Everything there was nice, if i had to think of something bad it would be the parking. Ive never seen parking spaces so narrow, there is no way they are regular size parking spaces. I have a normal size SUV and tried multiple parking spaces & could barely get in. If another car parked even remotely close to the lines then there was zero chance you would make it into that spot.

Property was overall great… as for the pillows and the bed these need to be updated, at least in the room my wife and I slept in. Bed wasn’t comfortable at all and the pillows need to be replaced. The elevator was very slow and not sure why but it did do the job it was created for. No pool here so make sure you read the hotel’s amenities. We will stay here again because it was not as noisy as other hotels and was pretty quiet actually.

I’ve stayed here a few times because I like the area and its convenience. The elevators being out of commission when we checked out was the only downside since we were on the top floor and I’m 62 and my knees aren’t what they once were.

**Disappointing Experience - Elevator Nightmare** I recently stayed at this hotel over a holiday weekend, and the experience was far from pleasant. The hotel was fully booked, and the room rate was significantly inflated, which I expected for a busy weekend. However, what I didn't expect was to waste over two hours of my time waiting for the elevator. Only one elevator was working, and when I inquired about the other, I was told it was shut down because it "overheats sometimes." For a hotel fully booked on a holiday weekend, this is completely unacceptable. The management should have anticipated the demand and ensured that both elevators were functional. The long waits were frustrating, and it really impacted the overall experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you want to waste your time waiting around.

We stayed 1 night over the holiday weekend and they only had 1 elevator running and it was extremely hot inside. Wait times were long. They had stairs but we were on the 5th floor. I booked a room with a view and didn't get that, but got charged like i did. Quite disappointing.

We were supposed to have a river view room, but faced a noisy street and were too tired to ask to switch rooms. The gap around the door allowed us to hear everything that happened in the hall, there was hair on the ledge in the shower and something spilled and dried on the side of the black, round table. Everyone that worked the front desk though were extremely friendly.

The property did not change the sheets before I checked in . There was hair and crumbs in the bed . Both beds had bed bugs!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! I’ve yet to get a refund .

I think it was about $50/day too expensive. On two of the four nights, we had to have a pillow replaced because it smelled gross. There was a pink bacteria present in the shower. The breakfast is extremely basic, and the dining area was cramped. I did like that it was on the river and walking distance to many places. The staff was very nice and professional.

Overall our room was unclean and smelled like sewer. It was a handicapped room and the bathroom smelled like maybe the sewer gas was coming from the pipes. There was also some splatters of something on the walls that looked like it was probably bodily fluids.

Overall, the property was clean and well-maintained room 322, however, had loose coins on the floor thread that looked like it had pulled out of a sweater and some leaves on the carpet. Clearly, it had not been vacuumed, or the person that did the vacuuming should see an optometrist.

This place was absolutely filthy. I cannot believe the price they charge to stay here. The carpet was so dirty in the room my socks stuck to the carpet. It was the most disgusting thing. The noise from the road is the loudest I have ever experienced in a hotel. I had a noise machine going and you could hear the road over it. I will never stay here and will make sure to let all my friends that travel to Cincinnati to never stay here.

This place was incredible! We had the 2 room suite and it was Amazing! The view of the city was incredible! Beds were comfortable, spotless room, great shower pressure and hot water. Stayed a few dsys and breakfast each day was different and delicious. Wonderful staff! I cant give it more than 5 stars or I would. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Cincinnati!!!

The property was located on the river walking distance to many restaurants. However, if you wanted to sleep past 6:00 am, on the side of Third street side of the hotel don't stay here! ! Third street is less than 20 yards from the hotel and a very busy street with heavy trucks and street racers.

We had a lot of hiccups in our trip, but the Fairfield was not one of them. The front desk people at the front desk were friendly and efficient. Our room was very comfortable with a great view of the Cincinnati skyline. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit the south side of Cincinnati.

We were in the hotel for three nights. The staff was very friendly, room was very clean and comfortable, and breakfast was great. This location is very good if you are attending an event in downtown Cincinnati. We were very close to the breakfast/common area and there were loud groups that gathered in the late night hours that disturbed our sleep one of the nights. The only negative part of the experience was the street noise and noise from other guests. If you have the opportunity to choose a room away from the common area and on the view side instead of the street side, you will have a more relaxed stay.

The staff at check in were unfriendly and unhelpful. We tried to check in at noon and they said the room wouldn't be ready until 3 so we came back at 3 and they said it would be 4. There is nothing of interest in that area except for the aquarium which was sold out. We sat in our car in the parking lot for over an hour. Only one elevator was working when we were finally allowed to check in which made for people having to go to their room in shifts. I would not recommend this hotel.

This property is ideally located for our activities in the area. In person front-desk service is professional and courteous. My experience was not as good, however, when I contacted the property by phone to address a change of plans. The mistake was my fault, but Rodney was not at all helpful. He kept interrupting me and would not let me talk to anyone else about it. Personnel here are usually professional, but Rodney may benefit from more customer service training.

Was there overnight on a Saturday into Sunday. Waited a while for someone at the front desk to appear. Sunday morning there was no hot water. I made several calls to the front desk that went unanswered. I missed breakfast given that I was waiting on the hot water issue to get fixed.

Waited 3 hours for pillows and blankets for the pullout couch. Then we pull out the couch and the matress cover was dirty with spots all over it. I called for them to change it. They brought me another one that i had to change. And not sheet for the bed. Just a blanket and pillow. That was friday night staff. Other staff seemed ok.

Check in staff professional and courteous; no silly questions or lengthy interrogation. Nice rehab of former property, no? Most impressive: I booked through Expedia; yet Marriott knew of my membership, booked me in good room high with a river view, AND the TV welcomed me name! Some pretty slick IT, I would say. Jordan and Haley helped to make this girls trip the best it could be. They helped out during a scary situation with a LYFT driver that instantly made me feel safer. Can not say enough about their over the top care and concern. Appreciated the warm and friendly employees throughout the building! Truly haven’t experience such over all professionals in a hotel environment in a while. Thank you. Truly!

Awesome to find a property with 2 king sized beds! Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Breakfast provided many options and staff was friendly and helpful. Have stayed here a few times and found this to be true on every occasion. Rates tend to trend higher but the best option when you can grab a deal!

Breakfast was absolutely horrible. The hours were short, 6-9. When we came down they were out of all juice, milk, and muffins/pastries. The trash was overflowing and people were putting used plates on counter.
