Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites Jenks by IHG

We chose this hotel because of the indoor pool, when we checked in they said the pool was closed temporarily, wish they would have noted that on web site, would have looked some where else, but everything else was nice.

Lack of communication of the amenities being available at check in was false said pool was open when I checked in only to go look at it be out of order and the staff giggle as I walked back into the lobby

Overall we had a very nice stay here. The staff was friendly and the hotel is conveniently located. I did see a few things that looked a little run down. Most of all I was disappointed with the pool. I took my son down to the pool and the water was freezing cold. I tried to wade around to get used to the water temperature but I just couldn't do it. In fact I didn't let my 5 year old swim at all, that's how cold the water was. So I had a very upset child because he had his hart set on swimming at the hotel. I'm not trying to run it down because there were many other things we liked. I did like the location, we felt very safe, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. Overall I would recommend this hotel as a good place to stay.

Found out when we arrived that the pool was out of order sure wish they would have we told us in advance we would have stayed elsewhere

The bed was amazing. Breakfast was not the best. We came down about 8am but thwre was nothing cooked. The hostess was late. This was our 2nd stay at thisnlocation and both times the pool was in operable.

Stayed to see the firework show, clean enough room, I would say the only complaint is there is only one elevator and it’s slow slow slow, def will stay there again

We were so excited to stay here with our little one because of the indoor pool. However, nowhere online does it say the pool is closed. Total disappointment since it is advertised all over their website and on expedia. If you are booking for the convenience of the pool…. call before you book.

Something you should know... Reserving a room is not a guarantee you'll actually get that room. It is completely up to the hotel itself if the room you reserved is available to you or not. Third party bookings they are not responsible for or do they guarantee. I booked a river view balcony king suit, upon check in was told it wasn't available and they didn't care about the reservation made here. Upon talking to the manager was given a river view room without balcony. That room upon opening the door was dirty, as in not been cleaned by housekeeping dirty, bed not changed, trash, towels. Back to the lobby and manager, no apology and switched to a parking lot view. That room was clean but the door handle fell off the door the next morning. Also the indoor pool isn't heated and was ice cold, and the sauna was locked without even a sign posted it was out of order. Won't be back to this hotel. You have far better options nearby at the same or better price.

The room smelled musty or mildew. The carpet had stains on it making the room feel like it wasn’t clean especially with the odor. The rest of the common areas seemed clean and ok but I won’t stay there again due to the condition of the room. It definitely wasn’t worth $140. A positive was the water pressure in the shower was amazing!

There was poop smeared on the nightstand… hair all over the place and smelled like dog

Bathroom wasn't cleaned well before our stay. A silverfish was running around before we caught it. Everything seemed to be our or broken durng breakfast.

This is an excellent choice of lodging. The facility was beautiful, clean, and in excellent condition. The staff was professional, courteous, and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable...and the breakfast was fabulous! This is THE GO-TO PLACE in the Tulsa area. We will undoubtedly stay there in the future!

There were a bunch of ants in the room. We didn’t get there until late at night and really didn’t notice until the next morning. We told the front desk when we left, we didnt ask for any kind of compensation but none was offered, not even an apology.

Room was clean and staff were friendly & helpful. Dining area for guests is sufficient.

Gross hotel. Dirty

The room was clean but the public areas were not. Great location, Jenks is a quiet area with some great areas for running and great dining options. The hotel was pointed more towards work crews than vacationers.

The overall cleanliness of the room was poor. There were hairs on the bed sheets and stains on the couch. The bath tub had cracks in it along with the ceiling in the bathroom.

Noticed our room was covered in ants,window sill,on the bed,floor,wall above beds.Reported it soon as we got in room.Tried to deal with it but that room was covered so had to be moved.Due to fear this new room might have them too was scared to go to bed.

Good hotel for price. Great location, regular hotel breakfast, comfy bed and quick check in. Only negatives was bed squeaky, thin walls could hear next door tv, and our steps sounded loud. Also noticed trimmed facial hair on the bathroom counter.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. We had reserved a room with two queen beds and ended up with a king bed and a sofa sleeper. We made it work, but the sofa sleeper was so uncomfortable, my one daughter slept on the floor instead. The breakfast had a good selection.

I don’t think I had control of the AC. It was never cold enough to sleep under the duvet but too cold for just the sheet. None of buttons on the control panel would light up. I couldn’t even shut the fan off.

The beds were advertised as queen, the were more like a bigger version of a full , mattress appeared to be old as they were very soft and not hard . Now with that said it’s a very nice place , check in was smooth , nice staff , and considering it was a holiday weekend and a lot of people there they did manage to make sure there breakfast did not run out of items . Overall a good stay except for the mattresses .

