First impression when I pull up is I see mattresses and furniture setting all along the railing upstairs. When I open the door my room didn't appear bad. But the toilet wouldn't flush and the fridge was loud. In the middle of the night the heater started making a horrible noise and I had to turn it off. Temp outside were in the 20's so it was a little chilly when I got up. I notified the front desk but all I got was she would let maintenance know. The price was cheap so I got what I paid for.

Guest laundry was broken didn’t bother to put up a sign. Even after they knew, wanted the free coin. Motel has sewage drainage issues. Smelled horrible!

Nothing worked. No ice. Stair tread’s uneven. Gaps on bottom of door bugs getting in. Non smoking rooms but bedding has cigarette burns in them. Room smelled of smoke

Other than the smell in the hallways, we enjoyed our very brief stay.

Had 2 construction crews stay here and they were not happy. The bathrooms showers only had hot water. One crew member sent me pictures with roaches in his room. Door handle was broken in another room. Breakfast was subpar. I would not send my crews here again.

The room was quiet and spacious. The part i didn't like was that there was some dead bugs on the floor of the bathroom.

Everything was clean and the staff was amazing. The manager is amazing person.

Unless you have no other option but sleeping in the car I would 100% avoid this place at all costs. I got here around midnight after traveling all day and had to be up at 4AM for my first morning on a turnaround. Was supposed to have a nonsmoking room and the lady at the desk told me the two nonsmoking rooms they had one was flooded out and the other the roof caved in. I was in a smoking room for the night which smelled absolutely terrible. Door frame was ripped off and the electronic deadbolt was just hanging on the door it didn't even lock. First time i ever slept in a Tyvek suit with my socks tucked in my pants thats how dirty it was in there. White stains on the couch and multiple different hairs all in the bed. Crumbs and fresh stains in the sheets. I was moved to a nonsmoking room the next night for the rest of the week and had to bring my card up the front desk to get reprogramed every single night after getting off of work because it would reset and not open the door up because it was broke and they wont fix it. Every time took around 10 minutes and half the time it still wouldn't work they would have to reset it multiple times. Clearly this place is absolutely broke and refuses to fix anything. Took my trash can out after one night and never brought it back. They don't change the sheets just halfway make the bed. They take your towels and leave your dirty rags. Towels and rags both smelt like smoke and stained with only God knows what. This place absolutely sucks.

did not have the smoking room I booked. the internet did not work. the tv did not work. would not give any kind of refund. said they could fix the tv but the internet was MY PROBLEM. I ended up getting a room at another hotel.so i had to pay for two different hotels. I will never stay at another super 8 motel again, ever.

The photos on their website are so outdated as to not be recognizable. This is not a room that should be renting over $50 a night. The door to the outside had a slide for a chain lock but no chain lock, the back side of the electronic door mechanism was missing exposing the inner workings, and the light switch is actually on the wall cut into the door trim. There is what appears to be a burn mark about 2 feet long on the carpet. The outlet behind the nightstand on the side of the bed closest to the bathroom has no cover plate. There was a coffee pot and one bag of coffee but not a single cup or glass of any kind in the room. The desk chair looks like a cat has used it as a scratching post. The tub faucet has more caulk than I have ever seen on one application and the ceiling of the entire room has so much material applied that it looks like it is there to cover some defects or water damage on the ceiling.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and helpful in changing to a downstairs room. Overall a good comfortable stay.

Staff was very welcoming and accommodating

The first morning of our stay the man maid tried walking in without announcing their presence or knocking and we let the front desk clerk know in both the morning and evening about it and they let the management know. Last night they were working on a room a few doors down from our room way to late at night making a lot of noise with a power tool and we complained to the night front desk clerk. The situation with the maid was corrected.

The front desk clerks were very nice. I didn’t have issues with them, but the housekeeper I booked an extra day she came to our room and tried to argue with me about that saying that I needed to check out because it showed on her paper that I needed to check out, she would come into our room without knocking and ask us if we need towels she was not very professional and she was very rude

Room was not ready when we got there for check-in, broken shower- no hot water, dusty furnitures.

The same was comfortable, within easy access to our purpose in being there, the staff was nice and customer friendly.

Floor wasn’t clean. Crickets on the floor. The bathtub didn’t drain. Minimal breakfast. The manager couldn’t give me a paid in full receipt when I checked out at 7:00 am. till 11:00am she said. The manager barely spoke English. The room price was very good. Not much else.
