Room 128. Front window to room was broken out. Repaired with duct tape. Insect in the bathroom and tub. Carpet stained and dirty. Towels were stained and dirty looking. Smoke alarm kept beeping all night. But the worse was bedbugs. Received 32 bites and whelps from sleeping in the bed. Wanted cash deposit )$50) and would not show me the room before check in. She said it was against policy. Nobody in the office at 4:30 when I went to check out to get the deposit back. Second worse hotel stay I’ve experienced in my life. The worse stay was at OYO at Sheridan and Airport. Both were really bad. They are getto hotels and need to be demolished and rebuilt . Feel Like my money and health were wasted . Please don’t stay at these .

We ended up staying with some friends. We did not feel safe here. We pull up and there is police tape up in front of the office. There was an enclosed porch with a German Shephard and lawn stuff strung about. Limited shower and hand towels, no washclothes, 1 small trashcan. When we went back the next morning to get our stuff, the people staying next to us complained of a water leak starting at 3 a.m. with no help. The guest was talking to maintenance when we arrived, and we overheard the maintenance state that he guesses they "should call a plumber since its been an issue for the past 3 days". Just wow. I do not recommend this place at all. Avoid!!!!

Was a terrible hotel!! Immediately checked out. Room was filthy and window was broken and duct taped up. Refrigerator freezer was a solid block of ice. Two lights didn't work and no remote to tv. Tried to get our room reservation back but was told we had to get it through Expedia. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The door to my room was standing open when I arrived. This is likely due to the door being damaged; I had trouble both opening and closing it during my stay. Half of the light fixtures in the room didn’t work. The room, a no -smoking room smelled of smoke and mildew. The AC unit had now control panel, so it was on full and cold, and the bed had no blanket. I tried calling the office to get the WiFi password and some man yelled at me. My bathroom ceiling was half fallen down, and the toilet was terribly stained. Finally, it rained overnight, and in the morning the carpet by the doorway was soaked.

I got my first room and when I pulled back the blanket, the sheets were staying with blood is stunk in the room. The bathroom didn’t even have a bathroom door. It was disgusting so I went downstairs asked for another room charged me $10. Moore got in there one of the pelicans had look like Old blood on it. Another pillowcase had a dead, tiny brown bug and when I pulled back the sheets and the comforter, the comforter was stain like it had pop spilt on it and the blanket had yellow stains. It was disgusting. I didn’t even get my money back and that’s terrible when you are getting a room and it’s that disgusting they should give The person their money back anybody reading this review do not I don’t care how cheap it is to rent there to stay the night do not do not do it. Something this disgusting they should give you your money back again stay away from this hotel. The pictures are nothing but huge huge lies.

Upon arrival, we were told that they needed a $50 CASH deposit. No, they won’t take a credit or debit card. Cash only. Oh and they won’t refund it until they inspect the room, during which time they lock you out of the office in the cold. The place is absolute garbage. Roaches and mouse poop all over the room. Oh and “no refunds for any reason,” meaning that I’d already paid so there was no way to get money back. One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed.

I took a $101 loss on this stay. I wasn’t in this hotel 10 minutes before I started noticing bed bug bites then I had a roach chase me out of the bathroom. I didn’t even bother calling to get a refund I just grabbed my gear and hightailed it out of there. Hotels.com should be ashamed to have this on a list of properties they endorse.

Probably the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. First the door was messed up so we wouldn’t have a key, you could have given us a different room. Second I paid for a king room with a jetted tub. The tub was not jetted and there wasn’t even a bath stopper to take a bath. There was a used bar of soap in the shower, there was pubic hair in the shower. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom were nasty and falling out. We had 2 adults, literally gave us 1 towel. Then to top it all off, there were guys screaming and yelling at each other all night long, a car setting in the parking lot BLARING music. People next to us slamming doors all night. Literally felt so unsafe and scared to go to sleep. I had to be at the hospital by 6 am this morning for surgery, did not get any sleep last night. You would think the property manager would enforced some rules. That was ridiculous.. I will be marking this hotel off my list of places to stay..

The heat didnt work in my room so I had a hard time trying to sleep. At 4:10am the smoke detector started beeping and woke me. I went downstairs to tell the counter receptionist. He informed me that the battery was going dead. He instrmento go back to my room and disconnect it. When I went back to the room and disconnected the smoke detector roaches came pouring out of it and the wall. Gross. I immediately grasped my things and left. When I informed the receptionist of the discovery he was passive, almost upset that I brought it up. I also alerted him of the broken heater in the room. He said he would inform the boss in the morning.

We arrived late at night which may have affected our experience. We were asked to provide a cash deposit and confirmed that we wanted nonsmoking, which we had already paid for. Then we were given our hotel room key. Upon arrival, the door to the hotel room (which you enter from outside the building) was already left open, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and there was minor damage throughout the hotel room such as a dented lampshade. It felt unsafe. We showed the concierge the damages in our room and he confirmed that it was fine for us to sleep there. We ended up deciding on going to a different hotel, since we knew we wouldn't be able to sleep well in that room. Although we got our deposit back we did not receive any refund or attempt to give us a better room.

I have never left a review before but this hotel deserves it first of all staff was rude. I arrived at 1:30am after driving a long distance and when doing the check in the hotel didn’t want to accept my debit card so they could charge my deposit, they said they decided to change the policy to cash only but it doesn’t say it anywhere on the booking, they will not work with me and I had to find an ATM around the area because they don’t have one either. The place looks nothing like the pictures, dirty and everything was fallen apart. Furniture and doors all beat up.

