Terrible smell, smelled like they dumped 50 gallons of cologne in reception, clearly trying to mask something. The carpet in room looked disgusting, wouldn’t walk around barefoot, the standing lamps were just decorative because they couldn’t plug them in anywhere.. the TV didn’t work and when we requested it to be fixed on both nights I was there they never sent anyone, every towel I used had a stain or more in it. We were also right next door to a club/bar and until 1-2am I heard nothing but bass from the music next door. The AC unit was missing the knob so I couldn’t adjust the temp in the room. And the room had a weird moldy smell to it, would avoid at all costs

The bathroom was dirty and the place was run down. Almost attached to the hotel was a marijuana dispensary. Did not feel very safe staying there. The AC was not working in the hallway so they left the sliding glass door open to the exterior patio the entire night. Overall not a good choice.

The site needs to state that there us a dispensary and bar as part if the property. He said there not gonnected, but second floor rooms were above the bar and dispensary. Did not ferl safe.

The hotel is very dirty. There is a dispensary attached to the same building so the whole place smells like weed. The people walking in and around the property were very sketchy and we literally walked out. Room was not refundable so BEWARE and don't judge by the pictures. It is very misleading.

Pictures on the website look nothing like the actual hotel. It is connected to a bar and a dispensary. My family couldn’t use the side entrance because they were bums passing a bottle of vodka around at the door, which was wide open for anyone to enter. The tv in the room was so small and the it was literally about to go out. I will never stay here again.

The property was nothing like its photos, cigarette burns on tub, toilet, bedding, furniture. Furniture was falling apart, tv did not work, remote was held together with electrical tape. On the go breakfast bar was dirty and nothing but coffee. We saw dog pee on 3 different walls, even after pointing it out, it was not cleaned up. Small frig was rusted, microwave was nasty with horrible odor. Smoke detector was broken and hanging off wall. Air vents were filthy debris in them. Paint was peeling from walls and ceilings. This property is falsely advertised both in photos and descriptions. I was highly upset and physically sick from its conditions and smells. They refused to refund our money so we could seek other accommodations.

It was the worst place I’ve ever seen. We checked out immediately. I tried to get a refund they refused. I’m not one for fancy I just need clean and good decent bed. There were bugs on the ceiling, deadbolts on the bathroom door, cigarette burns on the sheets, stains on all bedding and mattresses and floors, the plug ins have never not once even been wiped down. We had bites from our 15 minutes in there. Just don’t do it.

STAYED 20 MINUTES AND CHECKED OUT AND ASKED FOR A REFUND! We knew this was budget motel when we arrived and were fine with that. Upon arriving they charged us another $50 to be refunded when we checked out. Didn’t happen. NO WATER, NO TOILET PAPER/Tissue/Napkin, TV had ONE channel, DIRTY sheets that looked to have some sort of bugs on them and not changed since prior customer. How could they be clean no water in the WHOLE HOTEL. Reserved a Queen bed got a double and tried to tell us it was a Queen when we questioned them. STILL NO REFUND GIVEN FOR THE 20 minute stay or the $50 FEE CHARGED. Days Inn Tulsa OK Southern Hills/ORU Run the other way fast!! AWFUL

This place was the dirtiest, filthiest, most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been in. The pictures are false advertisement. The bedspread had cigarette burns in it. The ceiling looked like it had mold all over it. The bathtub still had hair in it. It was so disgusting. The so-called white towels were stained and I just couldn’t stay for my whole booking. Days Inn corporation should be ashamed to have their name on this building.

Waited 2 hour for check in, their system was down. Elevator was dirty, floors and tables dirty, plug-ins were dirty, headboards dirty, and found bed bugs on the pillows! All of it was horrible!

No wifi available in my room, I had to go to the lobby everytime i wanted to get on the internet. The TV only had cable because there was no internet in my room. There was no security chain for the door. I booked a non- smoking room that reeked of cigarette smoke. The tub faucet dripped constantly. The frig looked like it had rust on the door. If I hadn't been stuck because of using my card, I would have gone someplace else. The reservations said there was a breakfast bar that in honesty wad only a coffee pot.

Everyone's view of "bad" can be so different, but in this case, everyone was spot on. I honestly am not sure how some people liked the stay here. The smell really was terrible (I don't know about getting sick over it, but some people are more sensitive than others). We had a crack the width of our bathtub that was covered with an anti-slip mat, but you had to avoid that area as it felt as though it was going to cave in. We had reserved a room with 2 queen beds however they were double mattresses on top of a queen base. The place was very old and I don't think any amount of cleaning could make it better. We had another family with us that said they found a used joint in their room. To not be all bad, the front desk guy was nice and the water pressure in the shower was good. Oh, but the walls really are paper thin and I could hear a group of folks come in after a fun night out. Oh, and the "light" breakfast was non existent. Well, I did see some coffee set out in the lobby, but even if there was breakfast available I would have chosen to skip it due to the condition of everything else I saw. Honestly, take the advice of the majority of reviews and skip this place.

I chose the cheapest hotel I could find for 1 night because some work was being done in my apartment unexpectedly. I got exactly what I paid for. The place was clean, just extremely old. I had to walk through the smoking section to get to my room in the non-smoking section and that was VERY disappointing. And of course the smoke does not STAY in the non-smoking areas, it travels. The TV remote did not work. May have needed batteries. So I attempted to watch a movie on my laptop but the internet signal was not strong enough to stream. There were no hangers in the closet. The blanket and comforter had several cigarette burns in the non-smoking room. Overall I was very disappointed but again, I went the cheap route and got exactly what I paid for.

