Comfort Inn & Suites West Chester - North Cincinnati

Pool was closed, under construction. Very run down inside, carpet looked to be 20 years old or so.

Other than the renovations being done, very good stay. No noise. Just lots of stuff being done, will be great when finished

This is the second time we booked with hotels.com and the hotel say it has a pool but then we arrive and the pool isnt working.. !!!!

FIRST TIME HERE. FAST, EFFICIENT, & FRIENDLY FRONT DESK. CLARANCE WAS EXCELLENT !! i THINK WE'LL RETURN, & HOPE TO CATCH HIM ON THE WAY BACK HOME . . . DISAPPOINTED THE POOL WAS CLOSED !

Elevator could use some maintenance, but overall, good experience. Breakfast was on point the entire stay.

We stayed on third floor...room was renovated and nice. Hallway and elevator where pretty worn out but fine. Would stay again.

Rooms very dirty and run down. Mold on curtians from AC. Bottom of bathtub was stained brown. Shower head filthy. Would not recommend.

My room was very clean but the elevator was dirty. For the price I paid it was a good value. Good breakfast choices.

The air in my room was on 61, but it was hotter than heck in there. The bathtub looked dirty. There was hair on the bathtub walls. The room smelled. Just not a pleasant experience.

The bathroom was not clean and smelled of urine. They did tell me they cleaned it but that was false. Smelled like Lysol spray

There was a cockroach in the bathtub! It’s was very hard after that to sleep. We just got this room for one night, so we wanted to get up and take a shower but the tub wouldn’t drain. We took a bath shower! It took 30 mins to drain after wards. The breakfast was very good with a good variety and very nice women running it!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Saw a roach on my side table. Woke up with bed bug bites too. There was rust under the fridge. Drawers weren't clean. Breakfast had very little options and oatmeal and milk weren't stocked.

Our room had a major plumbing issue. When we would flush thr toilet, the pipe under the sink would vibrate so hard and load that we thought something was about to break. I reported the issue to the front desk and I would have thought they would have adjusted my bill for the terrible experience but they did not.

We were very pleased with our stay. Staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. The continental breakfast was amazing. Bonnie who runs the breakfast was wonderful.

The hotel was fine for what we needed. We were there for a soccer tournament and our first game was at 7:30 and had to leave before breakfast started and didn't get back until right before breakfast ended. Definitely not the hotel's fault. The room did smell a little musty.

I arrived here very late and was dead tired when arriving. When I got to my room to shower, the trash can in the bathroom was filled with trash from the previous guest, including a woman’s dirty pad laying wide open in the trash can. I then go to shower, and when I closed the curtain, a dirty used wash cloth falls down on me from on top of the curtain when I closed it. I’ve been checked in all of 30mins and find this. Absolutely disgusting!!! This room is small and there isn’t much to clean. This is unacceptable! The room is too warm for our liking and when I went to change the temperature, the thermostat screen is completely blank so I can’t change it. Terrible experience!! Would not recommend to anyone and will make sure I never stay here again the next time we are in the area

Hotel was nice enough but our door had been kicked in and not repaired properly so there was a very large gap you could see through. Then the 4th night a family came in above us and stomped all night long. Sounded like a practicing marching band. So that was not great.

Bed was comfy and loved the jetted tub and size of the suite

The gentleman at the front desk apologized that the room we had reserved wasn't available (King/handicapped). I told him we didn't need handicapped. He was able to give us a King suite. However, this morning when my husband went to shower, there was no shower curtain and no ability to even take a shower, so that was disappointing. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was a nice sized TV. There is 24 hour coffee/tea/juice which was nice. The breakfast was very good, and the woman who took care of the breakfast service was so friendly. I thought she was the sweetest person I've ever encountered in that position. Overall, it was a good stay. It would have been great if we had a working shower.

More toilet paper would have been great. The rooms were nice and clean. Couldn’t sleep for 3 nights thanks to the people above us.

The staff is very friendly and a special shout out to Bonnie who made our breakfast very enjoyable. The location is convenient.

Maggie at front desk was very rude. Other guests had issues with her as well.

Desk clerk was dealing with some guests that were being asked to leave for smoking in their room and he was very calm and professional. The guests were very hostile and he handled it very well.

Front desk girl on dayshift was very nice and helped us with our problem with the chair in our room. Don’t know her name because no one wears a name tag. Breakfast attendant was very friendly and kept the food at breakfast well stocked. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Air conditioner worked well. Lots of satellite channels. Lots of good things to say, but my only complaint would be that no one wears a name tag. I worked for Marriott for many years and we would be in trouble for not wearing a name tag. I would like to say who was good and who was not so good but I can’t do that because I have no idea what their names are. Not sure why the policy is to not wear name tags there because that’s a little suspicious. It almost seems like they don’t wear name tags that way if they screw up you can’t really let managers know. It’s a little silly to say yeah that guy with the dark hair, 6 feet tall you know which one I’m talking about! Anywa, One front desk clerk I came up to him to ask a question and said hi “Raj” (he reminded me of my friend Raj) because I had no idea what his name was because he doesn’t wear a name tag and he says who?? I said, sorry I don’t know what your name is so I just took a chance at what your name was, and he just stared at me and never told me his name.

Arrived approx 4:00, took several minutes to have gentleman come to front desk. He called down to us to wait a few minutes! I had a husband not feeling well, and I wanted to get him to room asap…I explained that to employee, still took him a bit of time to come downstairs to front desk. Breakfast was nice Price was good Elevator was filthy, but room was clean.

Check in was great. Adam was a great host and very accommodating. Breakfast was great and staff were very friendly. Our room was excellent and comfortable. Cheers

Breakfast is good- nice variety for folks. A couple of light bulbs were burned out in our room but no problem getting them replaced. Very friendly staff, anything we needed we could get. Would definitely stay here again.