The beds are way too hard. You had to practically slam the door to get it latch

It was a nice stay, however, during the reservation we were supposed to have a river view. Instead it was the view of the parking lot on the opposite side of the hotel.

Nice area. The lady at the front desk was super nice! Hot cocoa complete with marshmallows complimentary was nice! Room spacious & beds comfy!!

Difficult to sleep at night since there are NO curtains and all the outside lights come straight into your bedroom. Neighbors were a little loud but good place for a quick break.

I requested 4 days in a row for TV to be fixed. The service folks paid me lip service; was never resolved.

Very clean and comfortable. Felt safe, nice updated features, clean, friendly and helpful staff. I would stay here again and I felt like it was reasonably priced for the value.

We booked a river view room and were given keys to a parking lot view room. We dropped our belongings in the room and left the hotel to eat. Upon our return our keys would not work. We went to the front desk to find out why and were rudely told by staff that they shut down the key due to non payment and no credit card on file. I was told when I checked in at 1:30am I did not pay. I explained that i didn't check in at 1:30am, I checked in around 5pm and I most certainly did pay as well as put a credit card on file. The staff realized that they mistook me for someone else and had given me keys to the wrong room. So my belongings were in someone else's room who had skipped out on their bill while we were away to dinner. This caused me concern as to whether my belongings were safe. Luckily the people who skipped out on their bill hadn't returned and did not steal any of our belongings but I was very uncomfortable with the situation. We were given keys to our actual room, the river view room that I paid for, and staff assisted us in moving our things to the correct room. My family went to the pool to enjoy a swim. The doors to the outdoor patio were locked and it was unbearably hot in the pool area with no access to the outdoor patio. There was nowhere to sit and multiple chairs were broken or in disrepair. The bed in our room was comfortable, but the sofa bed was unsuitable even for a child. You could feel every spring poking you.

The front desk is amazing. I wish I remembered his name..Kevin maybe? They did not have the booking from hotels.com yet when I arrived. He helped me get into the room while it came in. He got be a better rate too. I found that sometimes calling the hotel may be cheaper than the third parties even with the rewards you earn. The room was clean and everything was great. Excellent are right by the outlet mall where I did way more damage than I expected and the aquarium. We went all over Tulsa from the Black Wall St Museum to the Zoo and also visited the Philbrook Museum. Nothing felt like it was a hassle to get to and from the hotel. Super safe area by the Riverfront. My go to if I come back to Tulsa.

Our rooms toilet never flushed from the moment we got there. We asked the front desk to look at it and they brought a plunger. When that didnt work they said "sorry" and gave us the plunger then left. Of course, my son got the flu and we had to run to the lobby bathroom so he could throw up. Awful!!!

We come every year for an ax throwing competition and my friends have a service dog that your staff repeatedly harassed and made the handler uncomfortable. None of us felt safe coming down to the lobby of the service dog was with us.

Check in was great!! Michelle provided excellent service and was very helpful. She was wonderful.

Friendly staff and lots of coffee shops and small restaurants within walking distance. Clean facility overlooking the river. "Free" breakfast good.

Appeared to be a fairly new facility in good condition. The bed was firmer than we like. There was no electrical outlet near the sink in the bathroom. The breakfast was good and plenty of variety. The location was very convenient and had a great restaurant next door. Would probably stay there again.

Everyone was very nice and friendly and helpful. Walked to the aquarium.

The hotel is in a great location if you are coming to Tulsa to ride on the paved bike paths. You can ride along the river and not be competing with car traffic. In many places the bike path is separate from walkers and runners. The hotel is within walking distance from restaurants and the aquarium. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

The hotel is quiet, located conveniently close to restaurants and entertainment, right next door to the aquarium! Breakfast offers a variety of foods, all very good! The room was clean and fresh! Our 5th stay!! we love them

Property is clean and perfectly situated for walking to restaurants and pubs. A quick Uber ride gets to Tulsa most anywhere in 15 minutes.

Great location within walking distance to the aquarium.

The water pressure was so strong! Well in my room there just wasn’t enough lighting in the room! the breakfast was just alright but the juice tasted like chemicals. Like not as good as my previous stay. Great location! Really nice facility! Hand held Weights in the workout room is a for me along with three machine!

The breakfast and the breakfast staff is great. The hotel is next to the Oklahoma Aquarium and minutes away from the Premium Outlets. We will definitely book here again.

The pool is cold, the breakfast is lacking (greasy pork sausage, tuff turkey sausage, but the omelet and potatoes are good), in the bathroom the shower head is very low and the water diverter is difficult to operate. How ever the bed is nice and soft. You can hear people outside talking and other rooms televisions on. Plus kids running on the floor above.

The dining area where people get food is congested and really needs an entrance and exit. As it is, there’s only one. People get crowded in and have to use the same doorway to enter and exit. The bed was awesome!
