Everything was great

Front desk staff was excellent. Friendly and conversational. Made a great recommendation for dinner. Room needs TLC. Primarily clean but cob webs on ceiling and around high fixtures. Window has a literal bullet hole in the first pane and the patch job just made it look worse. Fan on unit would not stay on to help with noise, which was high. Constant creeping from the unit above us, which seemed really odd for a concrete structure. Saturday night guests were incredibly loud in the lobby area at 2am and it took over 30 minutes staff to clear them out. Sunday morning, went to eat breakfast at 8am to be told it would be at least 30 minutes for eggs, bacon, etc. to be replenished. Honestly disappointed in our overall experience as it was not up to the standard of other Holiday Inn Express' we have stayed at.

Their pool and gym are being remodeled and are NOT open. There's no notice of this before you make reservation. The breakfast bar was out of milk on Saturday & would not be replenished until Tuesday despite a walmart next door so no cereal, boiled eggs or yogurt. Only available items were the not so great hot items. Pancake station...also down. Lots of daytime construction on our floor.
