An employee was smoking Marijuana on the property multiple times and stinking up the place. It was incredibly unprofessional. The room keys for me and the other parties I was with had to be rekeyed multiple times. The pool and hot tub were freezing. There were lots of holes in the walls near the hot tub and the windows were open with no screen allowing insects inside and weirdos to keep walking by looking in. The rooms smelled bad and there was trash under the beds and holes in the bathroom walls.

The breakfast was okay, and the pool was nice. The rest went downhill. The room smelled funky, the mirror on the closet was broken, the couch bed had no bedding, and the bathroom had grainy textures on the counter that felt like dirt, and a dark ring in the toilet bowl that might be a stain or might not. The nail in the coffin came the next morning when everything itched. It took me a little while to figure out it was probably bed bug bites. The staff were sincerely apologetic, but also seemed helpless to make changes. They told me they couldn't alter the charge for all 3 nights despite me checking out after 1. Unfortunately, I prepaid because I thought 3 stars and a brand name meant it was a safe bet. I was wrong. Shout out to the Hotels.com agent who advocated on my behalf. Thank you for making me feel human again after all that.

Right off bat the when we got into the room the room was not clean clean, the toilet was disgusting with a ring around it like it had not been cleaned for a while, the floor/ carpet was nasty with stains everywhere, then there were also crumbs on floor too. i pulled back the bedding like i always do there were white stains on the sheets. the hotel gave us a different room , this one was cleaner however the chairs in the room was tore and had a huge stain on it. my 6 year old daughter was so excited about swimming bc they had a pool. The pool was nasty who knows when it had been cleaned last with hair and dead bugs floating in it. it was like this the whole time we were there. then the hotel keys would not work every time we left the room and came back the keys would not work it would either not blink at all or blink red! i had to exchange the cards several times the place although claimed to be non smoking the place reeked of old cigarette smoke and then of the smell of pot. I had to buy air freshener to mask the smell.

We discovered bed bugs in our bed. at 10:30 p.m. Some were full of someone else's blood. They said all rooms were full so we couldn't move to another room, and it was too late to find another motel. The desk clerk gave us clean sheets that were damp from the laundry. We were up at various times during the night checking for bugs and were still finding them in the early morning. We did not sleep much and will never stay there again. We are still waiting for management to call us. The rest of the facilities and breakfast were good.

The lobby, elevator and 3rd floor hallway recked of marijuana. Front desk person was inattentive. Room wall looked like it had feces smeated on it. The whole room was dusty. There was some kind of spill on tv stand. There was a blood stain on bottom sheet. This hotel is the perfect location for me, but ill never stay there again.

This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had that started with the front desk I had to ring the bell five times and stand there for ten minutes then called for a rude guy to give us our key to our roach infestated room with dirty stained carpet , the counters where dirty the windows were filthy there was blood stains Vidal on the comforter then we pulled back the sheets to more stains and sticky stain as well on the pillows multiple things wrong then we open a cabinet and a roach was living in the corner I wouldn’t even ever ever ever go back nor go through Expedia after calling I got a refund and no help on a different room just stuck with two kids in Tulsa and no where to stay so thanks but no thanks not happy at all and I have pictures and videos so disgusting

The property was dirty, very outdated and poor service from the cleaning staff. Fixtures in the room were not functioning properly such as the shower and toilet. When asked to help get them working it was a drama. Cleaning staff did not clean the room properly prior to checking in having food and dead bugs scattered tbrougbout the room, small items such as shampoo, toilet paper and cofffee was not replenished (coffee satchels should have been replenished each day), fresh linen was dirty and had stains and the access card to get into the room had to be reactivated 8 times in a 5 night stay (requiring mulitple trips to the front desk). There was constant smell of marijuana throughout the premises, often smelled coming from other guests rooms. One of the worst accommodations i have stayed in whilest in Tulsa. Never again.

We booked this property because of the suite with a jetted tub, as well as the fridge. The first room we were given, the Jetted Tub was dirty and had three different types of hair throughout it. After cleaning and filling it, the jets wouldn't work. We were offered the adjoining suite, but not only was the button completely missing from the tub, the fridge didn't work. No other suites were available so I was instructed to speak with the manager in the morning. Upon checkout, I was informed by the clerk that the manager was on vacation for the next week and that she knew the clerk the night before was aware of the vacation, and that he had told others the same. I asked for her managers bosses info, and she didn't or wouldn't give it to me. She suggested I contact Expedia with my issues. Unacceptable solution because Expedia didn't make the mistakes.

