared to have to come up with a $250 amount for both of the rooms I reserved. Yea it will be refunded, but as well all know this can take days and days and I need access to my money. Yea I had the option to just cancel my stay but I had just drove 4 hours there and didn’t even Know if I could get rooms anywhere else on such short notice. I even called customer care to see when this big change was made and spoke with a “supervisor” both times was hung up on once and then “Sophia” who claimed to be a supervisor gave me no help she told me if I didn’t like it to get a refund and go elsewhere. I told her I had nowhere else to go. She had a huge attitude and I could barely hear what she was saying because there was a dog barking in her background during the entire call. I always use Hilton no matter where I go, my parents are timeshare holders with Hilton Grand Vacations. I never experienced or expected this. Customer support is RUDE.

Nice place and friendly staff

I left my iPad in the hotel. The staff called me when they found it. Unfortunately, I was 2 hours drive away. I asked an option to pick up one week later on my way back. They kept it and I got my ipad back one week later. I feel the staff is very responsible and trustable.

I was sent to my room while enjoying the lobby and the fireplace and tv , if the hotel is not safe ,,then no one should be staying there,I didn't feel valued as a customer, you may call me 412-303-0315.

Good area for dining options

Hilton Garden Inn is conveniently located in Uniontown, PA...surrounded by several tasty restaurant options. Check-in was fast and helpful. While we stayed only 1 night, hotel was quiet after 11p and very comfortable (home away from home). Would return again on our next road trip!

Location is great. Just a couple minutes from the main highway. Great dining options within 15 minutes of the hotel. Attractions all in easy drive time from the hotel.

Very convenient, lots of choice to eat and shop.

Very nice quiet and centrally located near restaurants and shopping. Swimming pool and hot tub were exceptional until 3 small children and the parents and grandparents showed up. The childrens screaming echoed in the swimming area and grandpa took my chair and towels to wipe his forehead. That of course is not the hotels fault. They were able to let me check in early and stay a day longer than planned without any trouble. Would recommend and will be staying there again. I come to visit family at least 4 times a year and i plan on staying hete every time.

Close to Ohiopyle Park, Laurel Caverns, Frank Lloyd Wright’s Falling Water and Kentuck Knob

It was nice being able to have our dog with us. It was convenient to family that we were visiting and property is very nice. The hot breakfast was okay but there were other options. Very nice stay.

Nice , clean newer hotel, breakfast buffet worth the price

They advertise breakfast hours from 9am-11am. Yet when my husband & I went for breakfast at 10am they claimed breakfast hours were over at 10am. The hours we saw on the information sheets at the front desk are weekend hours. Makes no sense what so ever & the rooms could use some updating & make it look & feel like a real Hilton Hotel

Other than the fact u chose this hotel because it says breakfast was included and it indeed was not it was good

Pillow case were unusually small, front desk person quit the day of checkout and the chef had to cover the front, saw random ants in the shower, paying ahead for breakfast seemed really confusing for the hotel and I still don't know if it was credited because they made me pay when I went to bfast
