Room was clean, had a weird smell. You could see at one time the bathroom flooded as the bathroom door was swollen and coming apart at the bottom. Definitely needs updated. Coffee pot didn't work but front desk gave us a different one quickly and it worked. The entrance on the side has no secure entry. Doors were left unlocked all night so anyone could walk in without a key card.

The price was reasonable, pets were welcomed (for a fee), and we just needed a clean place sleep. It met our expectations.

This hotel is is equally as nice as the overpriced ones. Only drawback is it doesn’t have a pool. That’s ok, we just decided to go to the movies.

The parking lot can be paved a bit better. My car is quite low so the poor condition of the pavement can have a bad impact on the driving.

Parking lot has potholes but the stay for the price was great. How good the cleaning ladies did would be my highlight.

The staff was very friendly. Room was clean, the only thing I didn’t like was the back door to the hotel is left open 24 seven. That should have a door that you need your key to get into. That part I didn’t feel safe.

Everything worked. Everything was clean. The front door is open and the night clerk will be ready to check you in even when it’s after midnight. Just remember they shut down the cereal/toast/coffee room at 9:00 am. I suggest staying two nights together to get your money’s worth on the $25 for two successive nights covering two dogs pet policy.

Clean room

I’m not sure why this property is rated so highly. It was clean enough, and the check-in process was smooth, but the motel shows its age. Like many properties of this type, it has a musty smell and hasn’t been refreshed in some time. I didn’t have any problems during my stay, but I would rate it as simply Good or Very Good—not “Excellent.”

This was my second stay here in the past 3mo. I was in the same room as the first stay. This time the room had a very unpleasant musty odor. It was clean though. The breakfast is nothing more than dry cereal, toast, and donuts with milk, OJ and coffee. Otherwise, the staff is great and it's worth the price.

The room was very clean and breakfast was full filling. Plan to make reservations on my return trip. Hotel was a little outdated but service was outstanding.

This budget hotel hit all the marks I want when traveling. It was clean, quiet, well appointed and staffed by exceptional folks who went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. It doesn’t have frills, but it’s exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend and would stay again.

The bed was really hard. The toilet wasn’t clean all the way and didn’t even realize it till morning as we got in very late from a 12hour drive.

smell is not good in the room.

price was good. room had musty smell wished I had febreze with me. AC was loud. Continental breakfast consisted of donuts, cereal and fruit. I just needed a bed to sleep.

The bed is very comfortable and internet works good.

Trains kept us up all night long no sleep.

The hotel had huge spotlights shining on the front of the building and the room did not have blackout curtains! Also the pillows were hard as a rock. The hotel is next to railroad tracks and we heard several trains while attempting to sleep. Will never stay there again because of the location.

My sister and I traveled cross country, staying in multiple hotels. This hotel exceeded them all. Economical. A great shower. Clean. It was amazing. Our only quibble would be that the pillows were kinda hard, but that's about it! Highly recommend.

Lots for your money. Room and common areas were very clean. Room had larger fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, plenty of towels, TV, alarm clock and starts serving breakfast at 5 am. We were very pleased and would stay again.

Selected strictly on the basis of the lowest price at the exact midway spot on a LONG two-day drive, the reviews, and the low price. Room and bedding were wonderfully comfortable, and just happened to be right across the hall from the breakfast room. When we settled the bill the next morning, the actual charge was $9 lower than even the discount reservation made through Hotels.com! An early HOT breakfast availability (eggs, sausages, etc. ) starting at 5 AM was a big plus for our early start the next morning. I actually wished we had had more time to enjoy the place! A word to the wise, however: The side facing the highway (US 54/64) and RR tracks is susceptible to the noise of both trucks "engine-braking" for the 54/64 road split and trains whistling for the nearby crossing (we had only two of the latter that night, per my wife). I can easily sleep through such noise, but many can't, and they should ask for a room on the side away from the highway. Also, a massive animal processing facility is a little over a half-mile to the northeast on the highway; we didn't smell a thing during our stay, but if the wind were ever the wrong way on a stay (which wouldn't normally be the rule, meteorogically), it would ruin the experience of a stay here--or, for that matter, anywhere else in town that day.

Generous vanity space. Two chairs and a table. Clothes basket and full size rubbish containes. Dove brand toiletries. All this in addition to clean and comfortable.

