Comfort Suites Uniontown

Breakfast choices were so limited and nothing was being refreshed. Coffee was cold. I had to ask someone for yogurt as they were looking at their phone. There was no shampoo or soap in the shower (completely empty). Worst thing was we went down for breakfast at 8:30am and when we went back up to the room to get our stuff and check the keys no longer worked. They had locked us out at 9am! This happened to others as well that I talked to in the halls. I had to run back to the front desk and get the key updated (waste of time and this made me late to leave). When checkout is 11am why would you be locking people out anytime before that?! Every time I talked to a staff member they were on their phones and not paying attention. Very disappointing.

Room was clean. The lady at the desk when I checked in could use a class how to be friendly plus when she gave me a room it was already occupied

Staff was very nice and accommodating! We were in for a funeral and she was able to put the family together. Room was comfortable and had just what we needed. Reviews had us a bit scared but everything was just fine!

Management needs to look around. The property is old but they’re trying to keep it updated. However, the desk chair in our room was so tattered, it should be in the dumpster. The stairwells were filthy. There was a homeless person sleeping on the lobby couch in the morning when breakfast was put out. The 2nd room we had, had 2 tv’s. One didn’t work at all. Management needs to be inspecting rooms and common areas. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious.
