Was able to stay the length i needed and it was close to where i was working and places to eat and shopping. Liked the free washers and dryers. The only thing was i was there 7 days before i had to ask for them to clean my room. But other then that i would recommend it to anyone great place.

Great overall even if the front desk people are pretty inexperienced. Super nice tho. Clean and comfortable and no problems with the area. But did have one night of unruly guests on my floor that need to learn some respect but not the hotels fault. Great space in the room and all the necessities are provided. Kudos to the maids for actually doing their jobs!

This was the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. The safe was extremely helpful. We even extended our stay. The rooms have a full kitchen with stove dishwasher and icemaker. Just make sure you turn the ice on when you get there. We had to stop and buy a bag of ice because it didn't make enough before we ventured out the next morning. This will be the only place I stay when we come back.

The condition of the room was unacceptable. Each light switch was covered in grime, while the bathroom walls and door bore unsightly handprints and dirt. The bathtub contained remnants left by the previous occupant. When we attempted to report these issues to the front desk, the staff member on duty was unable to assist us due to being the sole employee present. The sheets emitted a musty odor, and the towels appeared dingy and unclean. Consequently, we were forced to buy cleaning supplies and bedding for our stay, with no refund offered.

desk staff very friendly and helpful. noticed trash in elevator and thrown in halls. also back stairs could use some attention. looked like had not been cleaned in awhile. will not hesitate to stay again if needing lodging in Enid.

Over all great. Bed comfy, out of my 4 pillows one was junk, so I was fine. Convenient, and comfortable!honestly I travel for work and I have to give kudos to the maids. One of the truly cleanest in a long time. They actually don’t have buildup around the base boards and under the head board. No food under the edges of the counters. The recliner does have a few spots and the stairways need some work, comparatively speaking I still rate it 10 stars for cleanliness. No rating on towels and bedding I travel with my own but didn’t appear to have the typical stains or hair I find when removing them, so again A+ on the clean.

The only chair, the one that is shown when reserving wad missing and no was willing to have ir replaced. The TV was not uset friendly. The microwave thumped. Beds were very comfortable, staff went above and beyond to help. Poor maintenance. Would not stay hete again ,but moved and room was very nice except TV didn't work.

The room was nice but the air conditioner didn’t work properly. Also, there were no instructions for the two TV remotes. We couldn’t get to the cable TV stations only the Roku if we wanted to stream.

I would definitely stay here again. The only bummer is they didn’t have any extra pillows for the hidabed guest. They gladly got another blanket to use. Hidabed mattress could stand to be replaced. Everything else was clean and relaxing

This property is super clean and the mini kitchen in each room is so nice! I do wish they offered housekeeping more than once a week and that you didn’t have to go down to the front desk to get new towels every time.

First a review of the positives! Rooms were clean, bathroom was spacious, we loved the recliner in the room and the full length mirror was a nice touch. Now the cons, it was located towards the end of the “Strip” where most of the restaurants were but the biggest con was how unfriendly the front desk night clerk (Elaine) was. We had an issue with our reservation when checking in and were shocked at her unwillingness to attempt to help us resolve the issue or contact someone who could help. She just kept saying, I don’t know how that works just call my manager on Monday vs trying to resolve it. Her lack of empathy was astonishing. So sad that interaction took what would have been a 5 star down to a 3 star. Staff matters.

My father-in-law was put into the hospital, and we had to make a quick trip to Enid. We have stayed at this hotel every time we have been to Enid. I always find the staff to be amazing and helpful. When I got home, I noticed I had been charged for an extra day that I did not book or request. I called the manager and was told that Hotels.com made a mistake and charged me for an extra day/ I contacted them, and they told me they never charge only the hotel does and that the manager should had known that. I called the hotel and asked for the manager again and after being disconnected 8 times I finally was able to talk to her. She told me yes a mistake had been made and she would get her GM to fix it. This never happened either. Because of management I will not be staying here anymore in my future trips to Enid. I will also not be staying at any other IHG Hotels if this is the kind of management they allow. Awesome staff and very friendly. Management not so much. I will never stay here again.

We were in town for a weekend competition & had several members of a team staying at the same place to keep the girls together. Upon arrival we were told 2 of the families did NOT have a room because the people staying there previously had decided to stay longer. We were told we could be put up in a cheaper hotel but not be reimbursed the amount that we’d already been charged MONTHS ago. After 2 hours of craziness one room was finally opened for us (they bumped someone else) and one family had to find another place to stay. This will be the last time we stay at any Candlewood suite.

I will forever after look for Candlewood Suites when I travel. This is my first time. The cost was extremely nice considering how nice the facility turned out. We were greeted by Kerry, who is such a sweet person. She provided everything we needed including extra towels, information and assistance with the television. There was never anything we asked for that Kerry didn't provide with a smile. The room was wonderful, full sized refrigerator, kitchenette with plates, pots and pans. Plenty of space for us and luggage. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless with plenty of water pressure and hot water.

It is very convenient for me. The staff was super friendly. I didn't like the noise. There was a construction crew staying there. They started their trucks early in the morning to warm up and was noisy.

My wife's father is in the hospital and we had to come to Enid. This place is amazing. The staff is so friendly they go out of their way to help. Very clean and comfortable I will stay here every time I come to Enid. The free coffee is also amazing.