King size room we stayed in had a nice couch recliner and fridge. Very comfortable

The afternoon i arrived the parking lit was covered in mud/dirt. However i do not fault the staff as they are amazing and tried to clean up the lot but with the rain and trucks it is a un-winable war with mother nature. The room was nice and well laid out. It had a microwave, a fullsize fridge/freezer and a good sized tv. Overall the stay was nice when a train wasnt going by (again i dont fault anyone for that). I would recommend this hotel if your gonna stay in guymon and you dont need overly extravagant accommodations.

Great nice quiet (except a bit of road and train noise) in a small town. Room was a little old school but everything worked great . Well except the missing lamp lightbulb and a strange volume issue on the DirectTV, but latter could be operator error. Overall a pleasant stay

Very friendly staff, very clean, comfortable bed, good towels and soap. Very affordable. Highly recommend. I am glad I stayed in this hotel.

The desk clerk (woman) was extremely rude. Informed me that I looked way older than my drivers license picture. Terrible attitude

Matthew at the front desk was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and could not have been a better check-in person! Room is everything you could want in a room, and has lots of electrical plugs. Excellent value for the money!

The hotel was nice enough. I got charged twice for the room and still haven’t gotten the site to resolve it 2 days later.

I’m giving four stars because the room was absolutely spotless, the perfect temperature, and check-in was fast and easy. BUT, I didn’t give five stars because the desk clerk was not at all talkative or informative. I tried to make small talk which he was not about. That’s ok… but when he handed me my room key without saying anything but “you’re in room #116”, and I asked if it was down the hall to the left, his reply was “I think so.” I had to ask about breakfast as well to which he just said “it’s 24 hours”, with no further explanation about that either. No mention of WiFi information, no check out time, nothing! Just “you’re in room #116”. Seemed rather lacking to me!

The room was nice and clean. From the time we checked in, the personnel were very polite and actually wanted to help anyway they could. If in the area again I will definitely stay here again.

Des and Kimberly, at the front desk, were very nice and very helpful! The rooms all have a refrigerator and microwave. Everything is very clean and quiet on the back side of the building where we were. The breakfast there are quite outstanding real legs sausage biscuits gravy everything Bagels, all kinds of wonderful things. The coffee was awesome too which is important of course. If I ever go anywhere near there I will certainly stay there again and it was quite a deal through hotels.com for a two-night stay!

The young gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. We stayed on the front side by road but was not disturbed by any traffic noise. Very quiet and peaceful. Lady working breakfast area was extremely nice and welcoming. Would stay again if back in town

We reserved two rooms through Hotels.com, received the booking confirmation, but when we got to the hotel, the employee at the front desk said simply that they were sold out, no rooms, that their reservation system had not worked. Our tough luck, dhe barely said sorry...

I booked online a couple hours ahead so I would have a room after a long day on the road. Upon my arrival, the clerk tried to check me into my room but the system said it was already occupied. After waiting for 20 minutes for her supervisor to get there, he asked if she had physically checked the room, which she hadn’t. He checked it and it wasn’t actually occupied. I book online for ease of checking in and this experience will never be repeated at this establishment because I will never book a room with them again

Perfectly fine stay for the price. Heavy road construction and traffic outside, so get a room on the back side.

Noisy, right by the highway but that can't be helped. The rest is all good!

Everything/one was great! There was noise from the train going by, even at night. There was lots of grass for the dogs. Breakfast was great.

We will stay again. Clean helpful staff. Construction was a bit annoying but not you fault.

Road construction made access confusing.

If you need a room in Guymon this is the place. Breakfast starts at 5:00 for early departure. Rooms clean and well maintained. Good internet and large Sony tv. Only negative is location on main road with truck traffic. Ask for room in back.

Staff works hard to keep the place clean. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Convenient to have a big convenience store next door.

A lot of road construction at the entrance to the property and since it was so dark outside, it was a challenge to find the entrance but I eventually found a way onto the propert. Since the room I booked was so inexpenive, I was pleasantly surprised to find it was very clean and modern! Dont let the cost fool you; it's a lovely place to stay. Plus, the breakfast included hot items; not your average fare!

The outside looks a little old and outdated. But inside was nice. I was pleasantly surprised with room. I was very disappointed in the breakfast though. It was a nice room so I was expecting something warm. But it was cold cereal, old bananas, and prepackaged honey buns.
