Place is a bit dated but sufficient enough. Beds were comfy, room was clean and the pool was nice. Breakfast hours are short 6am-9am only so we missed breakfast on our first morning. The gentleman that checked us in the night before didn’t mention the limited hours. Oh, and you can’t take any of the breakfast food back to your room. That was odd for us. The on-site Subway was an added benefit though and we used it a few times. Overall the stay was fine.

I really enjoyed my time there. It had a swimming pool and it was very clean. They also served a nice breakfast in the morning. There also was a little lady the work the front desk who made you feel at home.

I’m not one to complain much but this is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I selected a non-smoking room but the whole room smelled like smoke. When I asked if I could switch rooms, the guy up front was really rude and said that he couldn’t control what other people do around the building There were blood stains on the carpet and the toilet would not stop running the whole time. The walls are paper thin and I could hear people just talking in the room next to me. I was also looking forward to using the gym, but 2/3 of the equipment was broken. Yes, it is only $50 a night but I don’t think I’d pay $10 a night next time. God needs to save this hotel.

When I checked in the register attendant was screaming and yelling at a customer on the phone. This morning I went to the gym the equipment is torn up beyond belief. Almost a danger, I told the attendant he told me he was just the night shift. He could not report that the equipment was broken but he could tell them to contact me. I got some breakfast & I was going to take it to my room so I could finish my workout, shower, and get ready for the day. There were signs saying not to remove food. I disobeyed and he asked me if I could even read. Then he commences to yell, point, and scream at me. Wanting my name & room number and telling me or threatening me that I was on camera and my actions were being recorded! I hope his actions were being recorded as well. And I hope no one gets hurt on that gym equipment that is broken, there's heat blowing inside the gym, and the TV didn't work! Screaming and Yelling, Slamming hand on counter, and threatening anyone is poor customer service.

I have noticed a serious decline in the cleaning standards of this motel. Recently, when visiting to DJ a wedding, my wife saw a bed bug crawling across the bed (I have video) within an hour of us entering the room. The wedding was the next day, we had just driven 9 hours, it was already dark, so I didn't have much choice because we were exhausted and ready for bed. But I didn't just want a room change. I wanted them to launder my wife's clothing to kill anything that may have gotten on her, etc. After moving, I went back to office to ask, she refused and threatened to call police on me because I wanted her to have "Danny" call me. She refused, said to come back after 2pm (3 hours after check-out, of course). I'll never stay there again. Danny never called.

Upon arrival I was greeted by the smell of Subway and a friendly clerk I assume was the owner. Day 1 all was fine. Day 2 I noticed I was scratching more than normal. Day 3 I noticed spots on my body. Day 3.5 4 am. I was woke by a bed bug lurking on the pillow. I jumped up noticed a bed bug on the skirt. Ran to the bathroom called the front desk. I asked if I could change rooms I was told he can't do anything callback at 9am and hung up. Called Expedia they attempted to contact the property and was greeted with the same message and hung up on. I sat in my car from 4 am until 9am went to speak directly to the front desk. Was again told there was nothing that could be done the owner doesn't come in that early. I insisted they contacted the owner by this time I want a refund and a new room was book. I was refunded for 2 days I had left on my trip. Until an investigation was completed. The investigation was completed when I spent a day in a Tulsa emergency room. Health Dept has been contacted!!!

Friendly people, but the beds, sheets, walls, and floors all had stains in them. They didn't provide all of the towels and soap that we were suppose to have. The room also had cockroaches around the bathrooms and bed.

The property was in a sketchy area, the room was dirty, with a stained bedspread. Came back from breakfast at 7:45 with the cleaners entering our room. Odd since checkout is at 11. I’ll pass on staying there again.

The place is clean and well-stocked with wonderful staff; however, they place everyone on the same hall until it fills up. The agent who checked me in declined to give me a room away from foot traffic. This may have been due to planned painting of the property, but this being jammed together caused noise from other guests at night to disturb sleep. I was awakened by rowdy guests as late as 12 midnight. I specifically asked for a quiet place, but my request was denied. Also, the mattress was quite uncomfortable. I will not stay at this location again.

