Not a single ice machine worked, very rude lady at check in.. room was hot as heck!! Vending machines didn’t work, Took money, no merchandise out!! Front desk couldn’t (or wouldn’t do any thing about it) overall.. We enjoyed our trip to Oklahoma, but next time we win stay at another hotel!

We booked this Ramada because of the hot tub and pool are indoors. We get there and both were shut down. The room 257 they put us in stunk badly of a stale odor. The knobs were missing off the storage drawers and the AC/Heater. The breakfast was limited to two people, even though we paid extra to have all four of us in a room.four of us in

The hotel is very run down and has several off putting musty smells. The bar is closed down and the breakfast are was filthy. We stayed here a few years ago and enjoyed the stay but this property has definitely went down hill.

This hotel was disgusting! The room only sort of had air conditioning. It ran but really didn't blow cold air.. The room smelled like it had a sewer leak coming from somewhere. We actually only lasted less than an hour in the room. They advertised a beautiful pool and that simply wasn't true. There is an outside pool that is still closed and covered even though it is very late July. There is an inside pool as well and the pictures looked amazing.....however the pool was actually green and cloudy. The pool was actually so murky you couldn't even see the bottom of the pool.

Clean and quiet. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Only issue was the room AC drew air from the indoor pool area. The room had a damp chlorine smell. Would stay again and ask for a room not along the pool area. Limited breakfast.

There was no hot water. There were broken vending machines and ice machines. The tv only had less than 10 accessible channels and the sensor for the remote was inaccessible. To get breakfast you had to get the voucher in the morning, not when you checked in. Someone was running a chain saw or similar device in the pool area at 2am. There was no coffee creamer or tea.

Breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and courteous. With that said, we were assigned a room on the 2nd floor but there was no elevator and the stairs were straight up. We asked for a room on the 1st floor. The lady reluctantly assigned one. I can’t understand how the staff can clean on the 2nd floor without an elevator. Can’t believe the Wyndham name is associated with this property.

The smell of the entire hotel was horrible. Air fresheners lined the hall to try to mask it. First room reeked of cigarettes'. Gave us new room that just stunk from being filthy. Room had cracks in the walls and the curtain was torn. Bed and furniture were ok. Had to repeatedly spray air fresh to combat stench. Hot tub was ok, but the pool had pieces of paint in the water from the sides losing their paint. Woke up 6am to find a bug in the bed crawling on me. Advised front desk at check out about the bug and horrible smell. She was not concerned. Couldn't wait to leave!

Absolutely DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL! It was filthy. Our room number was carved into the paint on the door, filthy floors, no light in the bathroom, dirty beds, ROACHES!!! We were in town for a baseball tournament and everything else was booked so we were stuck or I would have left immediately. The free breakfast is only for two people per room. We didn’t even try it. I can’t imagine who was cooking it or the cleanliness. I later read a review that the halls had a murderous vibe and YES they did. I was scared to walk to the pool by myself. Never again. Take my advice and DO NOT STAY HERE!

Our confirmed reservations & 3 others with our family group were cancelled a couple of weeks before. We were notified by email but one didn’t see it. Hotel tried to rebook at a higher rate. After discussion, original rate was applied. One room was rebooked at a higher rate. Desk kept saying no rooms were available but we could clearly see that wasn’t true. What a mess and very stressful. Be aware of potential cancellations for reservations. Even without that, we wouldn’t stay there again. Hallways dark, room smelled musty & smoky, linens were old & thread bare with bare minimum provided. Great location was the only good thing about this hotel.

There was a pretty big stain on the carpet right in front of the dresser. The oversized chair in the corner of the room had multiple stains. I killed 2 roaches before going to sleep and saw a third in the morning. All kinds of bugs and crumbs under the beds, behind the oversized chair and dresser. Someone's hair on the shower walls. My wedding is going to be held in the area later this year and I'll be sure to dissuade anyone who's coming from staying here.

The condition of this hotel was awful, the room smelled like cigarettes (we asked for non-smoking) and mold. The sheets on both beds were so grossly stained, that we didn't even bother to look at the bathroom before walking out to request a refund. The manager wasn't there at the time and the receptionist claimed she couldn't process a refund without him. So we left to find a new hotel and asked them to have the manager contact us the next day. The manager called and said they had refunded our stay to Expedia, unfortunately, this turned out to be a lie, they never did send the refund, and would not speak with an Expedia customer care agent after we called them to ask about it. So, I would stay away from this property, especially if you're traveling with children. It was completely subpar and frankly, I was amazed that Expedia would do business with an establishment of such a poor quality. The price was certainly cheap as far as hotels go, but I will most certainly stay away from Ramada's from now on. Also, I may not be pre-paying for my hotels in advance after this experience.

There were Multiple stains on the on the couch, on the curtains, and on the office chair. Cigarette burn marks in the bed covering. Random hairs everywhere. Rust Cover devices, from the toilet paper holder to the faucets. Other than all that it was okay. There was good Water pressure and temperature.water pressure and hot water.

