This is my go to stay in Enid. Great staff. Breakfast is good. The elevator made me a little iffy. And they had decided to paint the hot tub on a Saturday the last time we stayed. But over all this will be my go to place.

Check in was fine. First room the ohonr nor the tv worked. Was given another room, tv did not work in that room either. Nephew finally got the tv working. Then elevator broke down. I am on oxygen and have issues climbing stairs.

Our phone in the room didn’t work. The pool isn’t heated. Hot tub broken, front desk said it would be an hour until it was fixed and then never followed through. An hour later came to check to see if it was actually broken. The tub was dirty. The fridge didn’t work: the staff didn’t care.

The hotel itself is nice and clean and its conveniently located. We did book this hotel for the pool and hot tub, you couldn’t even set in the hot tub and enjoy it because the chlorine was very , very strong. So strong it caused immediate coughing. This was a huge disappointment, other than this I would recommend this place.

They are in process of remodeling, and so far it looks nice. However the furniture in the rooms is old and damaged, iron was propped in a corner, dresser was totally missing a drawer. Key did not work to get to pool area and after 3 attempts at getting a working card the desk clerk finally let us in. Pool was not heated and cold, and the hot tub was out of order. The pool and hot tub were why we chose this hotel. We checked out shortley after checking in, clerk was nice enough to cancel our reservation without charge. Went to another nearby hotel that was even cheaper and nicer.

Outside doors to the inside pool were not locked allowing anyone to come into the property through the pool area. Our roof was leaking in our room. Health department shut down the pool after kids had been swimming due to high levels of chlorine.

I had called ahead to ask if they had a pool n jacuzzi I was told yes when I arrived the hotel is under construction, the pool and Jacuzzi we’re under construction to when I complain to the front desk. They said there is nothing they can do about it.

The hotel is in remodel stages. Level 3 was clean but level 1 was not in use due to remodel. Pool and hot tub not able to be used. Very disappointing for the kids. Had to find other activities and was an extra expense due to this.

There were moths in the room. They invaded my clothes and one ended up in my suitcase. The furniture was cheap and ancient. I was afraid to sit on the couch. The bed headboard had pulled off the wall where it was glued. The shower curtain rod was pulled off the wall, the ceiling in the shower was not finished and showed black marks. There was a weird separate seating room with nothing in it but what looked like a left over chair. The lobby was not completed and there were no ice or drinks. The refrigerator in the room worked. The food was typical for the chain and adequate. This was way too expensive for this kind of accommodations.

Our room smelled awful so bad that we had to go to Walmart and purchase a essential oil diffuser to be able to stay in the room. The swimming pool advertised was under maintenance the whole reason we choose this place to stay.

Bugs in our room. Breakfast was not edible it tasted like it had been served the entire week before. There were gnats all around the breakfast buffet style foods. Pool was out of order. Our last day the pool was open but hot tub did not work. Going back to our room from the pool my daughter was able to access our room without the use of the key which is a huge safety issue. The entire time we were there our room and us were accessible to anyone. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! I cannot believe this hotel is considered a holiday inn.

Tyler, and everyone else we interacted with were very polite and helpful. Tyler went out of his way to help us with a special request and it was greatly appreciated. The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable and smell great. The breakfast was on point, and the amenities were amazing, and the beds were super comfy. Will stay there again the next time we're in the area.

They are renovating so things are a little amiss. Room was clean and nice, beds were extremely comfortable, close to bowling and a bbq place next door to eat. Bathrooms weren’t clean like I expected is the only negative I can say. But staff was super nice and I would stay again.

My wife was traveling alone. The first night the counter attendant said her room number out loud in front of a single male. The next night the they checked her and gave her a room key. When she opened the room there was someone else already staying in that room

The first night the people around us was loud and smoking pot the next day we told and was moved to a different room. The was above now and was very loud stomping on the floor so not much sleep for the 3 nights and the girl working 2 shift was very rude and there was no towels at the pool ask for some and she smart off and said i close the pool down. She didn't do anything about them smoking pot .

Nothing outstanding about the property,, enough parking , but the birds in the trees messed all over the cars parked in the lot. I also was disappointed in that I did not get a printout of my expenses for the weekend. Said I booked through Expedia I would get bill from them. I think they should be able to give me my total cost as I'm checking out!!!!