I had to complain on the individuals above me three times the first night. It sounded like elephants running around. Asked to be moved and they wouldn't switch my room. The room 223's bathroom shared a wall with the guest laundry room. When the washing machine was running, it caused the toilet to fill up with hot water, so stream was coming out of the toilet. Not cool. The next morning I asked the day staff to be moved again and she was super friendly and helpful and agreed to move me. I had to go back around 230 pm to switch rooms and then had to wait on the guy that wouldnt move me the night before. He had to do the computer stuff so we could move. He was nice, but I asked him if he expected to see me again and he said he wasn't surprised. If he would have moved me when I asked the first time then I would have left a better review. The second room was much better, but I wouldn't consider staying here again.

The room was soooo large and spacious! I was impressed by the kindness the front desk staff showed. We called ahead to ask if the pool and hot tub were working and was told yes. The hot tub was cold and there was no temperature control to change it. Kids did not care about cold pool, but I cared about the cold hot tub.

On arrival my room and the hallways were so overpowered overpoweringly perfumed with the deodorant that I could barely breathe. The beds have at least a 6 inch foam pad on top and so you sleep sort of in a sling position. And the in room air conditioner unit was so loud. It woke me up when it popped on the hot tub was broken the pool was not heated. There was no Internet in my room and every time I called down to tell them there was no Internet. They just said yes there is and hung up on me.

This hotel needs to drastically update its carpet! Absolutely disgusting. Areas of the floor in our room had visible water damage and tearing. The whole 3rd floor hallway and our room smelled musty and like cigarette smoke. Only 1 tiny trashcan. No tissues. Dirty mini fridge. Asked for bedding for the fold out sofa and received 1 pillow and a flat sheet. And No one other than a child can sleep on the sofa bed because the mattress is so thin any adult would feel nothing but springs. No phones in the room to call front desk. Pool was closed at 9 despite being told it closed at 8 but posted it closed at 10. Very limited on towels. Breakfast was very limited. Ran out of eggs around 8am and said they couldn’t put out anymore? Same with other items and the waffle maker wasn’t working properly. The pool and hot tub were very clean and nice. My family enjoyed that. And I enjoyed my large bathroom and jetted tub. It was also very easy to connect to the Wi-Fi and run a Roku from the tv.

Floor not vacuumed since last guest. Clumps of dirt and pieces of plastic on floor. Bed sheets were clean but with holes and their were multiple hairs on them. Possibly from housekeeper? Carpet old with multiple cigarette burns even though it was a nonsmoking room. Coffee was never restocked when used. Room was spacious, staff was friendly and location convenient.

Checking in was easy and the room appeared to be clean. Once we settled into our room the first thing we noticed was the air conditioner unit for our room was making a terribly loud noise. The pillows also had a bad smell, like dirty hair or someone had sweated on them. We also found someone's drink that literally still had ice in it in the mini fridge. Our bathroom had very little toilet paper. Barely on the roll and no backups. Not to complain too much we used our own pillows. I mentioned the that the air conditioner was loud to the lady at the front desk and she already knew what I was talking about. She said she had a lot of people complaining about that room already. So knowing that she still put us in there. She told me that it was the bearings going out and that there was nothing she could do to accommodate us. She however did joke about making a note so I get the same room next time which I didn't find funny. So evertime the ac kicked on I would wake us up. Needless to say we didn't get much sleep and will never come back here again.

There were two queen sized beds. one of them was broken and moved any time one of the two occupants moved in the bed. There was no functional vent in the bathroom so it fogged up when taking a shower. there was a ice cream sandwich left in the freezer from previous guests

Things did not properly work in the rooms. I had to be moved twice and also I could not take showers because the shower water kept filling up in the tub and customer service and management was very rude when i called about information about my deposit they hold on your debet card. I will never stay again at this location !!

The clerk was talking to an employee that was leaving when we walked up. They went on talking about what they were doing later and when they would see each other again for 3 to 4 minutes before he even acknowledged we were there with a hello.