I had a booking through Expedia and the guy at the front desk (owner) kept telling me he had no book for a Dave M——. I showed him my confirmation # “no no booking under that name”. So he says he has a room for $20 more. I persisted about my reservation. Finally he asks me to spell my name and because my license says “David” rather than “Dave” he wasn’t going to accept that name difference from Expedia to my drivers license. The owner is a total assh*le don’t stay here unless you feel like strangling someone. No shower curtain, cigarette burns all over and we found blood under out sheet that was under the one we slept on. Drug infested crap hole is all this hotel is.

Probably the only place you will find worse that this hotel is a jail. I can't tell you about the rooms because they never let me use mine. They demanded a CASH deposit to give me the key. I never carry cash, I haven't for more than 30 years, so I could not get my room. I asked for a refund, and they said I had to get it from Expedia. I tried, but they lied to Expedia and said I did use my room. How low does anyone need to go in order to lie and cheat for $50?. Anyway, that probably saved me from a place that may have anything from bedbugs to roaches and rats. Again, I never got to see the room, but the hotel looks nasty, and the area is horrible.

My stay was poor. I paid for my room with my mothers debit card. After they had booked me in, i was then told to have a $50 CASH ONLY refundable deposit. I was in a car accident where i was t-boned and i received an annular tear in my spinal cord and my car got tottaled out and so right now i have to depend on my parents or friends for transportation. My transportation who had the money had already left to go home. So i had to call my mother back to waste gas to come back up here to give me $50 in cash only. After jumping thru many many hoops, i finally arrive back at the hotel for them to tell me the internet is down and that was it. Didbt even provide me with some sort of info to let me know that the internet will be back on soon i woukd estimate possibly 30 minutes minimum and that they would get me checked in as soon as possible and that they were sorry for the inconvenience. Never told any of that. So i waited about 35 minutes before i could be checked in to get my room key. My bf and i get to the room and there is all kinds of trash, cigarette butts, coin money scattered under the bed. The towels looked soooo dirty that i assume they were clean, but stained with dirt, etc. They new towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. The bathroom door had been kicked in or punched in with a visable hole that would not close all the way. There were live roaches and dead roaches on thecwalls and on the floor underneath the beds. I ended up canceling this stay, the front lobby was awful so run down there want even a handle for the door. The owner had a sign saying you would be charged $50-$250 cash deposit they would be returned after your room was inspected at checkout. I did not have cash, there was no atm and we had to be at the airport at 4am, seriously doubt they would want to inspect my room at 3:30am. I would never suggest this place to anybody. First of all, there is a $50 cash deposit required at check in on top of using a CC to pay. This deposit was not disclosed at booking and they did not have a working ATM in their lobby which left me having to get back in my car and go down the road to the nearest ATM & pay a convenience fee on top of that. The room was absolutely filthy, bed and pillows were severely uncomfortable, AC made a horrible clicking sound all night and the bathroom tub and door was in complete disrepair. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

The condition of this place put me off immediately. The AC in the room was off so it took hours to cool off to a comfortable temp. There was stains on every single item in this room. The towels, the sheets, the pillows, and the carpet. This place is in a shady area, I felt unsafe as a solo female traveler and there was people partying & screaming until 5AM keeping me up. Do not waste your money on this place

The location was perfect (why we chose this one). The bed was broken and had a sharp metal slat sticking out that was covered by the bed skirt that I tore my leg open on. There were only sheets on the beds. No blankets, no bedspread or comforter. Luckily I had emergency blankets in the car. FILTHY WORN OUT CARPET felt horrible on our feet so we kept our shoes on. When I told the front desk there were no blankets he claimed he didn't understand English. However, he understood it perfectly when he wanted a deposit on the room. If I were Travelocity I would remove this place from your list. I would not want to be associated with this establishment. IT WAS HORRIBLE!!!

I am rating this hotel for what it is…an inexpensive hotel! I see these terrible ratings and most of the things I have read go for most mid to low-end hotels. It is not in the best area..so stay in after dark. If any crazy stuff happens, call the pd. If you would like me to recommend a couple really great hotels, I would be happy to. You will just need about 250 more dollars. $200 for the hotel and my $50 tip. Lol. Bottom line… if you want a decent place to rest your head for the night.. you found it! If you want a place to stay where you find everything wrong that you can… this is not your place. Oh… and be nice to the staff. They reciprocate how they are treated! Think about that! People act towards you how they see you act towards them! So be nice!!

I like they have security cameras and someone is always walking the property. I get off work at 5:00 am front desk makes sure i get to my room safe. I like it's it's a store in walking distance and the hotel is close to my job.

We arrived at 3 o’clock for check in and were told that the room will not be ready until 3:30. We left and grab some coffee at a local store, came back at 3:30 and was asked to wait another 20 minutes because the room was not ready. Once the room was ready, we were asked to pay a $50 cash deposit, which was not listed on the Expedia site. They were homeless people and drug addicts walking around all over the place. This property has two signs in their lobby. One stating that they have free breakfast starting at 6 o’clock in the morning and another saying that they have 24 hour coffee. Neither of which are true! At 6:30 I entered the lobby the following morning inquired about breakfast, to which I was told they have not served a breakfast since pre-Covid and they do not offer coffee, there are no coffee pots in the rooms. The people in the room next to us were smoking marijuana and it was coming through the vents into our room . The pillows are extremely thin and they only provide you with two. There are no blankets on the bed only sheets, also there is no door from the room into the bathroom and there was a roach in the bathtub.