Well the whole reason i booked this particular hotel was because it said they offered hot breakfast, I arrived to the hotel and asked the lady at the front desk what time breakfast was and she told me that they dont serve breakfast and haven't for years now. I found this rather irritating to say the least. Then when my friend and i entered our hotel room it literally felt like a sauna in the room it was so hot. Even after turning on the air-conditioner the room was still miserably hot. My friend then went back to the front desk and asked for a room change. She did change our room with no hassle. The room itself was beyond outdated. This hotel definitely needs a major renovation!!! Very disappointed to say the least.

Room was big and clean. Had to call the front desk to get a remote for the TV. Had to program remote to get TV to turn on. Would only turn off and on. Channels wouldn’t come up and nothing else worked on it. Just turned it off and gave up. Most of the lights in the room didn’t work. A floor lamp had been added and the bathrooms original lights didn’t work but you could see another set of lights had been wired in. No coffee maker in room but did have a microwave oven, fridge, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The room was quiet and desk staff were friendly.

Rundown property, TV didn’t work, nor did lights over the bed. Tiniest room I’ve ever seen! Very antiquated property. Formica strip missing from edge of table—that kind of detail reveals a management/chain that doesn’t care. Will definitely never stay there again.

It was centrally located for the events I attended. he staff overall, was very helpful and courteous. What I didn't like was the night manager, Saturday night. I need the key recharged. I night manager accused me of throwing my ID at him and said "I am not your servant." multiple times. He refused to re-key the card until I handed my ID to him instead of dropping it on the counter. He needs an attitude adjustment!

First off we went to check in and computer down. Asked to come back after conference at 10:30 to check in Had to wait over an hour . Get to our room and card won’t work back to front desk .forgot to scan our card to room Walk into room Floor not vacuumed, bedcovers dirty Okay , it late so go into take a shower, shower curtain had black mold all over it , bathtub still had someone long hair on bottom of tub. Okay - well skip shower and just go to bed right. Nope, pulled back bedspread and black men’s beard hair on sheets along with nasty scabs on sheets. Called front deck and asked for clean sheets . At this point it is 11:30 pm Had unzipped suitcase to get out clothes and what is crawling on wall behind my suitcase- roaches. So , need less to say we left. Did not get a refund and front deck did come down to room and said cleaning must have accidentally skipped cleaning room

Days Inn Southern Tulsa is the worst hotel I've stayed in ever! *Keys to room didn't work. I had to return on 3 different occasions to have them reprogrammed. *Non-smoking area of Hotel had obviously been full of smokers. There was also a 'masquerading' smell of 'air freshener' which was way too strong and smelled terrible. *Furniture in room was falling apart, even the chair to sit on. Mattress was probably 50 yrs. old. *Lamp next to bed didn't work. *Safe box was broken. *Housekeeping never came to my room! Towels weren't picked up nor replaced and bed was never made! *View from window showed Trash everywhere on the backside of hotel, all over the grass. *Breakfast was only a small pudding and some cereal. Pretty much, non-existent, so I had to have breakfast elsewhere. *The hotel had plenty of rooms, and yet, I was placed next to a room with people making noise until 1am. *It was a pretty bad experience.

I arrived late and had to buy a room for the night because my booked stay didn't start for another 8 hours. Then was charged a deposit for that one. Switched rooms the next and was charged for a full room plus deposit which equals 3 deposits. I only received. 1 deposit back and a refund for the room only they double charged me for.

The rooms are small by any standard. But, the Queen bed was comfortable and over all a very good value for a place to sleep. Very good Mexican restaurant just down the street plus a fantastic place for Breakfast too.

Interior of the property was clean and appeared decently maintained. The surrounding area adjacent to the property was disappointing. It was on the verge of being blighted. Management had a sign at the desk, disclaiming any liability for damage to cars parked in their lot as well as for any loss from break-ins of cars in their lot. That made me suspect the area was not safe.

Save your money and do not stay at this property. The hotel room was dirty and the walls are thin. The whole place smells like weed with Febreze spray over it. I felt unsafe the whole time there that I ended up checking out a few hours later from checking in. Not a family hotel either.

Property was well located and met most of my needs. Check in was easy and i did not experience any problems. the only remark would be that the furniture was a little banged up, but still worked. That being said: it was worth the value of the stay and i would come back again.

This place's ceiling needed building repairs, and their microwave had been opened and was not completely reclosed. breakfast was a bag with yogurt, a granola bar and pudding. They did not want to be cleaning because apparently. that was done by the front desk person so that's. why you get the "grab and go bag" breakfast. Also be ready to have to return to the front due to bad key programming.

I absolutely do not recommend staying here! The sheets were not clean, the blanket had old cigarettes burns in it and the pillows were flat and lumpy. You could feel the springs inside the bed poking you in the back. When I booked the room online it said breakfast but there isn't any breakfast only coffee and you have to go to the lobby. The entire place reeked of old cigars which was disguised with burning incense. I booked a queen bed but was given a full size. They told.me I could still have the queen but would have to pay an extra $35. Also was told it was across the street from River Spirit casino. Waking distance of less than 5 minutes. There is a river so the walk is actually at.least 20 minutes We definitely won't stay there again.

Advertise breakfast included No breakfast was available They had coffee and that was it I was told at check in breakfast was from 630-930 am & at 8am when I went down to the lobby I was informed they only had coffee. I paid the extra $12 for this room for the breakfast. I'm pregnant and really that was important to me.

The hotel's services and cleanliness were all very poor based on the $85 I spent for one night. The hotel room felt sketchy, refrigerator was not working, AC was poor, and my family was very discomforted by this. We had to wait a lot in the heat before we finally got moved to another room. The breakfast only included coffee and nothing else.