The housekeeper threw my Invisalign Retainer in the trash and I have not been contacted by management to be compensated !! I spent $6000 on my teeth and the retainers were extra and I went from Saturday morning to Monday afternoon without them. Please management reach out bc I stay here a lot!! Thanks

We had to be transferred to 3 different rooms within the first hour we were there. The first, the toilet wouldn't flush, and the tv didn't work. The second room refrigerator wasn't working, and traveling from out of state with children, we had food to refrigerate. The last room finally everything was in working condition. But the whole 3rd floor was smokey with marijuana smoke. After the second time we had to move rooms the front deak clerk seemed very short and irritated with us. We clearly just wanted the things we paid for to be working. They also charged us an extra $50 at check-in for incidentals, and that was never refunded. The only thing used were the shampoo and conditioner, we never even drank the coffee. The lady at the front desk told us twice that breakfast was until 10am. We went down to the breakfast room at 9 and breakfast had already been put up for over an hour before we got there. Very disappointed with everything we encountered at this hotel.

Was pre charged for the room which has never happened when staying there. Then upon checking in not only did they charge for the next night but they also did a pre authorization as well. Which made two payments become tied up to include also the incidental fee as well. So in total over 200+ when it should been less than 150.00. Due to all of this, I won’t stay at this hotel ever again. Not only that but housekeeping bugged us when it was early in the morning.

Asked for housekeeping 2 times, got it 1. Never replenished room coffee; had to ask at desk for more as well as clean towels. Very noisy other guests long into the night and in the hall. Breakfast poor; no fruit 2 of 3 mornings; ran out of coffee and milk; powder scrambled eggs runny with water. HVAC hard to adjust to comfortable level. On the positive side, most staff was friendly even though they appeared to be overworked. May have been short on help. All in all, average these days or a bit less.

No fault of the employees, all nice, policy is horrible. I was in 207, struggled getting the door open after 5-15 attempts each time. Came down at night, even the guy saw 207, said you have to push up (I've tried both ways 15 times at this point). Got locked out the next day and a different guy tells me that I can't switch rooms because my room hasn't been cleaned by the housekeepers (after 15 attempts I couldn't get in at this point). Then I was told the above policy, so I left 2 days early for a hotel with working doors.

I stayed total 3 nights, alone w my ESA. My first check in went so great! The guy that works the night shift(austin) was amazing, super friendly and patient! Excellent service, he’s the whole reason I booked again. The second check in, literally hours later went horrible. A nice young lady(ashley) was helping me check in and was rudely interrupted by another guy, apparently he was the manager (Danny) and he was sooo rude to me from the time he started speaking until the end, so much so the young lady felt need to apologize for his behavior. Then another manger stepped in, a woman(Matalie, I’m not sure how it’s spelled) she was just as rude but more subtle. She even tried to overcharge me for my ESA, the fee is $50 and she tried to charge me $100. This hotel is very nice aesthetically, very comfortable. I enjoyed my overall stay and I enjoyed the help from Ashley and Austin, but the management needs to work on their customer service skills and overall friendliness.

The property needs a make over for sure. But I love its location, tucked back but still in an area with lots of shopping options. Check in was sooo easy, clerk was friendly as was housekeeping. Breakfast was just ok, but it’s free

The My Wife, Sister, and I stayed one night visiting relatives in Broken Arrow. The facilities were about average for the area, but comfortable. I'd say the staff and breakfast were very good. We didn't like the difficult access from Hwy 169, it caused us to miss the driveway in heavy traffic twice. I would not hesitate to stay again after learning the ropes.

The staff was very friendly & the breakfast was good, overall this is a nice hotel. It is difficult to enter the property unless you are driving on the same side of the road as the hotel. It shares a driveway with a car wash, so you have to pay attention to where you are driving. Our room did have couple of issues, there was a sticky substance on the carpet that the maintenance guy couldn't remove and one desk lamp had a broken support.

Not good. Tv didnt work very well and the remote not at all. They replaced it with another broken one. Took this place because of the hot tub and one large family over took rhe place and didn't share. They were eating, drinking and partying in there. Granny was a pleasant night attendant but not much help. Breakfast would have been ok if it had been stocked. We were.there early and it didnt get stocked at all while we tried to eat.

It was good. Was just on a short family get away with kids. Room was good, beds comfy. Offered breakfast, waffle maker was out of order ( of course that’s what kids wanted) but other than that was decent. Liked that they had a cappuccino machine as an option. Staff was pleasant & helpful. Room was clean & comfortable. Pool & hot tub was a nice convenience. Breakfast was lacking. Waffle maker wasn’t working. Tried making a waffle our first morning and the batter burned so bad I could hardly get it cleaned off the plates. Eggs were super liquidy and sausage was cold. Good coffee tho. Overall, for the price, it was a place to sleep & unwind.
