Indoor pool

Arrived to check in at front desk. Guy was just lost. Think he may have spent the earlier part of his day at the dispensary across the street. Took him over 20 minutes to check in the guy in front of me. He kept getting distracted. I had two separate reservation. One for my son and one for myself. He found the first one. Never found the second one. Arrived in room and turned AC on. after an hour it still wasn't cooling very well. Tried to close the broken privacy curtains and discovered the window was wide open. Closed it and locked one of the two locks that were operational. AC finally started to catch up. Disturbance outside room around 1:30 am. Tried to look through peep hole and it was so distorted. it was impossible to see what was going on. Carpet on stairs trashed so bad it's a trip hazard. Never Again!

Staff is great and friendly and beds are comfy hotel and pool are clean It is a pleasant experience🙂

Was very cozy!! Small yet luxurious in its own way love the pool and hot tub area very quaint! Except the hot tub was cold. Other than that i would Def stay there again!!

Our first room smelled like mold and dog pee, I think there are several long term residents with dogs there which is fine but they have a smell. We moved to a different room but it was upstairs and there aren’t elevators so it was a lot to haul everything up. The pool area has very slippery tile which didn’t feel safe for kids. The pool was also incredibly warm, it is indoors and the hot tub feeds into it but I’ve taken colder baths in my life so we didn’t stay too long.

Terrible property with excellent staff. The amenities and facilities are truly the worst I've ever had. The shampoo and soap provided were awful and left residue on my skin and hair to a pretty extreme degree. The tub drain was rusty and clogged so the water would not drain while showering. The sink did not have a drain stopper at all and you could see into the drain. The sink plumbing had a slow dripping leak onto the floor, so the bathroom floor was always wet. All of the metal in the bathroom had rust and markings on it which made me feel they weren't clean, so I was anxious to ever put my personal belongings on the towel racks or hooks. Felt really gross being in the bathroom at all. The room looked far uglier than pictured. The bed was extremely uncomfortable (to the point of waking up with extreme back pain one of the mornings) and the lighting was terrible. The room (and whole hotel) had a mildew-y old smell throughout the whole place. It felt kind of gross storing my stuff in the drawers in the room, but unfortunately, I needed to. The room had no extra pillows (so you can't use the pull out as a bed), blankets, or even any hangers to put clothes on. The amenities around the hotel itself aren't great. The pool looked really gross with cloudy water and the water was too hot. The towels at the pool area were TINY and very uncomfortable. My skin broke out pretty badly after the pool which makes me skin crawl to think that the water was gross enough to cause that.

We had a horrible stay the building smelled like weed and cigarettes the room looked like it hadnt been cleaned the sheets where dirty and the staff was not friendly it was very nosiey all our of the nignt and the fire department had to be called for the fire alarms going off which when we asked if we need to evacuate they replied no someone keeps pulling the fire alarms apparently it happens quite often staff said.. the outside doors had no locking on them so anyone could walk in the building the pool didnt look the cleanest worst hotel i have stayed at and mangaent staff looked to be doped out would not recommend for a family all around not a good place

Beds were comfortable. The stairway was dangerously falling apart. Sink and shower were nasty. Bathroom door was falling apart. Hardly any tv channels were available, so we had to watch tv on our phone screens. Ice machine had ice, but was old and nasty looking. Stairway was dilapidated. Lamps needed a heavy cleaning. The desk chair should have not even been in the room. At least the breakfast was all package, so we weren’t afraid to eat it, but the juice was warm, and no milk for the cereal! And to top it off, the king room we reserved more than a month ago was not available, even at the earliest check in time!

The night staff attendant at check in was very kind and helpful. The day staff were less than helpful. Breakfast items were not stocked. Not milk no napkins no toast etc. The entire hotel was a mess. It smelled like Pot. Our room the bathroom toilet almost fell over when my husband sat on it. Only to find it wasn’t screwed to floor at all. The smoke detector was covered with plastic wrap. The bathroom molding was stapled to the wall. The carpet was so torn up I tripped several times. I do believe the laundry towels and sheets were clean and fresh. The entire building looked like a dump. Our Jacuzzi tub which I did not expect in room at all was surprise. It was clean and new it was the best thing. The rest was just plain dirty old dirty awful trash and I would not recommend. Maybe they are planning a remodel soon. This was for my son wedding. Hotel was a huge let down.

The evening staff very helpful and kind. The young lady that checked me in was great, also the gentleman that does the night shift. So the first room had BED BUGS, so he moved us just try to make it work and the next room we moved to had ROACHES. He tried to help us as much as he could. We understood it was out of his control, so my husband and I had to go get a new hotel room at 3am. Very stressful.

