Very nice hotel. Parking lot was full, however the hotel was very quiet. The breakfast had good options including a soft drink machine. Front desk staff friendly with easy check-in. Nice size rooms with small kitchen. The only negative to our stay was the very low water pressure in the shower.

What a fantastic place! This property is so pretty!! The courtyard is full of flowers, trees, and places to sit by a fire. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with soaps, dishes, towels, etc. We went to the front desk to get sheets for the pull-out couch, and the people at the front desk were fast to get them and were so kind. Breakfast was delicious, fully stocked with all kinds of food. They have fountain drinks and water offered 24/7 for guests to have as well. Their little shop to buy anything you may have forgotten had a few cool things but was a bit pricey. The pool was clean and well-maintained! The only “bad” thing that happened was very loud and disrespectful kids that were roomed next to us. There was some sort of basketball thing with kids from Montreal, and they were rowdy. Thankfully, the front desk dealt with them, and we had no further issues!! The hotel staff were very apologetic about it even though it wasn’t their fault, and I made sure to let them know I didn’t blame them at all! Overall, we had a blast at this hotel. I’m very thankful we were able to find it, and it was reasonably priced! It was perfect for our weekend trip to go to Kings Island and the Newport Aquarium (both are less than a half-hour drive from the hotel). We will be back!!!

We stayed here for 12 days and it was almost perfect. Our room was great, the staff were awesome and very attentive, they had a wonderful breakfast spread and the laundry was free. The only thing that made this place slightly less than perfect was the fitness facility…it was very small and combined with laundry room. Other than that, this place was exactly what we wanted/needed.

Rooms were clean and the layout was really nice, especially if you're planning an extended stay. The kitchenette had a fridge, 2-burner cooktop, sink, microwave, dishwasher and ample counterspace. The courtyard was VERY nice and was a perfect place to relax. Checkout time of Noon was a very pleasant surprise too.

We almost always stay here when visiting Cincinnati and this was another good stay. Breakfast and coffee provided in the morning. Room was clean and well equipped. Kids enjoyed the pool. Thanks!

Room 135 was musty and smelled of cigars. Very dated and the sleeper dog was horribly uncomfortable. Checkin was double charged and resolved once I caught it. Pool was nice and clean and the breakfast was decent.

The suite was clean and spacious, and it made for a very comfortable stay while traveling with two other adults on a business trip. We had plenty of room to spread out and feel relaxed. The breakfast and coffee also were excellent.

Very clean and spacious. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The only trouble we had was the lack of smooth transition from extending our stay. Room was booked for an additional day but lost key card access and had to have room cards reactivated

The room and breakfast along with staff were great. Except when we woke up to find roaches on the counter in the kitchen area. We only had an overnight stay and didn’t bring or make food. I was disappointed and we packed up and left immediately. I notified the desk she wrote it down but didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience.

The property is in a nice area and was convenient to where we were headed. The condition of the room was good but it kind of had a funny odor the property is dog friendly so it might have been that. The coffee maker in our room did not work I requested a new one and it was never replaced. The bed was very soft and not particularly comfortable the pillows were very mushy.

There were a lot of kids in the hotel for basketball baseball or some kind of tournament. The coaches and chaperones did NOT have control of them and let them run rampant all over the hotel until 1-2 am. I was thee for a family wedding and it was ridiculous that the adults did not manage these kids and teach them some manners and respect for others. They were rude and nasty leaving trash all over the breakfast buffet and not picking up after themselves. It was ridiculous. Otherwise the stay was good.

The front desk staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The only complaints would be (and cannot be changed easily) that there is no fan in the sink or shower area. The bathroom is directly across from the bed so every sound is heard. The bed looked really nice but was very uncomfortable. Would I stay here again? Yes! Clean, comfortable, friendly

Amazing experience, the staff is constantly cleaning, and the front desk is very attentive to any requests. We had an issue with unsupervised kids knocking on our door while our baby was sleeping and it was addressed in person within 5 minutes of notifying the front.

Our room was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with soaps, dishes, towels, etc. We went to the front desk to get sheets for the pull-out couch, and the people at the front desk were fast to get them and were so kind. Breakfast was delicious, fully stocked with all kinds of food. They have fountain drinks and water offered 24/7 for guests to have as well. Their little shop to buy anything you may have forgotten had a few cool things but was a bit pricey. The pool was clean and well-maintained! The only “bad” thing that happened was very loud and disrespectful kids that were roomed next to us. There was some sort of basketball thing with kids from Montreal, and they were rowdy. Thankfully, the front desk dealt with them, and we had no further issues!! The hotel staff were very apologetic about it even though it wasn’t their fault, and I made sure to let them know I didn’t blame them at all! Overall, we had a blast at this hotel. I’m very thankful we were able to find it, and it was reasonably priced! It was perfect for our weekend trip to go to Kings Island and the Newport Aquarium (both are less than a half-hour drive from the hotel). We will be back!!!

The property is in a nice area and was convenient to where we were headed. The condition of the room was good but it kind of had a funny odor the property is dog friendly so it might have been that. The coffee maker in our room did not work I requested a new one and it was never replaced. The bed was very soft and not particularly comfortable the pillows were very mushy.

The hotel has a courtyard that was a really nice surprise - a great space to relax a bit in the outdoors, without being outside. The room was comfortable with lots of storage space. The bed was comfy with great pillows. Breakfast was rather complete with plenty of fresh fruit. The only complaint was the shower pressure which was really low

The suite was clean and spacious, and it made for a very comfortable stay while traveling with two other adults on a business trip. We had plenty of room to spread out and feel relaxed. The breakfast and coffee also were excellent.

Very nice hotel. Parking lot was full, however the hotel was very quiet. The breakfast had good options including a soft drink machine. Front desk staff friendly with easy check-in. Nice size rooms with small kitchen. The only negative to our stay was the very low water pressure in the shower.

We stayed here for 12 days and it was almost perfect. Our room was great, the staff were awesome and very attentive, they had a wonderful breakfast spread and the laundry was free. The only thing that made this place slightly less than perfect was the fitness facility…it was very small and combined with laundry room. Other than that, this place was exactly what we wanted/needed.
