Pool is not private enough. There are big windows you can see the pool from the entry lobby and from the breakfast area. I think it would be very uncomfortable to observed by people as they eat. They should do something about the windows

Property itself was in a good location and clean. Front desk staff very friendly. Comfortable beds. In the room we stayed in, the handle in the bathtub/shower was hard to turn on, felt loose in the wall, water pressure not the best and the vent in ceiling was falling down. Be leary of the elevator, as we got to our floor, there was a big bump when it stopped amd when elevator opened you could still see it was moving. Going down the elevator there was a huge jolt when it hit the bottom floor. Breakfast was mediocre. Yogurt and juice machine were out on our 1st day, yogurt still out the 2nd day. Juice was up but was very watery. Would stay there again, for the location but would bypass the elevator and take the stairs. Wish the indoor pool was heated. It was very clean but just to cool to get into.

I was not happy that the fitness center as it was not like the photo on the website. None of the elliptical machines or the bike worked. As for free weights, I could only find two 5# weights tucked in the cup holder of the treadmill. The entire free weight rack was empty. I use the fitness center as part of my criteria in selecting a hotel and was disappointed with this.

We only stayed for one night. The room was very clean and comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast was decent (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Waffle maker and the usual continental breakfast choices) staff was friendly. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was the elevator was not working and I only found out when we tied to use it. No warning when we checked in.

Nice facility and nice area around it. Able to walk to a few restaurants, including Cracker Barrel. Large parking lot. Quick check-in. Facility is being remodeled apparently, so carpets are pulled up in hallway and some things are closed, like the exercise room. Would have liked to use that. Room is nice but oddly doesn’t have carpet, making it feel less homey, Large bathroom and decent-sized king bed room.

The hotel was comfortable, clean and had a good breakfast. I was surprised to find out how good the coffee from a machine tasted. We were very disappointed in the very small pool. It wasn't heated, so it was basically unusable. I use a pool for exercise so that was one of the things I look for in a hotel and again, we couldn't use it. We never saw anyone else try to use it either as it was freezing cold. The girl at the desk said it was never heated.

Room cleanliness was below average. Bathtub was dirty, the chair and ottoman should be thrown away and I don’t think it would be sanitary to sit on. The ottoman is literally so dirty and dingy and has a hand print on it. The room is basically motel 6 quality and front desk was not inviting and I almost left when I was checking in due to the service

The hotel is just ok. The room was kind of dusty, the pressure in the shower was so strong it was hard to give a bath to my child because it was almost hurtful so powerful. We stayed 4 nights and decided to just have our room clean one day and they did not even do that. The pool looked dirty, and the water was so cold we couldn't swim. Staff was nice but 2 of them were smoking by the entrance door and the smell lingered all in the lobby. Breakfast was probably the best part; it was simple but tasty. Parking was very small and one night had to squeeze our SUV because it was the only spot left!

I’ve stayed before and generally like the location of this hotel. The room was very nice. Linens appeared to be clean, except for a couple small stains on the comforter. A little noisy; creaky walls while being in the room at the end of the hallway, and the window unit kind of noisy. Overall not terrible. Good breakfast.

Overall a decent hotel for the price. A bit of a wait to check in, but they were nice and friendly. Room was ok, closet door didn't close all the way, the bathroom vent stopped working on our second day and there was no phone in the room. Air conditioner worked fine but was noisy. Breakfast was standard eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, etc. Coffee machine in the lobby was a nice touch as compared to standard lobby coffee. Pool area is right next to breakfast area with a full wall of windows so everyone eating breakfast can watch and hear everything in the pool area. Would stay here again if the price is right.

This property was perfect for my needs. It is close to the highway and affordable. The property is newly remodeled and very clean. My room spacious and smelled great! I like how there was an area to get ready outside of the bathroom. Which is helpful when sharing with a teenager! The breakfast was good enough. I didn’t exactly love the exact location, maybe not the nicest part of town, but again it was a very nice hotel and a great price!

The beds were okay, both of the queens had a noticeable divot. Everything was clean thankfully. The staff were efficient and helpful. The mini fridge had the temp knob broken off and didn't cool very well. Our biggest complaint was the shower head. It had no settings, and it sprayed so forcefully that it stung and water got all over the bathroom. I wish I was exaggerating, that needs to go. There was a birthday party going on that used up the entirety of the breakfast area and pool. We didn't really mind that, but our group of 8 didn't have anywhere to eat our pizza so we just went back to our rooms. Not a terrible place to stay, just some small updates are needed and a "meeting room" would be nice.

We checked in with our toddlers. Everything was fine but the tv did not work. They didn’t do anything to fix it, there were no other rooms available, no other tv to replace, and they did not to anything to accommodate me for my stay.

Hotel staff member called prior to check in demanding a card number and wanted to run my card prior to check in. When i did not provide this information, the hotel staff member told me she was canceling my reservation and hung up on me. Multiple attempts were made to contact the hotel after that and they refused to answer all but once at which time i asked for a manager and corporate number. The same hotel staff member refused to provide this info and hung up. I did not stay at this hotel and reported the issue to corporate.

What I did not like is that the maintenance man just let himself into our (mom/daughter) room w/out knocking. Asked if we were having toilet issues. We were not and I cannot believe he accessed our room like that! I was pissed!!

I appreciated the staff, who are friendly and professional. One of the ladies recognized me and made conversation with me as I passed by about my being family now that I've been there for a week. She even loaned me a plate that I could use to heat up food in my room. They keep the place very clean, and they respected my request to stay out of my room. I will definitely return to this property when I return to Tulsa.

Great 3-day stay. All staff was very friendly, courteous and efficient. Breakfast was out standing. Very clean and quiet (room and lobby). Check in was awesome. Manager was outstanding. Will definitely make this out hotel of choice when in Tulsa.

Incredible experience. Check in took less than 2 minutes! When we got to room tv didn’t work but I called to report it and less than 5 minutes later the lady from front desk was there to fix the problem. Located conveniently to everything, just off 2 freeways but no traffic noice. Can’t recommend enough

We were in Tulsa for 5 nights for the annual chili bowl indoor car racing. Our suite was very affordable, clean and spacious. The staff was great and it was nice to enjoy the continental breakfast every morning. The location was terrific for us with restaurants, stores, and gas stations nearby. It was only 10 minutes to the airport which was perfect for our early checkout.