Both beds in bedroom had stained white sheets and nothing was clean in room

Very dirty, smelly, and just overall gross. Bugs in the linens, floors are not vacuumed, the bathroom was not cleaned, the floor was sticky, dirty walls, dirty and damaged furniture. Had to move rooms 3 times because of cleanliness, and a broken air conditioner. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

We got to the room it was supposed to be a 1 king bed, it was a 2 queen, then later we found a roach in the room and it was disgusting. This hotel should not be stayed at.

The add said 42 “ there was a 32 “ may. The room is very outdated there was things on the floor and soap was half used

We traveled here from Dallas to visit my oldest son we've never stayed at a Wyndham Travelodge this is our first time and we were toward the back of the hotel we are not smokers I have a high sensitivity to any type of cigarette smoke as well as my husband and it just wreaked of cigarette smoke as you walked in not in the room but outside of the the room I get that people smoke and they have their vices but yeah I won't be coming back here I'll just stay with my son now that I know that he's got the extra room at his house the front desk people were great, check out was great the people there were very nice it's just the rooms are kind of run down. if you can just have it where it's NO smoking. And if people do need to smoke have them smoke down the street away from the hotel. THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME HERE STAYING AT TRAVELODGE AND THIS WOULD BE YOUR LAST TIME STAYING HERE

The entire place is in need of a restoration. It is dated and in poor shape. The staff were great. My first night was a Saturday. The parking lot outside of my room had a group of people parting. They played music very loud until midnight. They then continued to party. I was still awake at 1:15am. I drove 7 hours that day, I was exhausted. I tried turning on the tv and could not navigate it. The next day maintenance had to install a new box and finally I had tv. Frustrating, I wanted to drown out the music from outside. I will say the continental breakfast was one of the best I have encountered.

A very old and dated property but the rooms were good. The bed comfortable. The shower usable for a tall guy. Low priced rates meant lower level customers. Lot of grass smoking in the parking lot late at night.

They put me in smoking room when I had specifically requested non smoking room. They put me in double queen room but when I saw the charges they were for a King suite. The location is good. The room was clean. The staff was courteous. Breakfast was plentiful. Other than the room mixup my overal stay was comfortable.

I really don't have any problems with this property. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I used a third party website(Expedia) to book a room online and was able to complete the booking and payment for the two day stay. I received confirmation of my booking from Expedia, then received confirmation of my booking from the hotel,Travelodge by Wyndham Enid and was even offered to complete a pre-checkin online for more convenience once I arrived at the hotel which I completed, however once I arrived there I was told by the agent at the front desk that they were completely booked up and had no availability, I was also informed that I would have to call Expedia to recover the payment I had already made for the two day stay! So I then called Expedia and was told I would have to wait 7 to 10 days to get my money back once they contacted the hotel and got confirmation! Absolutely ridiculous! After 3 hours of talking on the phone with one agent after another my call was eventually handled by a supervisor who assured me that once she made contact with the hotel, which is what took so long because she couldn't get them to answer the phone, she would put my refund order in for the hotel to refund my payment that same day, so thank you to Expedia for their help, however I am extremely disappointed with Travelodge for this major inconvenience due to lack of communication with third party apps their company uses and unwillingness to provide any assistance to resolve the matter, very poor customer service!

Room wasn’t ready and I didn’t even check in till 7:30pm. Check in is at 3:00pm. Had to wait in the lobby for an hour. Not happy after working in the heat all day!

When I arrived at the property, the person that worked at the front desk was outside smoking weed we checked in that evening early that morning I was woken up by a roach crawling on my arm that afternoon around 330. I was walking from the ice machine and three gentlemen were in the hallway, beating up another gentleman. I had to try to contact the front desk. The phones in the rooms are not plugged up. There are no phone jacks in the wall let alone a phone line so the phone was just sitting on the desk for looks. I finally got a hold of the front desk. She did not call the police nor did she seem concerned. This was the worst experience of my life ever going to a hotel.

The location is easy to find. The rates are reasonable. The rooms are spacious and clean.

This was a good location for what we needed I just would have like not to have my childern in such a smoky place. I don't think I saw anyone smoking around the rooms but the halls smell of smoke very much. I will repeat it was in a good location near a lot of things to do and see.

The hotel was very clean and seemed newly renovated. It was very quiet and comfortable. The price was way lower than I expected. Would stay again!

Candace is a peach! Really liked her and her help. Did not like the breakfast because there was oatmeal but no bowls or hot water.

There was no breakfast

Stay was good. Breakfast is only microwaveable items. Halls REAKED of cigarette and just like old and musty. Our room wasn’t cleaned the BEST. Stay was about 4/10