Spend $50 more and go to Glo across from the library. Ramada should be ashamed to be associated with this place. Stained mattresses. No clean sheets available at request. Entire place smells like smoke. Hallways were filthy. The front desk staff acted like everything was fine when we complained about the state of the sheets. They said they had no spare clean sheets?!?!? I would assume they are not changed regularly. The outside doors were propped open with rocks. The hallway carpets were filthy. The air conditioner had funk growing in it based on the smell. I am reporting the proprietor to Ramada.

This hotel was filthy. One of the beds had disgusting stains on the side of the mattress. The room smelled like urine. Our room was in the back of the hotel and there was a paper sign on the door that said "Do not prop the door open with rocks" There were people coming and going in the middle of the night and we found the door propped open with rocks on several occasions. This seemed sketchy. We will not be staying there next time we go to Enid.

I stayed here by myself (single female) while on a road trip. The seams in the hallway carpet were gaping at least an inch and sometimes more. In my room, there was damage everywhere - the walls had holes that had been repaired poorly (the spackle had "sunk" into the holes); people had "picked" at the vinyl and padding from the arms of the armchair, leaving holes; the bathroom walls had paint/finish "sliding" down the walls from moisture, the TV would not turn on, and this weird thing, the trash cans were lined with Walmart bags. I did their new "online" check-in (had to take a picture of my ID and send it), it was a hassle, but when I got there, the girl at the desk had my room key ready and I didn't have to show anything else. But she was not friendly and basically handed me the key - nothing about breakfast, no "Have a nice evening," no other conversation. I remember the other reviews being more positive, but my experience was not. I felt afraid and a little creeped out. It just seemed like this facility did not care to keep the place up, and did not care if I would ever come back. Not going to.

Upon arrival, my room had been given too another person...that may have not made a difference. The room smelled awful. I retreived a plug-in air freshener from the hallway and put it in our room--little help. There was no remote for the TV and the furniture in the room had been scratched up. I think there was a weak attempt to update parts of the hotel. No fault of the hotel, but a patron had invited 2 other large families to the pool which made it very crowded. He was also vaping in the pool area...not cool. The housekeeping sraff seemed very friendly in passing. When i checked out, i asked for a receipt. I was given the wrong receipt...probably the person who got my original room. Nowhere listed on it, showed what i was charged. I did not feel safe there at all. Parked my car in the front of the building even though my room was on the back side of the hotel so it wouldn't get broken in to.

This property was absolutely filthy and rundown. We arrived around 1 in the morning and got all checked in. The first room we were assigned smelt incredibly awful. As soon as you walked in you were hit with the smell of wet dog and urine. We asked to change rooms and they moved us to a second one which smelt better but was equally as run down as the one before. The carpet in all the rooms was literally lumpy, the furniture felt old and gross, nothing seemed clean. We called Expedia and had them cancel our reservation for the remaining week stay we had booked and just decided to tough it out one night since it was already 2am at this point and our kids were exhausted. Around 2:30am just as the kids had fallen asleep someone from the property came and banged on our door which we ignored. They followed that up with a phone call to our room which woke both the kids up and the employee tried to convince us to change rooms again at 3am to give it another shot. I’ve genuinely never been in a more unkept property.

No free breakfast, was told $5/person. They at first didn’t see our second room booking. Desk clerk found it, someone else had been checked in to it. Given the second room on a different floor instead , key didn’t work, there was a do not disturb sign on the door - someone was already in that room. Toilet didn’t flush in one room, no hot water in other room the following morning. Called front desk, suggested the promised free breakfast should be honored especially given all of the errors, was told we could have 1 “ticket” for breakfast. We went elsewhere.

Check in went smooth, room was clean and bed was comfortable. The area I was in was quiet for the night. My only issue was the breakfast. I ended up walking out and going to a fast food place because I sat for 30 minutes waiting for my food. I wasn't the only one waiting. The waitresses were doing their best and explained they had a new cook, but I had someplace I needed to be.

False advertisement. We went to enjoy a nice breakfast when the clerk advised me it was close. That the cooks were not there and she did not know when they would arrive. Granted they call it a Restaurant. I don’t know what Restaurant opens whenever they want. Also the clerk seemed clueless of the whole situation she had no answer to none of my questions. So if you go in hopes to enjoy a breakfast might as well make plans to go somewhere else and pay extra.

It says free on the go breakfast hut thats very misleading. You only get 2 vouchers then its $5 per person but our Biggest issue was the Sunday.Breakfast paid for an extra voucher.Yes for them to say we owe over thirty dollars. No communicatuon vefore to explain this abd ehen confronting the manager of the restaurant he lied saying he heaed the waitress explain when she did not. If she would have we would have just went somewhwre cheaper and better food. The hotel itself was great besides the ice machine being out as well as most all vending machines. Was extremely disappointed.