Hideous wifi, you’ll feel like it’s 1998 and you’re experiencing the traumatic ptsd of phantom dial-up noises. Try calling the front desk; if the crabby elderly woman is working she’ll tell you that nothing is wrong with the wifi; your laptop… and your tablet… and your spanking new iPhone14 must be the problem, cuz nuthin’ ain’t wrong with thuh wifi…

We traveled to Tulsa for a ball tournament. 2 adults 2 kids. Double beds means full sized beds. Not queens. 1 bed was super comfy, 1 was not as soft. Fridge was clean and newer. The hair dryer was tiny but good. The shower head and water pressure was awesome! Skimpy on the shampoo/conditioner. But a clean room! Smaller than expected but fine for just sleeping. Breakfast had a lot of options honestly for a $65 motel. The subway inside is a nice touch. The kids loved going to get cookies!

I checked in Tuesday the 16th, i am disabled and was having a bad day, the wonderful lady at the front desk was more than helpful, she even carried my suitcase to my room. About an hour later i hear a knock on my door, it was her, asking how i was, and offering to go across the street to get me food and drinks. What a sweet, wonderful woman. It really made my day, and made my visit all the better. I am very grateful. Im sorry but her name escapes me but she was working Tuesday, 5/16 afternoon. Please send her salutations from Ron Johnson (she deserves an award) My entire visit was excellent.

We had reservations and the room was paid for but they would not let us check in because my drivers license ID has my first and middle name on it and my credit card just has initials for first and middle name. THey matched but the hotel said they had to match exactly. we had to leave and stay somewhere else.

Didn’t even get to check in ! Still haven’t been refunded . So my husband and I have been in the process of moving and just needed somewhere to stay for a few nights , yes we have two dogs but it’s not a big deal they are both support animals , the desk was incredibly rude ! They were like if you have two dogs then you can’t stay here I was like I can just drop the one off at my parents or boarding nope they said bc they knew I had two animals I couldn’t be checked in cut me off before any of my sentences were finished I DO NOT recommend !!!!!

For the price you can't beat it. Other comparable rated hotels in area are horrible. The hotel is older but was very well clean the towels were nice clean and soft. Although not in the greatest area of town it site kinda secluded on its own making for a safer feel on the property. I was very very happy with it. And they have smoking rooms, A for us smokers. I'll be a return guest when ever in Tulsa.

My only issue was I was unaware of there being a $50 deposit due upon arrival that could take anywhere from 3-30 business days to get returned to my account. Also, upon checkout, I was expecting someone to go inspect my room with me to finalize the deposit. But was told the housekeeper does that. So if I don't get my deposit back, then it's their word against mine, and pretty much screwed. Nor will I even be informed of the status of the deposit. One other thing, what's the harm in taking the free breakfast back to your room to enjoy? Really? Not allowed to take food to room unless you have a voucher with permission due to an illness or similar circumstances. And if you're caught, they're gonna charge you for it?! Please tell me where that makes any sense at all. Other than that, great place that was very clean and comfy.

This will be a pretty long review as we stayed at the hotel for 12 nights and we have lots of thoughts. Overall, we had a great experience and it was a bargain for the price. The staff was amazing and helpful throughout, except for a slight miscommunication with housekeeping staff, which was quickly cleared up. I had read a lot of reviews of it before we stayed, and I don't agree at all with many of them. Everyone else staying there was really nice and I always felt safe and comfortable being there with my daughter. The pool and breakfast were the best things about the hotel. We also loved the Subway inside the lobby and we ate there several times. There were a lot of people smoking pot around the hotel, but we smelled pot pretty much everywhere we went in Tulsa, restaurants, coffee shops, other hotels, etc. So I don't think this is the hotel's fault. Overall, this was a great property and I highly recommend it for anyone on a budget that is looking for an affordable, but safe, experience.
