One elevator was broken down, so all guests on upper floors were forced to use the only other elevator, which happened to be next door to our room. Noisy all night, on top of the mechanical room grinding noise. Walls were so thin, we heard everything. Bummer....

Nice place to stay on a passing through trip. Starbucks and Olive Garden are right across the road, within walking distance. Pool, gym and patio area were very nice! Good variety for breakfast and clean room!

The hotel is newer and was nice and clean. The room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hot tub was out of order and the pool was a little dirty and cold- usually ok with the hot tub to warm you up, but with it out of order the pool room and water were too cold to enjoy. Otherwise, a very nice stay!

I am tired of hotels who do not have the service they advertise, especially when it comes to having computer access. Both computers in their business room were down. this happens far too often to me. they acted like there was nothing they could do, which made me think they have been down for some time. Also, the hot tub was hot, but the jets would not work. Great!

Loved the pool,hot tub,sauna and free breakfast. Facilities maintained and clean.. best part ;pool business facilities are open ,,a ipen til midnight!

The room smelled like urine, the toilet had caked on urine around the toilet seat. When I asked for a new room they said they had none. I asked if someone could come clean the bathroom they said no but I could come get Clorox wipes and clean it myself. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it.

Not really the standards of a Hampton. I chose specifically for the expectations of Hampton. The beds were terrible. The hotel was older and needs a really good cleaning in the rooms so don't look around to hard. I think what did it for us was the roach that was in the bathroom. All the staff we encountered were very nice so the service was excellent. Because of the roach we decided not to eat the breakfast so we had to go somewhere else. I personally would not return.

First off I got the wrong room. I was supposed to get a bathtub. I am crippled and need it… when we did get a room with a bathtub, I think it had poop in the bathtub and just nasty. I would not consider going to the restroom sitting down. I always stay at Hilton inns and always great. I’ll never stay or recommend Hampton inn ever… It was just a terrible experience, and I never got to take a shower after a long, hot day.

The carpets in the hallways are nasty and coming up. The floor in the shower in our room was falling apart and very rough with chunks missing out of it. The only plus to this stay was the staff they were very friendly and happy.

The property was quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was also good with a variety of breakfast foods. The areas I did not like about the hotel was that there were muddy shoe prints near the elevator and in the elevator during our stay. Housekeeping was mopping the floor by check-in of the lobby in the morning and housekeeping was out and about cleaning rooms daily. Also the carpets of the hallways seemed soiled. The room had issues as well. The heat and air unit was very loud each time it came on. Guests can control the unit by raising the temperature or decreasing the temperature but with the humidity, the unit was on most of the time. The bathroom area did not have any conditioner or lotion in the prefilled bottles upon arrival. I called the front desk and the staff promptly brought everything to the room. The empty bottles were not picked up from the room. Otherwise the room was clean and the halls were quiet.

The hotel was nice, but the mattress on the bed was extremely hard. I woke up both days feeling as if I had slept on the floor. We were there for a women's conference, and other ladies mentioned having the same issue. Aside from that, everything was amazing.

I booked this hotel, based on the excellent reviews. The room was good, but the walls were paper thin. Having a baseball team in the rooms around and above me didn't help. They were noisy the entire time. Hotel wifi also was out, which meant I couldn't complete several work projects while traveling.

The hotel was nice and breakfast was good and so was the coffee. The beds were not comfortable. They were hard and unforgiving and the pillows did not hold up. It felt like I slept on a thin piece of foam on a sheet of plywood and the pillow felt an inch thick. Could use an upgrade on that part. But was pleased with everything else.

Receptionist was totally unpleasant and unwilling to accommodate our desire to be on the first floor instead of the 2nd floor because "we placed the reservation with a 3rd party". The hotel was not nearly full. She kept saying "I can't change the room because it was made through a third party." I contacted Hotels.com through chat and you called her and cancelled the reservation. Therefore we drove on for 4 more hours until we arrived home. I can't understand why they would be so obdurate!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave excellent recommendations for locsal dining and where to buy distilled water for my CPap machine which requires it to sleep. One recommendation would be to supply in the Hotel small bottle's of distilled water for guests who need it for medical devices like my CPap machine.

Mia at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, very approachable personality. I appreciated the various decorations and the ghostface bag and all the various accoutrements. I hope she get a supervisor position. Not a lot of dining options, but the stay itself was great!

The fire alarm went off at 4:30am and I had to get all 4 of my kids up, dressed, and out of the hotel. Fortunately it was decent outside as the rain had stopped. Several fire trucks showed up and we were eventually waved back in with a "False alarm!" from one of the firefighters. I understand it could have been anything and it isn't necessarily the hotel's fault, but I also haven't received any communication from Hampton with any sort of explanation or apology for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately there was a glitch checking in - we were given a room with active keys that was already occupied- very awkward. I felt bad that we walked in an occupied room - clerk was confused, said system should not have allowed her to give us that room. It was awkward situation.

Great location. Dining options some within walking distance. Convenience store/ gas station close by. Quiet area and it was only a couple of miles from our destination (Muskogee Castle). Breakfast was delicious and area was kept clean. Enjoyed our stay.

Worst breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. Not much selection, ran out of omelets, had to wait for more to come out and when they did they weren’t done - cold in the middle, ran out of orange juice in the dispenser so just sat a jug of OJ on the counter, ran out of instant oatmeal.

The TV said Welcome when we entered the room and I did feel welcomed! The front desk staff was very sweet and explained amenities. The breakfast was free and they had a variety of items to choose from. The place was very clean.

We stayed here while driving to Texas for Thanksgiving, and overall, it was a solid place to stay! The service was excellent--and particularly, the 2 women working the breakfast room were so kind and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our only concern was the breakfast. There was a wide variety, and it looked delicious...we loaded up our plates. But as we sat down, the eggs and sausage had an unpleasant smell that changed our appetites. We're not sure if it was the grease used, or what. Everyone seemed to be eating and satisfied, so maybe it was just us! We wound up just eating muffins, and grabbed something else on the road out of town. We were not upset--this was a great stay. Maybe just something for the staff to look into?

Our room was large and comfortable one of the nicest we have stayed in on this trip. The breakfast was fine, although there were not as many choices as some other places on the trip. This was a good choice for an overnight stop.
